Honestly the Coolest storage people EVER!! AJ is so awesome and was VERY helpful, didnt think there are people like them in this world anymore.

The owner (I’m terrible with names) was a joy to be around. It’s not everyday you find someone passionate about their job, who cares for others at the same time. When I checked in Sunday morning, he had mentioned that his assistant (who was supposed to open that morning) had suddenly passed away. Since Sunday, I have thought about their staff, family, friends, etc. My condolences to your crew, family, & friends during this hard time 💐. Hope all is well. I stored my belongings at Nalley Valley for 4 months through Covid, and I would absolutely recommend them. Anthony is incredibly nice and understanding.The only concern I had initially was the security of the unit because it was covered by thick fencing wire rather than a solid roof, but Anthony assured me that they have 24/7 video monitoring and that the units were perfectly secure. Plus I ended up hanging some coats from the wire roof, so it came in handy.The units are indoors and heated, there’s a huge freight elevator with multiple bay doors, and I was able to back my UHaul right up to the doors and use the supplied furniture carts to move all my belongings.If I ever need to store anything in Tacoma again, I’ll definitely be stopping by to see Anthony at Nalley Valley.

Nalley Valley storage is safe and secure. I was in Europe for five years and never had an uncomfortable moment worrying about my goods in storage. A.J. and crew were always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone with a need for storage.

This has to be the best storage facility -- clean, secure, organized. Combined with U-haul trucks and vans rental and moving supplies too -- its so convenient and makes moving/storage so much easier. AJ, the manager, is awesome! His customer service and kindness are off the charts excellent. I agree with another review -- This man should be teaching other businesses how to treat customers. Also, he keeps the place immaculate. Where can you walk in and get a cup of coffee and a piece of candy. Office has been remodeled and looks awesome, and you can always tell how clean a place is by looking at the bathroom. Nalley Valleys is immaculate. You cant go wrong with this place! I will always return when I need their services and will always recommend.

The storage space #2199 worked very well for us. It was the right size and was conveniently located. It was clean and protected from the moist Puget Sound weather. the staff was very courteous and very accommodating.

Nice and secure storage.

We have had various storage units at Nalley Valley self storage for a number of years. That would include spaces that house professional equipment, as well as personal belongings. We have tried other facilities in the past closer to home, only to be burglarized and treated poorly. We have always come back to AJ at Nalley Valley, knowing that we were putting our possessions in good hands. AJ is not only extremely professional, helpful, and kind but in addition, is absolutely on top of everything in an organized and punctual manner. We are leaving the state soon, and regret that we will no longer have a working relationship with AJ. We can only hope if we need storage units in the future, that we find a facility with someone thats half as competent as AJ. Wherever that the facilty manager is, they certainly have some big shoes to fill. Working with AJ has been a complete pleasure and delight. I would highly recommend Nalley Valley self storage and of course AJ! You WILL NOT be sorry!

Nalley Valley Self Storage has a great location and safe, convenient parking. Anthony (AJ) is consistently friendly and helpful. The building has a large elevator as well as a small, faster elevator for quick trips to my locker. There are always large and small platform carts and a convenient, clean restroom. The building is heated and well-maintained as well as clean. Someone is always available for security in the building and parking lot. Great communication as to move-in and out polices, available access, and help with opening and closing codes. Simply the best!

Do yourself a favor and check out Nalley Valley.Urban Storage, AKA Nalley Valley Storage, was our choice in where to keep things for our son who is stationed overseas and here is why: After spending time researching reviews and driving by other locations, we decided to stop in and visit our short list of places. Urban was easy to access, located in a central area and secure. We went in and were met by the assistant manager. The office was super clean, smelled good, and felt very welcoming. Andrew, the AM, shared lots of great information that we would not have known to ask but turned out to be super helpful. He took us on a quick tour, and again, I was impressed by the cleanliness, smell and organization of the entire location. We reserved a unit and when I returned later in the week, the manager, Anthony was there to meet me. Here again: super helpful, very nice, generous with his information. When we came with a load of items, I was impressed by the help we were given and the little touches of being treated like I was more than just one of many. Each time I bring items to the unit, I am met with a positive spirit, help from the office (Anthony or Andrew) and a great impression. I wish I could give them more stars.My experience has been positive and such a relief as we are also going through the sale of our home, a major move out and downsizing. I so appreciate the generous spirit of both Andrew and Anthony. I am so confident in the decision to store things here that I have prepaid the year, and plan on doing that next year as well. My son will be back in a couple of years and I want to feel secure that his things will be safe, secure and kept in good shape until he returns. What a joy to have selected Urban Storage. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool old building with a huge freight elevator. 4 floors, easy to navigate. Complimentary wooden flatbed, and wheels makes in and outs easy without having to own a dolly. Plus complimentary water, coffee/tea/hot cocoa and delicious candies always stocked up! Its a storage unit, with the extra amenities done right! Oh...and super clean bathroom.

AJ is outstanding in his service. He referred me to a great mover, saving my sister and I a great deal of time trying to find a Mover, which is difficult during this time. AJ made everything easy and was very professional, efficient, and friendly.

I have had a private mail box here since, but have also rented U-Hauls and storage units as well.Over the years, there has been very little to nil turn over in employees. The employees that has been here has been always accommodating, understanding, and friendly.In all the times that I have had storage units, used services, or visited business locations, I would have to say this one tops it and knocks the Customer Service out of the park.I cant say enough about the staff here, AJ is great! Theres a cute cuddly cat named Nalley there as well that will sometimes greet you if shes not napping. Nalley Valley is a fantastic storage facility. It is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Update: Had to drop a star. Our trailer was broken into with several items stolen in the outdoor storage area. Their cameras havent found anything. Disappointed that we are paying a lot for security... Indoor security seems clean. Attentive staff. It is unfortunate that there isnt better hours to accommodate shift workers. They have limited indoor hours.

Reasonably priced, heated, dry storage with management that believes in genuine customer service.They helped me choose the right size unit for my needs and after all the paperwork was done, set me up with a truck for the move. No hassles!

The staff are all super friendly. Theyre very understanding of financial speed bumps. Theres also an office cat named Nalley! Shes also friendly, and gorgeous.

They have the best staff! Even when I have fallen behind, I am treated with courtesy and respect. There is a very clear family vibe here.

I have used Nalley Valley Self Storage for years. While I dont have a storage unit right now, I do have a mailbox. Getting mail here is great because if you get a package, you know it is stored safely until you pick it up. This place has fantastic service and it is a great place to store your items and have a mailbox. AJ is the best, always providing great customer service, helping any way he can. Always clean, very friendly staff esp AJ. Plays good music (oldies) while ur in the unit all day. One complaint is the lights dont either come on or stay on...otherwise top notch.

I have used this storage facility before. Its heated and kept nice. My only complaint is although I know they have several large carts they are not always accessible.

I have had my storage units at Nalley Valley for several years and they have been nothing but fantastic. They set me up in the best unit no problems always happy to see me when I come in or call and always willing to help when I need something. The units are clean as is the building and hallways. It is temperature controlled which for me is essential. I also ended up getting a mail box there. AJ and his staff have been nothing but helpful, courteous and consider customer service their number 1 priority. I cant say enough good things about this business and their staff!!

Rented a van to pick up a bed the ex wife bought, very nice facility.

I have been storing my belongings at Nalley Valley Storage for over a year, and I am very pleased with my experience there all around. One thing that attracted me to this self storage is that its units are located indoors and its heated, so I know my things are protected from the damp cold elements of the PNW. Nalley Valley self storage is very clean all around, even the public bathroom is exceptional! AJ and his staff are wonderful to work with and will go above and beyond in helping you find the perfect unit for your needs.

These guys are great, if you are renting a U-Haul they really know the fine art of customer care and have saved my butt on more than one occasion when other agents have dropped the ball. From now on this is the place I recommend to others and will go out of my way to shop at.

When i was in transition, I did not know were to store my famlies belongings. I called Nalley Valley and got a shed the same day. The staff have outstanding people skills, and work with hardship situations to insure that property does not go to auction. If you make and effort to pay the storage fees, AJ will work alongside you to help you. He treated me with dignity and respect when i fell behind on my bill and worked with me till i got it caught up. I have rented from this company for two years. I am truly greatful. This place is amazing. The staff, AJ, cant be beat! Hes always there, very friendly and will find a unit and price to fit your budget. Each unit has its own alarm and the smell of the buildings old wood beams is great. The units are warm and dry and security is top notch. WORTH EVERY PENNY! Regardless of how Daffodil and Mr. Van Guard claim to beat any price, dont waste your money there on ungratefull and inconvenienced staff! They wont bother to try and beat anothers rate, theyre the most expensive in the area by far! Here you get the added bonus of staff that is caring, understanding and knows you by name! You cant put a price on that! LOVE this place!

Ive been a customer of Nalley Valley Storage for over a year now. It took me 3 years and 2 generally bad experiences with other local storage places before I found my precious! The first good vibe I had was on my very first visit. I happened to run into AJ who gave me a thorough tour of the place. After patiently answering all of my questions, AJ looked me in the eye, gave me a firm handshake, and told me that if he could succeed in winning my business, he would do everything in his power to make sure I was satisfied with their service. AJ and his team have consistently exceeded my every expectation. As a matter of fact, my only gripe is that I didnt find this place sooner. Nalley Valley is professionally run by AJ and his entire staff who truly understand excellent customer service. Nalley Valley is also the cleanest storage place Ive ever seen................anywhere. Even the customer restroom (who even offers a public restroom any more!?) is always well stocked, clean, and reeks of potpourri! If youre anything like me, youll unfortunately suffer through 1 or 2 other area storage facilities and waste time and $$$ youll never get back before you luck up and discover this place. If youre smarter than me, you will not past go, you will not collect $200, you will go straight to Nalley Valley Storage and store your precious!

Nalley Valley has always been friendly and very helpful to me. I have only used them for around 15 or more years and no other facilety because of the great service from the staff.
