This location of Art of Shaving, is just like all the other locations Ive been. Very professional staffs, store and look. You may be able to find something online that is less expensive but you get what you pay for. Good products and good Services are worth the extra cost.For the individual that gave the two star rating some people should only shop at Kmart.For the rest of us that like nice things and treating ourselves nice, then the The Art of Shaving is for you.

Their products are a little spendy upfront, but well worth the money in the long run. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable; overall the store is a cut above the competition. Well done.

Yes their prices are high but you are also getting high quality. If you are military you can get the stuff at the NEX for lower prices and tax free. The quality it amazing. But, there are local companies that make great products too for 10% the price.

Poor customer service. The sales clerk was about to sell me a comb for my beard when two ladies walked into the shop. He immediately served them and left me to be - which was unprofessional; I waited for a moment for him to come back and finish the sale, but after five minutes of not being served, I left. That was a $25 sale this company lost today because of a poor salesman. rude service; DO NOT SHOP HERE.

So the Collection of supplies is nice and the reason I was drawn in was it was a play on the Art of Manliness. The selection of stuff is nice and the smells are clean and not over powering. However I have a MAJOR problem with this store, they are WAY WAY OVERPRICED. They take price gouging to a new level. Now I understand a 20% mark up here and there, its business, but these guys Mark things up damn near %300. Murkur Safety Razor, Online $20 in TAS $60, Razor Stand online $30 TAS $120. There prices are outrages. And the comparison is Apples to Apples. same make and model.Further more, the Dovo Shavette they sell, I asked about the other adapters that are suppose to come with it, and I was told by the agent that they are told to throw them out and only offer the adapter for the long blades they sell. So not only are they price gouging they are also throwing out parts of the product you are suppose to buy.This is a bad business model. Drop your prices to be fair and you will get more business. $120 for some shave creme, lotion and oil....you got to be retarded......
