So way back in the middle of October I went to this pharmacy for a refill on my asthma medicine but my prescription had expired, the woman said she would call the Dr and get it refilled, theyd call me when it was cleared and ready for pick up... I never heard back from them. Today Nov.17th I called at 9am just to be told yes my prescription had been authorized by the Dr but they just never filled it. And now it will take them until later this afternoon to fill it...??? WHY would it take 4-6 HOURS to fill a prescription for 1 inhaler ?

Very irresponsible with peoples time. If they dont know how long a medicine is going to take to be ready, then be honest. If people decide to stay and wait after you are honest then thats on each person, but why saying it will take 20 minutes and then have you waiting over an hour. Not cool😐

If this could be zero stars, I would. My prescription was sent here, and when I came, they told me it would be ready the next day (Friday). I show up, and they tell me it wasnt ordered yet and it would be ready Tuesday. I show up yesterday, and it still was not even ordered! I just asked to have it transferred to a Rite Aid. The only good part about this was the brown haired aid who understood my frustration and said this was unacceptable.

For me, this pharmacy has been A-MAZING. The staff actually know my VOICE over the phone, went out of their way to learn how to pronounce my difficult last name, and when a particular anxiety medication for my son was on backorder, Emily went WAY out of her way to find another pharmacy (even one that wasnt Walmart!) that had some in stock. My experience has been many of the customers are rude and expect things from these Pharmacy Techs that they arent legally able to do, and I just want to say thank you to the Tacoma Walmart Pharmacy for always being there for my family.

Always fast always responsive. The best pharmacy Ive used to date.

Overall the employees are very companionate and helpful! We have found there is a male pharmacist who asks too many personal questions about children. Aside from that all other staff have been great

Horribly lazy in the pharmacy here, 20 minutes before closing time refuses to fill basic prescriptions to they wouldn’t have to work so close to going home. Where I come from, you work until you’re not paid anymore. Not refusing someone early because it would be an inconvenience to do your job while you’re on the clock.

Rudest staff ever!!!! And not only are they rude they gave out my personal information without my consent when I specifically said not too... not only is that unprofessional but illegal too... Ill be happily calling whoever I need to on them... would give zero stars if possible

The pharmacy I have been going to for years same medications, now they wanna make a problem saying we need to make sure both your drs know your on both these medications.. Im like dude yall have filled these plenty of times and duh they both know!

Lazy. Uneducated. Don’t listen to the customer. Spent 3 days trying to fill a prescription. Got a call it was ready and still issues to be had. This pharmacy is a joke.

The Pharmacist are unprofessional and lazy and rude. The only nice employee are Joe who is a pharmacist tech last day is tomorrow on A March 18, 2016. Also Ciara outs very nice. The Manager have me someone elses prescription when I got hone I realised orb wasnt mine at all. I could have died if I hadnt checked it thoroughly. Paul told me ghee put in a order and out wasnt placed so I had to have the new girl put it in the system. Paul outs always chewing on gum like a cow spits it out or touches out throws it away and doesnt sterilize his hands or washes them before touching another new Prescription then places a new piece of gum in his mouth and doesnt wash his hands or uses acholol sanitation this is called CROSS CONTAMINATION. I A.M. THINKING ABOUT LEAVING AND REPORTING WAL-MART TO DEPARTMENT OUT SIDE THE BUILDING OF POOR WORK ETHNICS. THESE PHARMACIST NEED TO BE FIRED AND LET GO DUE TO CONTAMINATION AND SHOULD LOSE THEIR LICENSE FOR GOOD.
