My husband and I were both a little apprehensive about shopping for an adjustable bed. We had done some research on our own but still had many questions but we decided to go in person and it was a wonderful experience. We had a dedicated salesperson who was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried several different beds and asked lots of questions. We had already been to another store and picked something out and gotten an estimate but Sleep Number was in the same ballpark as far as cost and delivered on more features! It is definitely an investment but what better way to invest than in good, restful sleep.
Amazing experience. Our representative Austin was very informative and helpful. These beds are worth the investment and is so important for your health and wellbeing. We are excited about our new purchase and look forward to the delivery in a few weeks.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Our bed has a hump in the middle and customer service is awful. I do NOT recommend this bed to anyone!! Biggest, most expensive regret ever I will also post on Facebook and let all my friends know. I bet Sleep Number will take my negative remark down but I will spread the word.

Have not had a good nights sleep since I bought this bed.We have a big hump in the middle and it saggs on the sides.The 10 year warranty is a joke,when I called the customer service department I thought I was talking to someone who cared,then he hit me with $240 to fix itLucky I have a pool, now I can put the pool floats that the bed is made of to good use.
We were delighted with our buying experience! Our Sales Representative carefully listened to our needs and helped us select the right mattress for us. While he made us aware of all of our options, he never pressured us in any way. He simply guided us and helped us make an informed decision.

We went over the weekend to look at the new Sleep Number beds. We currently have one that is 12 years old. Jamie was our sales professional and he took his time to show us different models, explain everything, and gave us lots of options so we could choose what was best for us. He was not pushy in any way. We ended up purchasing a new bed and are excited for delivery day!

We have enjoyed our Sleep Number bed in our Class A RV for years so we researched the beds online to possibly replace our bed in our home. For the most part we knew what we wanted but still had questions. When we walked into the Tallahassee store we were greeted by Taylor J. who listened to what we wanted and answered all of our questions. What we really appreciated was while Taylor outlined options for us in response to our questions there was never an attempt to up-sale us. I placed an interest online. A sales rep from the Tallahassee office, called and spoke with me regarding all of my questions. I believe his name is Aaron and he was a delightful young man to speak with. We ended up purchasing our bed over the phone and it is expected to be here on September 17th.

We bought a sleep number a few months ago. Best decision ever. I highly recommend you buy a 360 smart bed model with responsive air technology. We got the i7 model. But the app interface is great and the fact that my wife and are are on opposite ends of the firm/soft spectrum made this a grand slam for us.
Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Made the encounter pleasant and explained purchase options without pressuring to buy immediately. My decision to purchase was made easy and I felt informed about the products. They will see me again when Im ready to buy.
I wish I could say how wonderful the bed is, but the delivery truck just pulled out of my driveway, without delivering, after waiting 52 seconds for me to answer the door. Yes, I have a video doorbell so I know EXACTLY how long they were here. Called customer service and was told the driver waited 25 minutes. The rep was rude and offered no solution.There is only one company that has worse customer service and that is Comcast.DO NOT FALL FOR THE HYPE. This company has no concept of customer service. We had a great experience learning why the Sleep Number system promotes sound and restful sleep which convinced us to make our purchase here without trying other stores or mattresses. It was a no pressure sales presentation which I really appreciated. Now we move on to convincing friends and family to come in and try them!

Our experience at the store was very fortifying and relaxing. Sleep Professional Taylor Johnson answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable in her representation of the different bed styles. She helped us choose the right bed for our needs... The only problem we have is that we should not have to wait until July to receive our bed. You charge $200 for delivery then have to wait a month before you receive the merchandise, something is amiss here. We know it is not the stores fault.
Went is on numerous friends suggestions. Walked right in and spoke to Jamie. He had me relaxing in their test bed pronto. I never knew what people meant by their sleep number. I was so impressed I was sold on the beds right away. There was no pressure sales, or trying to press for most expensive just asking the right questions and leading me to options. I would say if you have not at least tried a sleep number do yourself a favor and go by for a test drive. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere.

Had this bed for 3 years, it was great during the first 6 months or so. After that, the stitching of the pillow top unraveled completely. The middle foam divider has completely broken down and causes me to roll to middle. The air chambers are sagging and do not provide the same support they used to. Customer service was okay, but every year I get an annoying call from a SN salesperson asking about stopping in to look at some new beds. We bought this bed to help my husband with his back problems, but he doesnt even want to sleep on it anymore. This thing is a glorified air mattress, save your money and check out other options.

There is no communication from the local store, contracted delivery service, and customer service. We had a terrible experience with the store manager who was absolutely clueless and NO customer service skills! They contract with a delivery service who has no idea how to install the SleepNumber bed. Our bed was installed backwards and they claimed it was the motor on the bed. No one knew what to do and it felt like no one cared. We had to call customer service at least TEN times to get anything done. No one would call us back. We had to call in every time. It was a terrible experience and so stressful.

Original visit very good. Explained bed, sleep IQ, demonstrated various pillows. Some issues with sales prices but company is satisfactorily resolving, I believe.
This review is not a reflection of this particular Sleep Number location, but rather the customer service department.We purchased a flex-top king sleep number bed 2 years ago. The bed itself is fine, although in retrospect probably not worth the cost However, due to the unique nature of the flex top, you MUST by the sleep number sheets. Each set is $200.00, which would be fine for a quality set of sheets. These sheets are not quality and are simple unacceptable. We have had to purchase 6 sets since purchasing the sheets, because they repeatedly split where the flex top ends. I have tried to contact Customer Service twice and waited on hold for 20 minutes each time before giving up. I then emailed 2 days ago and have yet to receive a response.
Brandon terrific guy. Still a salesman but good at it. I will upgrade my rating if my bed gets her on time. Lol.
Terrible customer service. Paid $5000 for a bed to have it delivered and have the “techs” tell me that the bed is “wrong” and that I need to contact customer service to get it replaced, which they can’t do. After 3 hours on hold I get the bed delivered 1 week later but the “techs” can’t put it together for another week. Finally when they come to install it, they state the cover is too small for the bed, and that I have to call the stores to get new cover because they don’t carry any on them. Again I have to deal with more than 3 people to be told that they will not be able to get the appropriate cover for the bed and installation for another month to my house because of the holidays. This is just absolutely ridiculous and disappointing after paying $5000 for a bed. Will give it the 30 night trial just because now I’ve spent too much energy on this, but if it’s anything less than perfect sleep I will be returning this bed, and will certainly not be recommending this to anyone.
We had a great talk with a sales rep about the different options of beds & are loving our bed with two levels of firmness to accommodate both of us in the same bed.

Waited 3 weeks for a delivery then on delivery day they waited until midday to call and tell us some excuse why they cant deliver it. They claimed their van broke down, then someone else said the rain was to scary for their drivers. But I found out the truth from corporate that the back-up van was broken all day and they never intended to deliver our bed.I am most upset with their terrible communication. If they knew they wouldnt deliver it today they could have informed us a long time ago so we wouldnt waste our time. They also failed to call us to tell us that our credit card was sent back to their offices. How can we pay off our credit card if we never receive it?For the money we spent this service is bull****.The only person who helped me out was a nice, understanding man from their corporate office (Keyon). My wife still hates sleepnumber.
