Really not happy, we ordered coffee, didnt get asked hot or cold, 3:45AM usually hot coffee is ordered, we received cold coffees, the shots were hot at the bottom, the Sasquatch Claws are stale/old along with the Lemon bars..None of this stuff has dates.Pretty much done shopping here. Time to try another 15363838 coffee shops we have around.

They use to be really good but lately they dont listen to your order and mess it up even after they repeat it. For example today I went to the one on steel street order a 32 Oz liquid sunset. The girl made a 20 Oz then charged me another 5.25 for the energy drink. If she would have listened she may have got the order right. Cashing out was hard for them because I had to orders in my car, they told me the first order total and my granddaughter paid that, then my order which was 2 mochas. When she told me the price I told her that didnt sound right. So I actually paid for my granddaughters and she paid for mine. Maybe they need more training or something. Anymore it doesnt matter which one you got to they have all turned out like this. Maybe its time to find new coffee shop.

Baristas are friendly. Drinks are good. Bigfoot is way better than Starbucks for mocha Frappuccinos

I love this place and the amazing staff, Sarah is beyond amazing, I come to this stand 3 to 4 times a day . I’ve been to all the stands around town and this one is hands down the best one and I recommend this specific stand to everyone I know . Thanks lady’s

I love big foot Java so I was excited to find one closer to me, my other one was the Steele street one. This location is horrible. Most the girls are zoned out( not sure if they are high), unfriendly or too into their conversation to help the customer, when they finally pay attention they don’t even make the desired drink right. I say most but not all. It’s very disappointing to be honest because over a lot of coffee stands I would choose Big Foot Java—just absolutely refuse to go to this location in spanaway. I don’t mean to be rude or disrespectful to these ladies, I used to be a barista, but I do think an honest review is necessary. I also will say that I have tried on multiple occasions to give this location a try but after over a dozen dissatisfied attempts, I will have to take my business to the Steel street location or other espresso stands.

In my opinion its the best coffee place there is. The girls that work there are always so happy and very nice.They are open 24 hours which is very nice and its always very clean.Prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else.If you like coffee I definitely suggest trying them out of you havent already.

They have a decent variety of drinks and snacks, I love that they have white coffee!! They are affordable which is necessary at this time due to Covid 19. They seem like they really care about there customers. Ive personally experienced there customer service via email and they were wonderful and even gave me 2 free drinks!! They offer a rewards program as well (also they have an app for IPhone and Android) where you can earn free drinks !! Just give them your number each time you buy something. The staff is usually fantastic, only one employee that is not very nice or friendly. Everyone else is wonderful. 10 🌟stars!!!! They also have treats for your pets if you bring them along and super convenient open 24 hours 7 days week!! I absolutely recommend you trying this place out if you havent already!! Even if your not a coffee lover, they offer a variety of drinks!!!

Great place good coffee and good solid customer service all the time. Its about the management and the staff. I have one of these stands right by my house and I drive to this one because here you actually get what you ordered timely and with a pleasant barista that treats you respectfully.

Been a customer for the last 10 years and finally got a rewards card back in 2019 and decided to register it today to find out I only have ten points after coming continuously over the last couple years “collecting” points. No managers available after 11 am? And no corporate number to contact anyone at all? Ridiculous. Obviously will be sticking to Starbucks and Dutch bros from here on out.

Went to this stand last night with one of their employees being extremely disrespectful & threatening me and my girlfriend to leave the property or else they would call the cops. This was just after I had purchased a drink from their stand. I will make sure this gets reported to the district manager of Big Foot Java.

Yo this bigfoot java is the best bigfoot java around. the baristas are always nice, welcoming and definitely willing to help out, even if your as indecisive as I tend to be. But really if your looking for coffee, red bull mimosas, or even non caffeinated drinks this is the place dont waste your time going anywhere else.

Ugh getting is easy but getting out is a problem. Once you order you have to drive around to were you came in to get out and the issue is that they have windows on both sides even though it is a loop, and many people do not give you room on the other side to get out. What they should do since this one is a loop with only one way in or out is take orders and payment on one side then ask you to pick up your orders on the other side. This way people dont get in the way and there is more room for every one

I LOVE this coffee stand. I have two girls specifically that rock it on my order every single time, but each barista definitely makes great coffee. I love going to the drive thru and your order is started before you even get to the window! Not expected, but its sure nice sometimes! These girls are definitely excellent with the coffee and are awesome at customer service!

Personally, coming from the East coast, not knowing how coffee actually was here; also, having tried many different spots out here (not a lot tho) this is by far the worst place.One, they dont support a military discount like 99 percent of the others. Theyre overly expensive and bro, whos computer system forces your to tip. At least the girls couldve been polite or sweet or something. This company has a lot to make up for. Ps* if you want decent, overly priced coffee, you should still go somewhere else.

I absolutely love coming to this location. We bring our Rottweiler, Zeno with us. We get our usual and Zeno would get his pupachino (the staff was friendly)

It’s really a hit or miss at this location. There’s some REALLY sweet girls who genuinely love their job, will listen to you with accuracy and will give you amazing service. Then, half of the girls are snarky, won’t actually listen to what you say, get your drink wrong, and gossip the entire time as you sit at the window. I really love this location, but it’s starting to get annoying. The prices are great and they aren’t slow though.

Whoever was working ALONE when I came here 2/13 at around 6 pm deserves a raise. She was the ONLY employee working in the middle of a snow storm, when 2 of her coworkers had called out and there were non stop cars. I’m actually glad this young lady didnt need to share tips but it is absolutely disgusting that management didn’t make the decision to close the store when there was only one employee. Not only was it NOT safe but it was also unfair. The ONLY reason I will be coming back is for her but I want the general manager of this store to be ashamed that they are so useless that they have to leave this young girl all by herself. It’s your job to find coverage. Absolutely ridiculous and bless this young girls heart.

100% favorite place to go to before work. I work at 5 and always here usually every other Friday morning or Tuesday for the mythic mocha or white Americano. Dont know how they make the Americano that good but they make it perfectly compared to other coffee places.

At one point I would have given this place five stars but they have new people in there they do not know customer service, and the new girl that just made my coffee well lets just say its horrible I am considering finding another place for getting my coffee. For the amount they charge I think we deserve better customer service and quality drinks the regular staff before this new hire stuff they were awesome

The baristas were nice and the drinks we ordered were good! The only slight problem was that I ordered a bagel and didnt realize til I drove away from the window that it wasnt toasted which isnt a huge problem but it also wasnt even cut.

I absolutely love these girls! This is the best one Ive ever been to. I go sporadically, sometimes once a week sometimes 3 times a week.... once I tried to quit coffee ... I didnt get to see them for two weeks! But they always know exactly what Im going to order and always ask me about my day like they actually care. Depending on who is working you get what you asked for but these last few times ive gone and asked for drinkable or kids hot chocolate it has burned mine and my kids mouth to the point where he cried and I gave it back and said it was hot and they did nothing to it and said thats the temp for kids!. As well as my drinks i always ask for more flavor and get charged for it but yet it taste like burnt coffee and water!

Staff is pretty friendly, but every time Ive been here its been SUPER busy. If you dont mind the wait, go for it! Its just as good as any other BFJ

The coffee was really good but I do not recommend stopping by here if you are just in need of a quick caffeine hit before work. The baristas were not very quick and were very chatty with their regulars. If you are not in a rush I would recommend it.
