Had me waiting for over 30 minutes, no respect and didnt even seem to want the business

Quoted price was actual price charged. Mark even took care of a few extra small things at no extra charge. Seems professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Should have listened to the other review. Got a quote by email, took it in and told the owner guy that if it were going to be any more expensive at all to call me. Get there to pick my bike up and am told another part was broken so they replaced it and billed me for it. No explanation or apology for not listening to my distinct instructions to contact me if the price were to be ANY different.

Cant get a straight price out of these guys. You take it in and get a quote and when you come back there is other extra stuff done they stick you for. Not acceptable business practice with the number of wrenches out there
