10/09/2021 The customer rep I dealt with there yesterday is horrible. Went in to get help with a new phone I was forced to buy for my Lifeline account. She accused me of complaining when I simply wanted help. Great way to treat a customer. She wouldnt help me with anything; apparently this is Assists policy for Lifeline customers. She said I had to take my complaints to customer service. Then when I told her I bought the phone from Assist she got sarcastic and said I had a free government phone. Thats when I stopped talking to her. It didnt cost that much, but I did have to pay for the new phone. This young woman has an attitude and needs serious customer service training. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Brittany needs a raise! She spent HOURS AND HOURS getting a mistake my son and I made straightened out! She reassured me it was OK that my screwup cost her so much work each and every time I apologized to her! Not once did she get frustrated with me for making everything so darn difficult! It was obvious to me that She was concerned with getting everything straightened out for me more than she was concerned about making commission off of me! Give this woman a raise!
Every time I have came in brittney has been very helpful and gone out of her way to make sure my services stay connected with my peps, doctors & family
The maze phone sucks drops calls and they wont exchange the phone when the customer complains. Bought the tablet in which I was told it was ready to use not once did she tell me I needed a Sim card to have access to the internet.or have a hotspot or and a internet service. She was very misleading to get and make a sale. But I love the tablet. But Im 67 and feel someone from the store should call me and give me a Sim card for free for them tablet and retrain the staff. But they wont andThey wont answer the phone. Had better luck with their competition.
Mary was rude & very unhelpful ! I almost didnt go back.Now Britney on the other hand was awesome. She will get my repeat business.

The staff was very knowledgeable and ran me through the process smoothly. The store was very clean and the phone as simple as it is, is perfect. I was greeted at the door warmly and there was lots of positive energy. Im very pleased with my visit overall. I was very impressed with the Tahlequah store AND especially the staff. Keep it up!

Only 1 person in store to assist customers at a busy time, around 4pm. Barbara was knowledgeable but very loud & kind of obnoxious.my. main complaint is no one (including Barbara) was wearing a mask or no plexiglass shield in place. Could not complete our business so will have to go back Sat, with our masks on!!!

Barbra overwhelmed by self. I waited there in my wheelchair 4hrs switching from Terracom to Assist. I was Purchasing a Samsung A10 & 32 GB memory card. Barbra told me my Sprint Samsung S6 couldnt transfer. She said I could keep my # I thought? But A10 was dead she had to charge to setup service. After enough. She tried but code from box resulted in item not found. She discovered that different employee gave its box to different customer. She called Her & got Code over phone. Again Item not found. She asked the lady to bring back the box was told about 30:min. Took near 2:hrs more. Lady got correct box My Phone Device not found told somebody never entered device in system. I ended up having to pay about $165.00 More for older phone basically the same as my own phone a S6 edge+. I arrived @ 9:30am I Left @ 1:pm. I had to return because Barbra 4got to give me box to my phone & its #. She gave me my # but told me this phones box is missing.

The girl (Rebeca) attending the store was beyond rude and disrespectful. They had an offer for a Galaxy A10. W/ 5G of data a month for $50.00 she told me it would actually come out to 75 with taxes connection and service fees. Seemed odd to me I ask for a print out of these fees. This seemed to really tick her off. Acted like I should be grateful she is even talking to me. Ask me, well, do you want it or not? Standing there looking at the advertised price considering the price she now says it is. She picks up the phone calls some one and starts discussing about such and such was going to come In with their mother and sign up that leaves her only needing two more. I guess a quota for sales or a bonus IDK and IDC. I walked. Stopped at the the aAssist store on 41st Tulsa. Savannah was sweating her tail off with no AC. But she got me the deal with total cost almost 57.00. No where near reBeca$ price of $75.00 Savannahs smile was worth more than $7.00 in tax.

Watch out for Becca at the Talaquah store. She is interested in making herself look good. I sent someone into her store with a working internet accessable phone. Her solution rather than saying go down the street 1 block and you can fix this instead she cut his working phone w internet access off replaced it with a phone that rings but no internet access. I have sent you customers before but Becca screwed that up. Sorry Company
I have been a customer for 2 years. I have had 2 phones. Both have been really ;bad quality phones. Dropped calls, texts not sent or received. No service unless on WiFi. No help from customer service. I do not recommend this service provider.
Horrible... just horrible...
They really only do lifeline phones so if you have a food stamp or sooner care card youre golden. My friend just got a new LG G4 with a years service for $40!

The options on phones has gotten so sparse Im forced to go elsewhere for service. Ive overlooked that my phone didnt work in Other towns and especially Tulsa where my doctor is. Ive overlooked that my phone never has been able to send or recieve picture messages..... Im done overlooking things..
At least 10 mins of waiting in line, service is decent.

Left iPhone 4s for screen and motherboard repair. I came in Two weeks later on a Friday and spoke with a female employee who then called the owner/technician about the status. Screen was fixed and he said he found a motherboard and it would be ready the next Monday for pickup, so I prepaid the full amount to get it out of the way. I came in that next Monday to discover the phone had NOT been repaired fully like he said it would and he went on to completely lie about speaking with the employee that previous Friday, threatened to give me the phone back with the broken screen installed and even threatened to not refund me for the $25 motherboard repair. I had the receipt with all the proof and went to get it in my vehicle and he said he didnt want to see it / he didnt care about that. WOW. I asked him if this was the way he wanted to do business in Tahlequah (not a good idea) and that I would be contacting his corporate office and the BBB. I was finally refunded the $25 but I had to beg for it to be returned to me. PATHETIC!! Who runs a business like this?!!
