I bought my first motorcycle today (2016 HD Breakout) at Destination Harley-Davidson in Fife. The people there are really nice and knowledgeable. It was a great no pressure atmosphere with great staff all around. The sales person that helped me out a lot in selecting my bike was Andrew Rawson and the Finance person that was also a huge help was Derek Wilkinson. Those guys and the rest of the staff have made my experience stress free and cant wait to do future business there!

Met Cole at 10am and I rode 3 bikes. It was between a 2020 Fatboy Anniversary, 2013 Heritahe Classic and a 2021 Teal Heritage Classic with 107. It was close on all three bikes. But I qualified for 3.49% on 60 months combined with lifetime warranty and a beautiful bike that rode very smooth to win me over. I wasnt in a hurry and took 6 hours to decide, but the 2021 Teal HD Heritage won. I am very pleased with the bike choice and appreciate them working with me. If I could of gotten 3.49 I might have been leaving with 2020 Fatboy, it was that close. The dealership experience was awesome. HD should recognize veterans with ID as a discount in store, service, and purchasing a bike. Other than that this place Rocks!!
These guys are awesome knowledgeable and was super nice of them to stay 2 hours after closing to help us and close on a 2020 H-D Iron 883 Sporty. In fact me and my husband loved the service and bikes that we got another sporty 883 the next day. And we like the atmosphere and no one shunned us away because we are a gay couple. NIkki did a great job with follow up and returning calls and emails in a timely fashion. Got my new bike a month before I thought she would. Very easy to work with. Andrew helped me out on day of delivery and went over all the features on the bike before I left. As someone who runs a dealership myself I can honestly say I wish all my sales people had the same attitude and willingness to help as these two. Great experience all around. Will definitely be a long time customer!

I always have good experience when I go in there. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The call wait time is pretty long for parts, especially on the weekends or after 4pm, but thats only because theyre the best in the area, and everyone and their mother calls them. If you want to not be on hold for 15 minutes or longer during their rush then just go in, wait on hold, call at a different time of day, buy online, or call a different dealership.
They have variety of products but when it comes to purchasing part I would recommend the online website because if you buy it there they will try to up charge you.
Im sorry to say that Destination Harley is no longer my destination. They refuse to work on older bikes. To hell with customer service and repairing an older bike, maximise profit, sell new bikes At about $20-$25K. The dollar is obviously more important to these Buisinessmen, than your customer loyalty. I got your customer loyalty hanging.
House flooded with harley inside, made a call. They contacted me back and informed me they had a truck in route to pick up my Harley. This is the best shop out there. If you want a place that cares, look no further. They will take care of you.
Things that matter...how you are greeted, how are you treated, how do feel about the interaction from staff even if it is unclear if you are a lookylu. I came in looking for old demo model to ride so as not to sully a new bike, Phil H basically said nonsense, ride the one you want. Leroy J then finished up the demo and I did not wind up buying. To the point, after a few weeks and now ready to buy, started looking around for the color I wanted found that it was not at Tacoma destination. I could have bought it elsewhere but due to the experience and comfort felt with the interaction of the Phil and Leroy, I decided to purchase from you, knowing full well this would be a long process (3 months) I am not a patient person especially spending this kind of $ however, its the little things like how you treat and make people feel that matter and earned my business!

“I had been looking at the Pan America for a while now. The bike is actually everything I dreamed of, but when it first came out I was hesitant to purchase a brand new design without seeing how it panned out first (Ba-Da-DUM!). As a result, when I finally knew that it was the bike for me, it was virtually sold out nation wide. I had tried other dealers, but no one really seemed to want to even try to help me. I kept being told that the were sold out, that they werent making them any more, and to wait for next years model. No would put forth any effort whatsoever to even look into it. The mission did indeed seem impossible! The number one selling Adventure-Touring bike in the United States would not be an easy objective! Knowing exactly what I wanted (a Pan America Special any color but orange and cream) I contacted Nikki Smith at Destination Harley-Davidson. I asked her to please take down my information, and let me know if and when something came available. She was hard at work looking for one within the first 5 minutes of our phone call. While still on the phone, she informed me that she found only one in the local area, and explained that if a dealer had one, it was usually already reserved. I told her I was willing to wait, and resigned myself to attempting to build upon that wonderfully overrated virtue called patience. Did I say Mission Impossible?! Well....I should have said Mission Improbable! Or maybe Mission Stand Back and Watch This! Within minutes Nikki found out that the bike was not pre-sold and pounced like a cheetah taking down a baby gazelle!! She let me know that the bike was on the way, and asked me to fill out a credit app online. From there, Nikki and her Finance Manager Derek walked me through the purchase process with ease, giving me a very generous value for my trade in and getting me the payment I want! The whole experience was as smooth as a Swiss watch! The most difficult part for me would be waiting for the bike to arrive! When the call came that it had arrived I went to the store with my trade in. Nikki turned me over to Andrew who was very thorough in going over the bike with me. They then took me down the pathway introducing me to key members of the team to help me with my purchase. Alan in Parts managed to get me a top bag. I was very pleasantly surprised at this, because parts for the Pan America are hard to come by right now. I then met Andrew in the Service Department who went over the few known issues with this new model and how to resolve them should they occur (got 100 miles on the bike so far and NO issues!), and finally Julie in Finance who went over every aspect of the deal with me. At every point I was connected with people who are consummate professionals who really enjoy what they do! It was an awesome experience! The ride home was something I will never forget! This bike is everything I had hoped for and more, and I got it sooner that I dreamed possible thanks to Nikki, Derek, and the gang at Destination Harley-Davidson! I extend to them my heartfelt gratitude and encourage and recommend that anyone looking for their next purchase to check them out! I am doing some drive work on my 06 FXDBI. A gasket and seal job that got more complicated. I dealt with Austin over the phone then picked up the bearing raceway I needed, and in the process I ended up also buying a battery too.They make it easy to do business with them by treating you like a person.And I can see why they are sometimes very busy, but they do their best not to let that be an excuse.
Hi Everyone. Being a returning rider, purchasing my first Harley and being a local business owner this whole transaction was important to me to share. I was a direct referral so it cost Destination $0 for me to walk through their door. My salesperson did an excellent job answering all my questions. Now I had recently did some comparisons at other local dealerships but chose Destination because there was a “no pressure sales”. The experience going through the actual transaction of purchase was typical for any dealership moving through each department. The communications between each department was not clear and I was often lead with different information but they are working on that. It was as if the left hand never spoke to the right hand once the purchase was made making it difficult to repeat the situation over. The ad-ons and delivery was a challenge but all was rectified in the end. I received many calls from upper management and the owner Eddie himself and was appreciative. We talked extensively and I more than appreciated his call and everyone pulling together to deliver a better experience. We talked “business” and especially when he was on his vacation. I was listened to and heard. Advice to you: please give businesses an opportunity to listen and rectify or make things better or right and don’t “run to write a negative review”. Talk with the business. Keep asking. Everyone did everything to make it a better and outstanding experience. I bought this Harley because it made me feel “free” just for a moment during life’s craziness. I wanted the experience. Be patient to all small businesses as staffing has been a challenge more than we can say in so many ways. I hope this review is read at their meetings to all who work at Destination Harley. PS I love my new slip ons and it really sounds like a Harley now! So thank you to all who helped and remember the customer who is purchasing the bike and the great service experience! Destination HD Fife was able to get my 2020 RoadGlide in for its 10K service within 3 days of my initial call. The 10K maintenance was completed on the day Destination said it would be done. As a bonus it was washed and hand walked to the front of the service department for me to pick up. From my point of view the service department here seems to be well organized with competent employees. The front desk people (Candace) and the others, have excellent customer service skills and treat you as if they care about you.

Amazing store, the staff greeted us when we came into this great location. Super huge selection of motorcycles new and used. Parking lot, clean store and restrooms. Inside store they have a cute full area for coffee, snacks and more. Awesome decor and a lot of motor gear. Service department and parts was large with very nice and knowledgeable staff.
Went into just see inventory and what bikes were there. Not a ton of selection but that is of course due to covid. Found two bikes that my husband and I were interested in. Everyone was so friendly and it was such an easy process. We did shop around and this place was just the most welcoming and helpful all around.
Happy to have them as my hometown Harley dealer. I received a clothing catalog from the Motor Company and it featured a light weight jacket that I was interested in for summer riding in the warmer climates. Not knowing how the sizing actually runs I thought I would head into Destination and see if they had one to try on. They did in the perfect size for me. Tara helped me out and set it aside while I ran home to grab my gift card to use towards the purchase which I had originally forgot to bring with me.
Ed & Nikki did an awesome job helping me find the right bike & Lee getting me the upgrades I wanted! I was looking for a 2021 denim pain Ultra Limited & then add a 131 kit. They all took the time to find the bike and make that happen. Nikki was very patient with me & she was a pleasure to work with. Destination Harley has always been my home for my bikes & will continue to be!
It was ok, took close to ten minutes for anyone in service to help me. There were two guys behind the counter clearly working on things but they could have recognized me and let me know they’d help ASAP. Finally, random woman walking through asked if I’d been helped yet…
My wife and I went in looking for our first Harley and were helped by Scott in sales. He helped us through the whole process of choosing and buying or bike. He was easy to talk to and no pressure to buy. Thank you Scott! After the bike purchase we went over to the motor clothes department where we were helped by Sarah. Since we hadn’t ridden a bike in years we needed all new gear. Sarah went above and beyond ! She was there to helpus through all our choices of gear and spent a couple of hours helping us wade through a huge selection of gear. Thank you Sarah!A few weeks later we came in to pick up a couple of things (t shirts, hats, etc.) when we decided to look at intercoms for our helmets. Ray in parts was extremely helpful in telling us features to look for and the different ways to connect on our bike (Bluetooth vs.wired). Thank you Ray for your knowledge and time!All in all we have had a great experience at Destination H-D in Fife. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new bike or gear. I bought my first bike with Andrews help. Iv had alot of experience with dealerships in general over the years and this was by far my best experience. Knowledgeable, professional, and the best part, not pushy for a sale. Made me feel like he was there to help me get what I wanted, and not make a quick sale. Answered all my questions, and worked with me through phone, text, and in person. Made introductions to the rest of the team at the store, and really backed the whole family vibe. All the staff was amazing as well. Seriously ! Best experience.

I purchased a 2020 trike in 2019 but lost it when the e-brake decided to release and it rolled into Lake Washington on Halloween of 2020... spooky. Nikki fixed me up with this lovely green 2021 trike and Ive nearly recovered from the trauma. Nice. Just wish they would juest get as creative on the back of womens shirts as they do with mens shirts. Even the keys chains have pretty pictures than womens shirts.
Not super impressed with this dealership. I have recently moved to the area and Ive have had less than stellar experience with the service staff.The service department; you want the customer to leave messages and youll call back...four times Ive left messages...not a call back yet. Before I moved, I upgraded the stereo in my RG-at the dealership in Milwaukee-I talked to the service guy at destination about a speaker issue, he said he wouldnt touch it cause it wasnt HD...what? It was a HD dealer install. Is this place a sell the bike only kind of place? I wonder how much itd cost to ship my bike back to Milwaukee for service? It might be worth it...

JT was so nice and helpful! My husband and I originally went to jet city Harley Davidson in Bellevue. They did not take us serious and I’m not sure if they thought we were just a young couple but we went in there ready to pay cash for a motorcycle but left immediately because of how they treated us. When we came to destination it was the total opposite !! JT greeted us with a smile and was so nice and jumped in immediately with recommendations. We felt like the process was smooth and easy. We spent a couple of hours there only because of my husband and I indecisiveness on a bike. There was no heckling or trying to get us into a bike we didn’t want. JT was very honest and up front with us. I felt he was genuine, professional, and knowledgeable! Everyone there was so kind to us and we did not feel rushed even when we stayed there a little past closing. 5 stars all around and am recommending to all my friends!
After visiting another dealership in the area we were a bit put off about buying another bike. The little lady and I decided to get some lunch and visit another dealership (Destination H-D). First thing we noticed was the prices were in plain view so there was no haggling. Scott, Phil, and the rest of the team were great to talk to, answered all our questions, did a great job assisting me in my purchase. Before we knew it I purchased my first Harley, a 2018 Breakout and was happily riding back home.

Ive never been in the shop so I cant tell you how the service is but they keep their lawn beautiful parking lot clean. Prior to Phils arrival Destination is the last place I wouldve brought my business. A prior interaction had left a bad taste in my mouth. Thats all changed within the last couple months. Went above and beyond anything I expected when buying a motorcycle. Made me feel like what I needed in a bike and wanted is more important than making any type of sale. This dealership is not your typical dealership it is a family community.
Destinations convenient physical location off the 5 is already a huge plus. Whenever I need something for my bike, its easy to get there and pick up what I need. The staff at Destination is warm, friendly and helpful. I haver never felt hounded or pressured to make a purchase, and even when I purchased a new motorcycle last year, it was a several months long process of consideration where the sales team was very patient and accommodating. I test rode several bikes till I decided on one, and here is where they shine, letting me take a demo model out, ride it for some time without putting pressure on me to bring it back quickly, or escorting me on a controlled route. Theres nothing more off putting than going for a demo ride and having to slowly follow a group and Destination doesnt do this at all.

Buying the bike was fairly easy. Just wish Destination could work through the process faster. It took 3 hours to settle on a price and get financed. Staff was enjoyable to work with.
Leroy was the salesman that helped me and his professionalism was only trumped by his customer service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the right bike, as well as helping to get me financed. Overall, the staff, environment, and customer service were second to none. Its no wonder theyve earned awards!

I traded in a 2007 I had just purchased and Destination gave me a great trade-in, worked to get me on8 the new machine asap. They even offer pickup and drop off for repairs if needed. Earl had got me the part that should have worked, he was explaining to me how to install. Then I asked if he could show me what he was talking about at which time he realized that was not the right part and ordered me the appropriate one. Glad he caught that and saved me the frustration of trying to install the wrong part. Always look forward to shopping there.
