As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a really polite sales associate. She was able to help us find mattress for our guest room almost almost immediately by explaining the sale and asking us about our budget. We only had to try 2 or 3 mattresses before we found the one that we were looking for. She was able to arrange a quick delivery but also gave us the option of picking up a preboxed mattress at a different store. This was the fastest weve ever selected a mattress And it was an excellent experience!

Came to mattress firm for my daughter a mattress topper . Was the best choice for college apartments or dorm room . They even have memory foam mattresses that are made just for college living . I was a tad bit hesitant to go into the actual store but there was no way I could buy a mattress without trying it out first. The salesperson (whose name escapes me at the moment) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great experience. Though I clearly went $1000 over budget, I’m very happy about my new mattress and massaging head and leg lift.

We would have given this store a high review rating, the low rating for for The Mattress Firm Company.In mid 2019 we purchased a Serta ISERIES 100 mattress, a $1600 mattress. Within a few months, we noticed a problem with the mattress. The mattress was shifting where, when looking from the end, it appeared as a parallelogram instead of a rectangle and was bulging at the sides. We contacted the Mattress Firm store, in Tallahassee on Magnolia St., where we purchased the mattress. We were told that we needed to go through the warranty process, which we did. For a Serta brand mattress you are required to go through The Mattress Firm’s warranty submission procedure, as they handle Serta warranty issues. The warranty claim was denied. The warranty card states: “Serta products are warrantied against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers and handles, except for handles on iSeries and equivalent level mattresses).”The Tallahassee Mattress Firm Store Manager and their regional management agreed with our assessment of our mattress problem, and came through for us replacing the mattress with the same ISERIES 100 mattress. Within a few months, the replacement started doing the same thing. Again we contacted the Manager at the Tallahassee Mattress Firm Store and were advised to go through the same warranty process, and again it was denied. Again the local store and regional management offered a replacement, and we replaced the Serta with a Beautyrest mattress. We also were told by the assistant manager that the Serta ISERIES 100 had been discontinued and replaced because of design problems.After we were told that the second defective mattress would be replaced with another mattress, at a cost of $129.00 restocking fee and $100.00 delivery (no option to pickup), we were also informed that this would be the last time they would help out, even though the store management agreed that our two returned Serta mattress had a design defect. Because of this and because The Mattress Firm warranty department not honoring the warranty, we would not purchase again from The Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm has consistently given me great customer service and really the best prices I could expect. Even when the first mattresses I bought turned out to not be a perfect fit for me and my son (as I bought them too hastily), Mattress Firm was happy to help me do an exchange and I got some really awesome mattresses at a great price thanks Mattress Firm. And shout out to the South Magnolia Tallahassee Mattress Firm!

This place has the worst sales persons ever. Yes they are nice but they are far from knowledgeable and the manager (older white lady is clueless and clearly there just for a check)! I ordered a mattress and was told by the the 3 different personnel that the Mattress would be delivered the next day only for the next day to get here and the mattress not in and won’t be for the next 4 days
