Our patio doors are steel with glass inserts that have blinds inside. One of the blinds broke and we called multiple door/glass places and also searched online. We received a quote for over $800 for one door glass insert. My sister’s boss recommended Jet City and not only did we find our glass it was less than $250, so we bought both sides and it was there in only a couple days. Thanks so much!

Great prices, mediocre communication, average speed of production. Overall not a bad place to buy a set of doors if you can wait a couple weeks minimum and dont mind them being days late without a heads up then delivering your doors while painters are spraying out the house. People are very friendly. I think the office just lacks some organization and procedures. Stay on top of your stuff by calling in to stay updated and theres no problem!

Jet Door has great products for less money than the competition. The whole team, from delivery to front desk, is professional, pleasant, and informative. Additionally, the company went out of its way to deliver my order and sent me touch-up paint and a replacement door guide when the carpet installers damaged one. I will definitely order from Jet Door in the future.
