They do bait and switch. Advertising one vehicle and try to sell you another. Most of their vehicles are mechanics specials but they dont tell you that. They say there is nothing wrong with their cars. Do not buy from here, youll be disappointed and waste your money

Went there yesterday and looked at a Chevy Trailblazer. Out comes a kid that looks as young as mine. Couldnt of been more than 15 at the most. He didnt know anything about the vehicle he was trying to sell me. There was a check engine light on and he didnt know how to make the OBD device work. It was a horrible experience. The other person there could of been his brother, Im guessing which wasnt but maybe 18 or so. There were no adults as in a parent to assist me. The young man asked my husband and myself to go into the building to discuss a price. He then preceded to call up someone who I figure to be his father and spoke in their language and then at times some English. Right there I felt theres something was just not right and he was trying to charge me another $600 which I figured would be his take of the sale. I will never go back with that type of business etiquette. I will also never refer anyone to this business. This is not how a business should be ran. We shouldnt have kids school age running a car lot. Smh

Cant get a legit answer from them. Car advertised as Clean, told clean on the phone and then I called back a different day asked if it was rebuilt and they said yes. They just say yes to everything to get you in the door. Very quick with answers and dont want to go with any extra info. Overall super shoddy vibe. We already made plans to drive the hour to see the car and even an appointment at a mechanic to have it checked out. Glad we didnt and went with our gut to ask again about the title and just see if he would say Yes again. Id stay away! You wont get real answers.Vin lookup indicated an accident and salvage.

Looks like an undercover CHOP SHOP!! Too much bull for not enough POO! If you follow my drift. BEWARE..... they will not let you drive the car far enough too see if there are any maintenance engine / dash lights pop up. ANYONE can clear engine codes off a cars computer. After codes are cleared and the problem is not addressed you can drive a certain number of miles then lights will pop right back up, because they DIDNT FIX THE CAR !!!!!! SO basically they where SCARED that the codes/lights would come back while I was driving. So good luck to anyone that goes there, if you do JUST KNOW YOUR ISH !!!!

I read the reviews before contacting this dealership but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. That was a bad decision on my part- trust the reviews and your gut.Found them through Facebook Marketplace and scheduled to meet them the next day. Drove over an hour through traffic only to arrive and find they were closed- tried calling, no answer. When I messaged them about it they offered no explanation or apology for wasting my time, only: You can come tomorrow. Rescheduled for a few days later since I in fact could not come in the next day. When I saw the car it had a huge crack through half the windscreen (not shown in the online photos) and the battery was dead- despite being listed as being in excellent condition. The inside seats were also covered in food crumbs and metal bb pellets...The kid who drove with us was very rude and unable to answer our questions about the car. As soon as we mentioned that we wanted to take it to a mechanic later on in the week and would not be buying it that day we were immediately dismissed and told we had to head back to the dealership so someone else could test drive the car. The car drove fine for the ten minutes I was allowed to drive it. The only light on the dash was a tire pressure warning, but again, we werent allowed to take it on the highway or drive long enough to see if anything else was wrong.TLDR; Rude, unorganized, and unhelpful.

Do not trust this place unless you’re a mechanic and know what you’re buying. They do shady things like disable/clear check engine lights. They buy pieces of junk from actions most likely and do some quick patch work and re sell them.

I came from Spokane (5hours) to buy a car. I had talked to them the night before saying I was coming from a few hours away. When I got there I noticed it wasn’t open until 10am. Once it passed 10am and no one arrived I called and texted and got no response. When they did answer it was over 20 minutes after the dealership was suppose to be open. They asked if I could wait 20 minutes so I did. Its now been over 40 minutes and they still haven’t shown. I have driven 5 hours and wasted my time. This place is a poor excuse for a dealership. They don’t pick up the phone and don’t even open 1 hour after they are suppose to be open

I bought a car from here mid July. Service was very nice and friendly. They were honest about the few small things that were wrong with the vehicle and they asked me to leave a nice review since I had a pretty positive experience. I went to go do that but upon reading the other reviews left, I decided to wait until I got my new license plate to leave an honest review. I have tried calling multiple times for weeks now and cannot get ahold of anyone regarding my license plate and my temporary one has been expired since Sep. 1. I cannot get through to anyone? There no way to email them or contact besides calling and no one answers. Im going to show up today to ask about my tabs in person and ill change my review regarding what happens but right now Im very unhappy because I have an infant and its a long drive to take her there and I shouldnt be having to do this.Update: They had the wrong number on their website and google, I got ahold of them and was able to pick up my playes right away so this has been updated.

Edit: I had to argue on the phone today (jan 5th) because they lied to me about what I owe trying to get more money out of me. I showed them proof and they tried gaslighting me. If I could give no stars I would.I bought a car August 4th and was told I would be mailed my plates in a couple weeks. On September 5th I asked where my plates were and the owner told me he would mail them to me on Tuesday (8th)My temporary plate expired September 25th and he STILL hasnt mailed my plates. He was very rude to me but said he would mail them on Monday. Huge inconvenience to me because now I cannot drive my car.Buy a car somewhere else, I also have an oil leak the owner did not disclose.

Just what youd expect from a used car place

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.This dealership is the worst of the worst. We purchased a vehicle from them about a month ago and 3 days after buying the vehicle the engine seized. Weve been attempting to communicate with them and try to work out something peaceful before resorting to court but they have drug us through the mud. There is an implied warranty law that states dealerships have to sell safe drivable cars. Under that includes the engine has to be in safe driving condition. They claimed they would help us take care of it then now they are denying to help they are expecting us to cover the cost for the engine when legally they are responsible. We have spoken with the Attorney Generals office and they have told us if we do take this to court that the dealership will be responsible and well end up having to pay all the costs of the car along with getting the car towed and if there is any other costs. They are conniving Liars they dont take care of their cars obviously because a car should not have the engine seized. Not only will the Department of Licensing be doing an investigation the Attorney Generals office and an office with army will be too because my husband is active duty. We tried to make the situation amicable for them where they only had 2000 at most to pay to get this fixed but now that we are taking you to court they will have five grand if not more to pay. So if you value your familys time and being stress-free when it comes to your vehicle and your family safety I would stay as far away from this lot as you can. They are just looking to get cars that have been sitting there for obviously months if not more off their lot and taking money out of families pockets.

I posted a review when this dealership was arasi auto sales.At the time i thought Sam was amazing and he really helped me get into a new vehicle after i wrecked my passat.The customer service was very good and i thought that he was honest and kind..this was 5/5/2017 fast forward to 2/4/2020.I recieved a notice in thr mail that the car that i traded in was never switched out of my name and had racked up 7 tickets for expired tags in seattle wa.i recieved the first ticket back in 2017 and i called Sam, he stated he would take care of the ticket and the switch was being made.Now there has been 6 more tickets racked up.i called the courts and they advised me what to do .call the police (its not against the law )go to the dmv and report the sale,fax seattle municipal the paperwork proving i traded in (done) write a google review and report dealer to not only the better business bureau but write a google review to make others aware.(done)Im sitting in front of the car lot now waiting because the owner or one of the workers said he would be right over..Im posting this now and will update once i speak to someone again

Good people but lack integrety and honesty....in business its not all about making money but good people relations.....i bought a car from them, was told it had only bearing problem(which was not even the case) but had so many more issues... Its not good to sell a car to unsuspecting customers because they sign the as is form to recover your money or selling a car that you havent as a dealer tested and diagnosed so that you clearly tell the customer the real issues that the car has. I had a level of trust for car dealers but no more.

They cleared the lights and codes and sold me my truck. I had it for less then 2 months and my transmission is going out when i called they said u had it 2 months its not my problem. I will never recommend this place to buy a car it took almost 2 months before i got my plates i had to call and tell them to mail them to me mulitple times.

This dealership is a joke! 1st the whole time we corresponded I had no idea after tons of messages that this was a dealership So i go look at car thinking it was a private seller and low and behold you pull up and its a dealership. The price offered on offer up was 2700. Not 27 plus taxes and fees so of course when i sit down the guy says its 3300. Anyway I get the car for 2700 and they say they lost out on 150 bucks which i call BS. So in text message the guy says the car runs great and smooth nothing wrong no mechanical issues well 11 days later in rush hour traffic i break down. I text the guy and his words were sorry you bought it!! I had the car towed (by a friend) and took it to my mechanics shop. 240 dollars later it was the altenator belt.... But here is the crazy part he tells me that they had to know it was bad because someone did a quick fix instead of fixing it. Even though its ONLY 240 dollars, Its now the principal. Not even gonna bother communicating with them again... i will be filing papers to get at the least my 240 back. Thankfully my mechanic took pictures before he repaired it and wrote a statement. If you are looking for an honest dealership DO NOT COME TO FRONTLINE. Greed takes over customer happiness and doing the right thing My friend is shopping around and was about to close a deal there.. They lost out on 8k. If I have to, I will stand across the street and make sure every customer knows that these guy will not do the right thing if you purchase a car from them and they are NOT honest. Always bring a mechanic with you because of guys like this!! I didnt evwn want my 2700 back because I love MY Car but they should have done the right thing and fixed or even offered something other than sorry to late! They should read up on implied warranty. 11 days with a car they should know better!!!

I have bought alot of cars over the years. This place was the worst. The owner and his crew lied, used intimidation when we had to go back to them after buying a car and the paperwork was screwed up. They unlawfully changed the paperwork. I filled a complaint with the state which is still pending.
