Fixed my window perfectly.

They replaced some very old windows with brand new ones. David cared a lot about the installation to make sure there was no mess. I am very satisfied with their product. Saved me thousands repairing the window instead of having new ones installed.

We had a cracked window that needed to be replaced. Glass Doctor was great to work with. Lane came to measure the window and Jevon replaced the window for us. They were both professional, efficient and did an excellent job. The window looks good as new- you would never know it had ever been replaced!

I had a great experience with Glass Doctor replacing a large picture window in our study. David came to the house to inspect the job and write an estimate. He was prompt and profession, and explained my options and the process. David and Marcus installed the window yesterday. They arrived a few minutes early! They were very respectful of our home and set up drop clothes to protect the floor. They gave me a timeframe for the job and kept to this with the removal and installation (large heavy picture window). They did a great job and the window looks beautiful. All trim pieces were reinstalled to original condition. And, they were a pleasure to have around- friendly, cheerful. They clearly enjoy their work. I contacted Glass Doctor to schedule an appointment. The appointment time was between 2 to 6pm. I received a call from the tech at 12:30 saying he was 45 minutes out. When I told him what the appointment time was he said he just needed to take a measurement and could do it from outside. He called me and said it was 7 to 10 business days out and I had to pay 1/2 in advance to order the glass. I payed him and waited to hear from them. After not hearing from them for over two weeks i called to ask when my glass would be replaced. They were able to get out next day to install it. I am glad it is done now but there could have been better communication.

Called Glass Doctor because I broke my sliding glass window with a rock my weed eater picked up. Javon came out and did the estimate and once the window came in he did the repair. Javon went above and beyond to get the window repaired correctly. I would definitely use Glass Doctor again if I need any window repairs in the future.

Very good service. Came out to my house and measured. Returned with replacement quickly and did a great job installing and cleaning up. The tech even did a quick fix on a jammed window I was struggling with for no charge. I will only use these guys in the future.

They did such a good job!We had called them late at night after our window got broke out the night before we were leaving to go on vacation. They kept in contact and let us know that they would take care of us and the car. They made it out the very next day not even 24 hours after the car window was broken. When one pane of a double-pane window shattered, I had no idea of what to do. Glass Doctor came out the same day, measured, gave me an estimated, and ordered the glass. We also talked about other projects, and I was delighted he could help me with all of my needs. Within two days I had bids on those. When the replacement glass arrived, a wonderful installer came out on Christmas Eve to make sure I had a working door and screen in time for my Christmas party. He was efficient, cleaned up when he was done, and everything is working beautifully. The price was in line with what I had paid another company a few years ago for a damaged window. I will not hesitate to call them every time I have a need.

They had to order it twice because the first one was the wrong size. When he put the new one into today he did a great job but he left the gate open and my dog got out. I put my dog out back and ran to the post office real quick. She stayed close and one of my neighbors found her so she wasn’t hurt.

I had an overall good experience using glass doctor. The only thing, which I am sure was out of his control, is the technician for the glass install was very late. Like over an hour. Overall, couldn’t beat the price and timeline they offered

Scheduling was a hassle I did an online one for two weeks out, day before I called because never got anything from them. They said it didn’t go threw, but had the email stating it. Talked with a guy tj I believe, got it figured out then a hr or so later a lady called and tried to explain what happen she wasn’t the nicest person and tone was not nice. Didn’t even let me finish the sentence.But the guy for estimation was nice and friendlyThe installation guy showed up and hr and 20 min early and felt bad as he had to wait and hr for me to be there. But he was fast and got it done.

My start to finish experience:I got a crack in January in my windshield, my job makes time off nearly impossible January-May. I decided about May when the crack was almost completely through the window that I would start finding quotes/prices for replacing the glass. I always seem to have bad luck with repair places (for houses, appliances, etc.) so good warranties and reviews are ALWAYS my go to places. I called two larger name companies, and got quotes for $550 and $548 for the window. Decided to wait some more time because thats not just a drop in the bucket for something that wasnt an emergency. just after July 4th I decided to call one more place for a quote, and if it was around the 550 mark then I was going to just pick one. I found the glass doctor, and it had really good reviews on google. I gave them a call, the poor guy I spoke to didnt want to tell me the price, but when he did I chuckled, it was $440 all said and done (coming to my job too). I told him the other prices i was given and that this was a breath of fresh air considering. I decided to schedule my appointment, gave my VIN and answered questions about my fancy windshield. They ordered the window based on my VIN and then came out whenever i scheduled it (2 days from phone call). They began work and then the technician realized that while my VIN did not show that i had condensation sensors, my car in fact DOES have condensation sensors, so they didnt have the right window. It was a Thursday. He said the soonest would be Tuesday AM, I wasnt in a rush truly so i scheduled for that. The new technician came out Tuesday (today) and was able to do it in under an hour, gave me the run down on basic care, and was able to reinstall the review mirror which was not reinstalled properly with the prior tech (the parts squeaked??).The next part of it is i was told that i have a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car on workmanship, so if it leaks, or some error pops up due to installer issues they would fix it/replace it at no cost to me. The other warranty they told me I had was a 12 month chip/crack warranty. They would fix chips or cracks for free, and if they couldnt they would replace the window at no cost to me! these are both high value to me. This is the first time i have ever had a window crack/chip issue in a car and so long as there arent any issue if I need the warranties, I would use them again.

Would love to share my experience with this company, but, they never showed up for my appointment. They gave me a window of 12-5pm (huge window) and I waited, and I waited. NO show! This was yesterday 12/20/19. Not even a call.
