I stopped in the other day, first time ever. The shop was a lot bigger than it looks from the outside, with a great selection of brand new bikes (drool), and gear. I just needed a schrader valve and valve stem cap. I was prepared to pay whatever they wanted... but he gave me both for Free! Very cool. Thank you! Ill be back.

So I wanted a KTM 450SX. Took my bike over to NW European Cycle and Eric the owner let me trade it in and gave me a very fair deal. I have been buying bikes from them for 25 plus years. Eric like his dad Marshal treats his customers very well. I give them a 5 star for doing the best they can, for being a very small shop. Im a small business owner and appreciate the hard work of other small business owners. Its not always easy for Eric to run the sales, be the Mechanic, control marketing, and be the book keeper all at the same time. Lets help him sell some bikes so he can move up into a bigger building and hire some help!! Tell a friend. I have heard stories of them occasionally coming up short, but that is becasue we live in a society that wants their product delivered yesterday. But honestly as a small business it can be very hard to keep up with supply and demand 100% of the time. Its either FEAST OR FAMINE!!! So Id say stop in and show some support to small business. Because all the big, impersonal box stores want to beat them out.... Loyal Customer... Thanks Bob

I went in looking for a street bike and did not realize that this was a dirtbike center. That was my fault though not theirs. I spoke to Eric, and he was incredibly helpful. Honestly, I wish that I had left with a dirtbike, even though I didnt go in looking for one.
