Very nice people they help you out really nice

I hate to admit Ive been with boost for years. The customer service is horrid. And the boost stores are completely useless. You cant buy a phone at a store without being charged a 25$ activation fee.

Janelle is the best employee of all time! She is extremly kind, thoughtful, very knowledgeable of all products and services.

Management was removed now that she is gone I WILL NOT be using your services.I would NOT recommend this service to anyone because the employees in that store now are NOT willing to go the extra mile and fix things like Kristen would. The only employees that I would allow to handle my business is Conner or Wyneena.The girl that said she got “left in charge,” has no management or people skills.Very disappointed in this company.

Overpriced for what you get, the manager is very friendly I must add, unfortunately I cant say the same about the rest of the staff...

The people that work there arent trained well enough to even work the register. Whoever the manager is of this branch should be ashamed. Also DO NOT get the insurance, they will not honor it in store, and if you try to file a claim online you cant get a response from support.

I have never had any major issues. And any had were quickly resolved.

So for one the lady was very rude and for another we parked there because the parking lot was FULL and had to go into another business on the same strip and she told us we werent supposed to park there because it was just for customers even though we were going there next. It is not posted that people arent supposed to park there! Overall just a bad experience. I would give less than one star if I could!
