Very limited supplies of hair color for the last two years now. 1 box per color. I needed 3 boxes. Ended up buying Loreal at a top box store. Have shopped at Sallys for the last 20 years and supply has been slowly declining. Friendly and helpful staff!

I was going to spend $60 dollars. I had a hundred dollar bill. At first was told they had no change. Then was told they no longer accept 100$ bills because of fraudulent bills. I had some small bills so I got only half of what I needed. Left the other stuff behind. So if your going take only small bills.

We drove 40 minutes to this particular location because online it said they had my items in stock. Arrived this morning and waited, all morning long theyve had a sign on the door reading, temporarily closed...be back soon. 2 employees are in there and went to the back. Customers keep coming up to the door to go in. We keep calling, no one answers the phone. Very frustrating.

A great. Place to buy hair die

When I walked in the door. A tall dark haired lady at the desk greeted me. So I processed to ask her where I could find something. She gave a loud huff and pointed. I told her I had questions and after a 10 second stare she walked me over to the Aisle pointed and said if I had more questions she would be up front. After starring at the product for a few long moments ( I’m clearly not a regular), a nice gentleman walked up and asked if he could help. He smiled and laughed at my obvious dumb questions and proceeded to inform me of everything I needed to know. Extremely nice man and if he hadn’t have walked up when I did, I would have left with nothing. I was there late afternoon on Dec 26, 2020. Women up front is bad for your business!

Sallys is a good store in general. This store is clean and well organized with a very supportive staff. The only thing I didnt like is that the price tags are not well placed and some are missing all together. Kindly rectify this.

Very nice & professional! I honestly had a bad situation at the 320th & federal way location minutes prior to coming to this location! I cant begin to express how impressed I was by this location & staff. They were absolutely wonderful & restored my faith in purchasing from sallys in the future! Thankyou to the staff here in all you do & expecially with making sure the staff & customers are safe during covid with the exceptional measures wiping things down after every customer with a smile & good attitudes!

Ive been coming to Sallys all over washington, Ive never had such an amazing experience than I had with my cousin yesterday. Not only were the staff friendly and organized, the gentleman gave my cousin and I the perfect product. Id highly recommend going here for anyone in the area!

The service was awful. I asked for opinions, how to safety die depending on hair types. They also openly scoffed when I told them what I was trying to go for. And apparently they had no idea about anything they carried. Even when I asked them what they heard it was always I dunno. I ended up returning everything the next day just because I didnt want to trust a Google review on how to color my hair. You could have taken the ten minutes! I asked and you just gave me things and shrugged. What is wrong with this store? I was trying to do something nice for myself and I just left depressed as hell. Restart from new people.

The manager was very informative and helpful, encouraging and understanding. I felt like it boosted my confidence. Most likely to return as this was my first experience.

Today was absolutely hands down without a doubt the best visit Ive had going to Sallys Thank you Ria !! You rock are amazing!

4/19/2015 I just want to say i have shopped Sallys for years. But today, there was a man name Charles working alone with over 10 customers coming in and out, this man did an amazing job his customer service was beyond great! Shame on Sallys for not having full staff on a Sunday morning BUT thinks for having the RIGHT person hold it all together... Maybe he needs to train the lakewood staff a thing or two.~a true sally customer ~

Honestly half the time the store smells like sewage. The last time it did the clerk looked like she hadnt showered. Its a hit or miss going there and i actively look for other places to buy supplies. The smell there has just put me off thinking the store was clean and sanitary even when its put together and properly staffed. If you get lucky you might go in and the store be fine that day.I really dislike this place, but some like it. Im not one of them, though.

Not a huge selection but has the essentials for hair. Would recommend.

High prices and uneven customer service, plus it is hard to find basic things. Im looking for a better alternative for the home beautician!

They have an unbelievable selection of stuff. I walked in there a bald man, and the clerk treated me just like I was a good potential customer. Actually I did spend money there and I will in the future, even though I dont have any hair on my head, I still have a face I can paint and a beard that needs to be dyed.

The girls who work in this store are EXTREMELY unprofessional and make Sallys look terrible. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. What is more unbelievable was there was a manager on staff the day I had this experience and she was to incompetent to keep her staff in line and even more incompetent when I called to confront her on how she chooses to run the store. There was stuff all over the floor in the store, they did not have bags for customers to put their belongings in, and every girl working there was dressed extremely sloppy and unprofessional.
