My car died and I took it to AutoZone to get a battery which was dead and it turned out it was the Alternator that killed the battery. I was dealing with Austin and he was very polite and helpful to me. I ordered the alternator and am going to attempt it myself ha ha but I would recommend this AutoZone to anyone. Very helpful and polite.

I went here a few months back for a battery replacement and they didnt correctly install the battery, one of the ports was loose and caused SO many problems that took months to figure out what was going on and eventually figured out that it was the loose battery connection. Once that was tightened all the MANY MANY issues went away.If youre getting a new battery put in. Go somewhere else.

I went in for new windshield wipers and needed someone to put them on as well as take off the old ones. All three employees on duty worked together to take off the old wipers. Their names (I think) are Tonie, MG and Austin. For whatever reason, the wipers were very difficult to get off. It started raining hard but they stuck with it. I really appreciate their effort. Excellent customer service!!

I have light grey seats that I stained soooooo badly— just knew it was hopeless. However I was going try my best to get the stains out so I popped in o the AutoZone on Bannerman....BEST DECISION TODAY!!! The staff was so kind and the recommended Turtlewax Stain Remover worked a miracle!! My seats look brand new and I made 2 new friends— thank you AutoZone ladies!!!!!

Not very helpful... I was greeted at the door and then was asked if I needed help. Salesperson sent me to the wrong aisle and never said anything else. Also the music was so loud you had to raise your voice to talk inside the store.

So glad to have this location near us! I do much of my own auto repairs and having it so close by with knowledgeable staff is fantastic - especially when you get halfway through a repair and realize you need a part! Well stocked, clean and friendly staff.

Had to get my license plate changed but had no tools or know how to do it. Got great help from Luke who walked me through the whole process. So thankful for the help that was provided.

Very clean store, and very friendly staff. My daughter needed a battery and a young black gentleman helped us out/did the install, etc. I didnt get his name, but he went to Chiles high school, was in the Navy... and he was great. Will shop there again for sure. Highly recommend!!

The store hardly ever has more than one person working, and they dont even have the simple caliper bolts for a 2012. better luck trying to go all the way across town to a different store.

I have been here a few times due to convenience. They have the oil I need for chap and their assistants are attentive and helpful. I just went in for a replacement battery for my husband’s key fob and they replaced it for me. I will continue to come here to receive great service at a reasonable cost.

I had a warning sign on my dashboard that said perform engine maintenance soon I first took it to OReillys Auto Parts and they hesitated about even plugging my car into their device. When they finally did it the answers they got were very in specific and of no help. So I took it to AutoZone who will perform the same service they plugged it in right away got detail codes wrote them down when inside look them up on the computer and gave me printouts of what the results were and what was recommended. I didnt buy anything from them at the time but if I do go and buy the parts recommended I will guarantee you I will buy it from them. Very pleasant people very helpful. I highly recommend them

The don’t have experience about vehicle. That’s meaning they will not sale enough items to Autozone company . And I don’t feel they want to help, no customer service, no smile. I asked small questions all what I heard I don’t know. I was been on this location 3 or 4 times since they open, I believe this is last time . The other locations they help you to find the right parts and they connect it to if they could and they be happy. I love Autozone but I don’t like this location anymore

Stores well organized at this location. Unlike others. Was only two employees and store was busy was still able to find what I needed.

I rented a shift fork ball removal joint tool the day after they opened the store. I was glad they had it in stock for rental for a weekend project. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and fast.

Needed a new battery. Excellent customer service. Clean store. Checked and changed my battery in less than 15 minutes.

They did not have the part that I needed. The clerk was not able to look up and find the correct part either.

Ahat changed at this store over the past 4-6 months? Must be management or something. Customer service is poor. Stood in the front of the store by the register while one employee was on the phone and another was outside. I understand you have to help folks on the phone but you need to at least acknowledge the customer standing right in front of you. This is not the 1st or 2nd time here recently where it is hard to get help here. Used to be best location I visited but something changed. Very upsetting since so close to where i do most vehicle repairs.

Helpful and fast

The check engine light for my 2010 Chevy equinox came on so I took it to this AutoZone because its right down the road from where I live. The gentleman hooked up their OBD reader and told me it was low pressure or that my catalytic converter may be going bad. He suggested Sea Foam motor treatment before taking it to a mechanic, $6.99 on sale. About 3 days later my check engine light went off. Had I taken it to a mechanic they probably would have hit me with a $1,200 repair that wasnt needed. Thank you AutoZone!

Came in ready to spend $300 this evening, not one associate acknowledged that I was even in the store. One even came on the same aisle I was standing on for several minutes and did not speak or offer assistance. The store was not busy, maybe one other customer walked in while I was there. I am currently driving down to advance to make my purchase even though it is 15 minutes out of the way.

Would give zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional when the person behind the counter tells you to use your phone to find a trouble code yourself. Additionally, when I needed new brake clips, I was immediately put on hold for 10 minutes, right when they opened. Never going back.

Just told me to “YouTube” how to do something. The guy clearly did not want to go outside. Such a sad state of customer service :(
