The reason I am giving this place any stars at all is because a wonderful lady who’s working at the checkout stand named Michelle. I went through the whole store trying to get help with some thing every employee I spoke with including the store manager was extremely rude. I then went to the lady at the cash register and she immediately helped me with what I needed help with. You guys would be smart to keep her around and get rid of the store manager for sure. I guess I shouldn’t say that it was a store manager because I don’t know for sure but it was whoever is in charge at 7:30 AM On Saturday September 25 2021 I will be calling corporate later today when they are open. Thank you Michelle for your help.

Good store. Not so big you have to walk a 100 miles to get milk. In and out which is great for a guy like me.

Its a grocery store. The line was fairly long when I went through, but the store was clean.

Was in here September 11, 2021 around 8:15pm and it was busy. Kelly was trying to check people out as fast as possible; however, her bagger was so occupied with texting on her phone, she was one arm bagging customers while refusing to look away from her phone. Extremely unprofessional.... Kelly gets 4 stars for her work ethic but loses 1 star for not keeping her bagger focused. The bagger get 0 stars for prioritizing her social life over the task at hand a.k.a. her job... Average 2 stars...

QFC is an excellent place to shop for a variety of products. This particular QFC in Parkland on Pacific Ave S & 112th St S can get awkward in the checkout lines during peak business hours. Without self checkout & the product isles beginning a little over 2 meters from the standard checkout points. Avoiding awkward cart & shopper shuffling can sometimes be difficult when in checkout line but, usually it all runs smoothly.

Nothing be say good people good attitude and security guard on duty I feel safe to shop there

QFC is the best among main chain grocery stores. Organic food available. Large selection, great deli section. Offers a diverse line of food products. Good bakery. Its comparable to the super-Safeways though nowhere close to Whole Foods. Its a great place to get or order your food. Fresh produce, sanitation stations. I like it.

I love shopping here. Ive been shopping here almost exclusively for about a year now. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, the produce is fresh and they usually have what I need. It is a small store and they just sell food. They dont have clothes and all that, which is why I like going here. The lines move quick and they are pretty good about calling extra checkers to the front when things get busy.

Been going to this store for over 18 years. Its always been very pleasant to shop there. They treat you like family. When I became very Ill years ago. They offered to deliver groceries to my home. That was way before instat cart was around. It has always been very clean and orderly. Very nice workers on every shift, throughout the years. For a smaller Qfc they have always had every product I needed. Thats pretty good. For someone who raised 4 kids and did mostly all my shopping for food there. Keep up the great work. For the community.

Quality Food Center has reasonable prices, with a pretty average shopping experience, but theyre seriously lacking in customer service. Very recently I was in line to just purchase a pack of cigarettes and there was a plethora of difficulties originating from the staff, which resulted in a 10 minute transaction for just the cigarettes. Theres one employee in particular, a Checker named Brande, who has a hostile demeanor as she completes her duties, which ruins the shopping experience because you leave feeling like you arent welcomed back.

All the checker are very helpful and very nice

When in Parkland, I stop here. Theyre friendly and have a good selection.

I come here often and this review only reflects my visit today 12/23/20. Perry, your checker, needs to be made aware of the mask mandate Washington state is under and while a pretty girl may sway his views this is not acceptable. Washington is under a mask mandate because of science and just because a young female chooses to be naive of the consequences of not wearing a mask and push this on your even more naive checker your company is responsible for the well being of others and safety is clearly lacking. All the signage for social distancing in the aisles have been removed and it has went back to a clean it yourself view. Your store needs to follow the guidelines put in place to keep pierce county safe and clearly your employees on tonights shift do not care. I was astonished by Perrys lack of concern and the acceptance of the girls lack of knowledge as fact to why. There was no limit on the amount of people allowed into the store even though this was also a mandate!

In need of serious upgrade. As others have mentioned the place to put merchandise is extremely small. Location not bad but in need of improvement for customers to do their regular shopping here. Positive is the curb-side pickup is fast!

They do not jave a restroom for customers. Basics. I will not spend penny here. BYE!

Everyone is nice and helpful from the butchers to the deli staff but I always get the rude cashier in the morning/afternoon that ends my shopping on a bad note.

I would actually love shopping here, but they are the slowest store Ive ever gone to. Multiple times the lines have been crazy with one cashier.

I love to shop there and I would recommend it. They are a little price but great customer service and sales reap.

TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED! Fresh crab is NOT FRESH! And its way more expensive than the frozen crab sold down the road at the other Kroger! I really should have known better but it is not typical for a merchant to lie! I have over $60 worth of mushy watery crab crud! YUK!

My local QFC has been here for many years, and our locals shop here. Good selection of everyday things, but may not always carry what Im looking for. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. I esp like the floral Dept. With a good variety of plants and flowers.

It was great living in that area and being able to have a trustworthy store (QFC) to go to when i needed it, has quality food, name fits well and nice employees/management made friends with a few of them had great conversations when they were scanning, it was good times, i had a great time, anybody who goes there should have a great time.

It would be a perfect store if it wasnt located where it is. Its busy. Sometimes so busy the lines go into the aisles. The employees are great and friendly and all of them recognize me. At certain times every single lane will be open and the lines are still long. Its a convenient place to stop for everyone in the neighborhood and everyone likes the place. It should have 5 stars but its just too popular to love it all the time.

Its a decent grocery store, now owned by Kroger chains. So my Kroger discount works here. Good selection but not extensive. Prices are good as well with card. No express checkout but as far as my experience, lines arent usually long. Parking is the only downside for me. Layout is awkward and iffy when you try to pull away. Too many fast cars not paying attention. But that is the people driving not the stores fault. Over all, decent.

My go to grocery store for a quick stop (sometimes more). Awesome staff, good deals all the time with the rack of manager specials. Beware of a possible addiction to their deli foods, particularly the chicken tenders. High quality meats, produce, pet needs...the list goes on. Some items are a little pricier but nothing to complain about!

Interesting place.At checkout I watched the guy in front of me walk behind the counter and speedily bag his own groceries. When it came to the last item, wine, the cashier went to put it in the cart, yet the customer went to grab it. They had this really awkward fumble of the wine bottle before finally the cashier jabbed it into the cart.We then had a similar experience when we went to take our bag from him, and he thrusted the bag into us.Will return.

The staff is amazing the manager is super cool I choose this store over any store in the city. Your amazing cashiers deserve a amazing raise for their hard work and dedication to your company. They are truly amazing people who makes sure you find what you need and be in a comfortable and safe environment.

Love the employees here! You can always ask for help and they always know right away And they have a sense of humor! Cant go wrong here! Love the coffee girl in the am especially! She is always so nice to all the regulars that come in!

I just want to share that theres a sting going on they have people following you in the store and outside the store just be safe at that QFC. I think they need more Securities outside.

Well laid out. Clean. Usually not longer than 5 minutes in line. Fresh bakery and deli. Higher prices than my regular grocery style, but great for necessities.

Clean and organized with plenty of stock,and produce everything you need for your labor day weekend.

Although QFC is a Kroger affiliate, the prices are too high for the quality of the products and groceries. I find better deals for the same items at Fred Meyer which is also a Kroger affiliate. The staff at QFC is also not customer friendly.

Every time I go to QFC I have a wonderful experience, there are always dressed well, very polite, the store is always nice, neat, and clean. The prices on things so might be a little too expensive, but its close and convenient. A wonderful experience to shop at.

Clean facility, nice staff, good prices and friendly faces everywhere. This shopping center is running very well, and you can always expect to get in and get out without hassle. Even when they are busy, or when the lines are long, the managers are calling more cashiers to the front. They have a robust bakery!

This location is quite good. It doesnt feel cramped and stuffed full. It isnt cozy. It feels like a normal grocery store. It isnt fancy, and the building is old. One friend tells me the place has an odor but Ive never noticed. The selection of goods is decent. The staff are friendly as long as you respect them and dont try to scam them. 😀

Good customer service, I can find most things grocery and household related. But the price for everything. 1 star period, that place is a rip off. I dont know how everybody else justifies theyre ratings but when you jack the price up that is my number one most faulable issue. They charge literally almost as much as a convenient store. Its no secret, Safeway is not the safest way to shop

Didn’t have the best experience as a personal shopper. The cashier was rude and the guy bagging our stuff cussed in front of me and my little cousin. Its so unprofessional. We look young and they took advantage of that by thinking they can say what they want. Will talk to management soon. If nothing is done will go higher up if needed.

Dont like the way the registers work. No belt just a small shelf. If I did some real shopping there it would take forever to check out. I treat it like a corner store and travel further to do big shopping

Over priced. Fresh produce and meat though. Lands somewhere between Haggens and Safeway. I prefer local produce you find at farmers markets and community supported markets such as Tacoma Boys or any local spot that depends on community business to survive. its healthier anyway. but QFC is across the street and I want sum orange juice.

I have been going here for 16 yrs. My favorite store. Happy they have a security guard! Parking lot gets kinda scary!

Great wine list! Wanted wild king salmon and had to settle for wild coho. At least I had a choice for wild salmon and not stuck with farm raised garbage.

Half a star..Bought deli fried chicken, came back 10 min. Later to get mashed the price was reduced 1.00 !!! Of couse didnt get discount.,,was either very greasy, thighs cut in half and usually dry,.,the mashed potatoes tasted like boxed only worse, plus I could taste the preservatives or chemicals, so Im not about to buy anything else from deli. Plus worker acted like that was the last place she wanted to be. I would feel the same if I had to sell that nasty food

It is a great small grocery store for quick runs. Just dont go between 4-6 cause the lines get long as there are only 3 cashiers working. The staff is friendly and the special offers are great.

Its a little smaller than your usual stores but is always clean and shelves are neat and always stocked.the food is always fresh and above average in quality.Staff is friendly and it is busiest around 5pm -6pm on weekdays, and staff could go out of their way2 b more helpful on the floor but besides that it one of my favorite stores but its a little more expensive than safeway or albertsons.

I enjoy coming here. The staff is awesome. There usually isnt much of a wait to check out. I usually come here when I just need a few things but I save my full grocery shopping for other stores as shopping here is on the spendier side.

Excellent Deli and fruits and veggies offered a large selection and pretty fresh. Decent parking outside and enough clerks checking so the lines didnt go forever.

Update - Unacceptably dirty bathrooms almost every day. The store opens at 5am and I stop in here almost every morning on my home from work to grab something for dinner, about 5:30am. More often than not I end up needing to use the restroom, and it is always some degree of dirty. Today was particularly bad, hence the review.The attached photo shows some of it. Toilet paper all over the floor and giant mass of paper in the used toilet clogging it. Whats not easy to see is the empty toilet seat cover container, the dried piss on the seat along with food crushed into the floor and an over flowing garbage can. Also at some point I assume the toilet actually overflowed itself because there is a wet floor sign. For a business that has been open for less than an hour I find this unacceptable. This has been left to sit like this since the store closed at midnight. Door was wide open and lights were on when I got there, so every employee who walked past, on the way to their private bathroom during the night had a great view of the state the restroom was in.Ive just spent the last 8 hours cleaning at a local university and I dont think its to much to ask to not have to do the potty dance while I plunge my grocery stores toilet and wipe the piss off their seat.First review - Your average grocery store. Employees are pleasent and very helpful

Im shocked this place has went downhill. I went in around 8:30am and it looked like nothing in the store was restocked at all the produce looked gross just not fresh at all 😑😒Do they not recover there store? And why is it so dark? The flowers looked terrible too..I had to scrounge to find a decent looking one. It just seems like they dont care at all. Pretty sad store🤷🏾‍♀️

This Quality Food Center is aight. Kroger tho, fasho. You cant take a left out the parking lot unless you use the exit across the lot and left at the intersection. I did, however, decide to go left anyways and almost tossed my girlfriend out the passenger window when I had to mob over the orange median thing on Pac ave. Should have used the 112th exit, now my damn steering is all jacked up and girlfriend said some choice words implying I may not be getting any now, which is why I was getting ice cream at QFC in the first place... QFC is aight tho.

I USE TO go to this store almost everyday. They really need to learn customer service which you would think they would know because thats their job but nope. We all have bad days but when you ask for help young punk say pppsshhh yeah give me minute and never comes back some one at register screaming at some one cause they called out mind you also cussing on the phone what a family store never will go back.
