Great experience with these folks. Replaced the windshield on our MH. They should warn you way ahead of time that they only take cash.

Not an official customer, so I cant comment on their quality. I am speaking towards their initial pre-customer service. I called requesting a competitive quote for their services expecting to get information on their pricing, warranty, turnaround time, etc. but instead received a response that (Quote) we dont provide competitive quotes. If you want to have someone do a hack job to your truck go to Safelite or one of those other shops if you want a cheap price (FYI Safelite was the most expensive option I found). You wont like the pricing we give you if thats what youre looking for. I calmly responded that I take into consideration more factors than just pricing such as the warranty and the establishment, but he just repeated himself noting that they werent going to provide a price. I did manage to find another location that provided good pricing with a lifetime installation warranty and at a credible location, so no loss on my end. I assume they get tired of people just wanting the lowest price which is understandable, but I would recommend that they improve their customer service.

Well Im not sure what the other commenters issue was but Mark and hes crew did an excellent job with my one piece windshield installation into my motorhome. I drove the coach to their shop, they got me right in (I setup the appointment the week before), and got me out 1 1/2hrs later as they promised. While paying, Mark educated me on some driving techniques to help me keep from cracking the windshield again. Thx AA Glass Nation.

To avoid damaging your vehicle with hack jobs like this, take your business elsewhere! There are plenty of bad reviews to read on these characters....See all picks of poor workmanship done by dishonest Russ and his sidekick Mark!
