I stopped by to get my flu shot. I was there approximately 40 minutes before I actually got my shot. I was the first person in line. I had to ask the pharmacist for a print out of vaccine proof! I watched as the assistant opened bottles of pills, dumped them into plastic bins and patted the capsules down with his bare hands. No latex gloves used by the assistant or the pharmacist (except when I was given my shot.) There are many reasons I do not use this pharmacy - I only went there because Spanaway Pharmacy wasn’t getting their vaccines until next week. I should have put it off until then.

I used to love this rite aid but they have a new check out person named Krystal and she is really really slow and it’s takes her over ten minutes to get through one customer. I feel for her but this is a fast paced type of job so I’m hoping they find someone soon who can get through the lines at a better speed. Waiting in line for almost an hour is not okay.

Rite-Aid has great sale items and the employees are wonderful. Rose was very nice to me as she rang up my purchase. She treated me with kindness and care - I had a great shopping experience.

EVERY TIME MY PRESCRIBTIONS ARE DO THEY TEXT ME THEY R DONE. I go to store and they ARE NOT DONE AND I HAVE TO WAIT 4 OR MORE hours. You try for DAYS FOR THEM to answer phone. Its ridiculous. Now another month goes by and I cant get ahold of them

This pharmacy was so efficient, with friendly staff, until the recent changeover of staff. No one ever answers the phone, and a standard online refill request takes 4 to 5 days to be filled. I am so fed up!

Wonderful store but absolutely worst website. All you see is Covid, covid, covid. I wanted to look at home and garden, summer things. Never made it.

Yesterday came to pick up my dog prescription because he had only two pills left, well got there they don’t even call you to tell you it’s to early for the prescription to or refilled . But me having only two pills left i know I was on ok . They telling me I still have 6 days left but I’m 100% sure I have been giving my dog the right about if pills every 12 hours . So at this point whoever did my refill last time didn’t give me the correct amount of pills because I’m missing 12 . Super disappointed and now my dog is without his seizure meds .

Apparently you need an appt to get the covid vaccine. Even thoughthere wasnt a spul in the waiting area, we neededan appt. This store and anyone who requires an appt should be ashamed of themselves. Stores like this are only helping to spread it further. I am disgusted that a pharmacy would turn people away during a pandemic all because they do not have an appt. Shame on you.

I am so glad that I switched pharmacies a few years ago. Rite-Aids pharmacy staff (Hardie, Ruth, May, Maria, Francine, Ryan .. basically everyone) has treated me with great care and kindness.Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Maria in the Pharmacy Dept. is awesome. I really appreciate great customer service.People like Maria are hard to find. I hope that the store manager & Rite Aid give her the recognition that she deserves. A pat on the back goes a long way in building employee morale and loyalty.If I was the store manager, I would give Maria a raise, bonus or an extra vacation day.Peace & Love

The Pharmacy Dept. people are great. Ive seen how hard the staff works - they have to concentrate on filling prescription orders while answering calls, talking to customers, etc. Ive been coming here for years and wouldnt trust any other place but Rite Aid.The people who work in other areas of the store are very nice as well. This is an awesome store!

Im not sure what is happening at our Rite Aid. They have been SO incredible. Seems they are short of staff and not sure what else.... They are struggling for sure so be patient and say a prayer....

I really think Rite Aid is one of the very best store & pharmacy around these days. Maria (RX Dept) was very kind and helpful over the phone this morning. The staff here all seem courteous, professional and nice. In my opinion, kindness goes a very long way in building a good relationship with customers. I highly recommend Rite Aid - especially this location.

The pharmacy dept at this store is cut above other competitors - the people who helped me today (Hardi, Edwin and Maria) are true professionals who know how to make a customer like myself feel valued and respected. Thats one of the main reasons I only fill my prescriptions at Rite Aid.

This Rite-Aid sells a wide variety of great items including lawn & garden supplies, food & beverages plus a great cosmetics section and more. There are also very friendly & nice employees such as DeAnn who helped me today. Our short conversation was very pleasant and she told me about her 10 year old sons birthday today which is one of those milestone years now that he is double digits. I appreciate the Rite-Aid chain of stores here in WA.

The after Christmas sale at Rite Aid saved me money on everyday items that my family and I use which is greatly appreciated. This is a great store with nice employees.

Rite Aid has a great selection of everyday items that we use at our house that include food, cleaning, health & beauty supplies. (Cashier # 52748086 is smart, friendly & nice : )

Absolutely love my pharmacy as well as the staff that work there. They all know me by name and treat me like family and a friend as oppose to just a customer.

Back to their old self. Call in a refill and theyll have it ready 20 minutes after you get there not when they say they will. Prices are higher than most other stores for common items.

Im not sure yet. Ive been shopping at the store for many many years and I just switched over to their pharmacy from another local pharmacy and I cant say whether or not its good bad or indifferent I know that its clean the staff is nice although a little slow sometimes but very nice. I have noticed that the shelves are not stocked well. theyre always seems to be a lot of sale items that are unavailable. Also they havent wanted to help me order items that the Lakewood Rite Aid store was more than happy to help me order. This store is less than a mile from my house Lakewood is 12 miles from my house. so I guess theyre inconveniently convenient.

Apparently it’s not important to make sure the prescription instructions are correct on medications. How irresponsible and negligent!!! You could kill someone!!!

Continually losing my meds. Actually, the same med multiple times over the course of the week. It was just some cough syrup so that I could sleep with this virus, but they kept giving the run around, having me to to two other rite aid pharmacies, telling me it was there amd ready for me. This doesnt even bring up that they have been short staffed for over a freaking year amd have a 3 hour wait time for filling prescriptions. Im changing my pharmacy immediately and never using rite aid again, even in an emergency.
