The young lady who did my Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Tests was very professional. She explained the proceedure clearly and made me feel comfortable all throughout doing the testing on both ears. She even seemed to empathize with me. When it was discovered that, I had Eustachian Tube Dysfunction in both ears. Caring and compassion means so much to others. The little things count tremendously.

Audiology Associates has been great in my two visits. They are very well organized. Setting up an appointment has been a breeze. Everyone at the front desk have been great. They call me when they say they will. Dr. Becker has been very good in my diagnosis. I had a hearing test and it was pleasant and easy to do. I recommend them highly.

Great doctor. Very nice and efficient. Took care of my ear problems and got me back on track. I had forgotten what it was like to hear well. It was like waking up to a new day!

I woke up on a Friday morning with vertigo and could barely function. I called the Audiology Associates office and explained my situation. And that I was scheduled for knee surgery in 5 days (I was still recovering from a total knee replacement less than 5 months ago and now time to repair the other one). They graciously worked me in that same day and took amazing care of me. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and treatment I was given.

They were very punctual, they took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on w my hearing and how the hearing aide would help. Much appreciated. Even made adjustment to they temps.!

Never received a call for my appointment, so I dont know how to rate.

Dr. Van Oss provided excellent service in helping me have a better fit with my hearing aids. She listened to my concerns and gave me several options. She is very professional and customer friendly, definitely a keeper!

Initially I was frustrated because I had explained the unusual way I had injured myself causing the deafness in my right ear & the Dr dismissed my story.After a month of trying the traditional treatment of steroids with did nothing to return my hearing I meet with a different doctor understood how I damage my hearing and then recommended I try a newly approved treatment using the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. Which has shown great improvement.

My mother came in for an evaluation and the audiologist was awesome!! Very compassionate and empathetic and did great with her. Loved her

I saw Erin Lackinger today. She was wonderful. She put me at ease, explained each step of the procedure before she did it and told me what to expect, and was very caring. She took time to answer my questions and I didnt feel rushed even though I was a work-in appointment. The procedure helped and I feel much better. Thanks for the excellent care.

I started out on the wrong foot here. (at Audiology Associates) I had a lot going on and was being a high maintenance customer. I did apologize pretty quickly, but they were nice and helpful and professional the whole time.Mary Susan Thornton is who I see, and she is very knowledgeable and nice and friendly. Her expertise is the most valuable reason for going here. I wish I had done it 20 years ago. The classes they give after you get hearing aids are also really helpful and important. If youre thinking you need hearing help, go as soon as possible, again wish I had.The folks at the front and the assistants I have worked with have been the best! Thank you to all of you!

I was on hold for a little while before i got to the receptionist but i was able to get in the next day. The office staff was very nice on the phone but rude when i was filling out paperwork. The nurse seemed to know what was wrong with my ear but then said she must have been mistaken when the 90 year old Dr. Snider said otherwise. The man still uses a head mirror. I asked if pain on one side of my neck could be related to my congestion and ear issues on the same side. He quickly changed the subject and gave me a hearing test. Even the audiologist noted a specific condition when i described my symptoms. My hearing was fine. He sent me on my way saying there was nothing he could do for me. It turns out that my muscle tension was the root. Would not recommend this office. They have not gotten new technology or machinery since the 90s. Waste of time, money, and energy.

These guys have continued to misdiagnose me. I originally went in with a clogged sinuses on the left side of my head. They said it should clear up within a few weeks. It never did and when I went back four weeks later, they said there was nothing more they could do for me. I also had called in a week after my first appointment to tell them I had a severe sore throat and they told me to gargle with salt water. Never did a strep test claiming it to be a primary care issue. I had strep for three weeks before I went to an ER to get the strep test. We pay these guys so much money and we get nothing in return. Even if they dont do the strep test there, they should have suggested I go in and get one. The nurse kept insisting that the rash all over my body that have developed because of the undiagnosed strep was really just an allergic reaction to something. I wonder what it would be like if doctors didnt get paid until they came up with a correct diagnosis.

Brought my 17 month old into Audiology Assoc. to test hearing when she was being evaluated for communication delays so that I could rule out hearing as a possible cause. The staff was SO helpful and patient while working with my somewhat unhappy and unruly toddler! They have a great set up for testing kiddos, so I highly recommend them if you are in need of a hearing screening for yours!

Very unhappy with this office. They are unorganized and dont seem to know what theyre doing. My first appointment there was around 3:15 PM. A plethora of other people came in after me and I was the last to be seen that day. I wasnt called until after 5 pm. I went back another day for other tests and they tried charging me almost $400. After I got my final bill, I didnt even owe them $80 for the tests. Glad I spoke to management and didnt pay the full $400 that day cause they would have then owed ME money. Its been two weeks since Ive gotten my tests and I still havent heard from anyone. I was told I would hear back within a few days. After recent contact with the offer over the tests and being told I would get a call back, I still havent received a call. Would not recommend to others.

This place is just entirely in it for the money. Also, no one here is on the same page. I called and went in initially because I was bleeding out of my gums in the back of my mouth. When I called, they said that they treated GUMS, but when I went in for my appointment it was evident that the doctor and nurse were not specialized with gums even though the people at reception CLEARLY said so on the phone. The doctor acted unsure of what I had and blindly wrote me a prescription for an infection without even giving a proper diagnosis. I have been dealing with what is going on a week now of immense pain, swelling, and chunks of bloody tissue coming from my teeth. My mouth is now numb and the whole side of my face is in immense pain and the doctor acted completely clueless. While I do realize this may be an infection I am experiencing symptoms (that have been worsening) that kept me out of work today and the doctor refused to write me a sick note even if I call about the pain or I am still sick tomorrow. These people will tell you that they specialize with the mouth and gums, but do not waste your time. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH ANY SEVERE MOUTH OR GUM ISSUES YOU MAY BE HAVING. I would also like to point out how rude some of the office staff can be, in particular, a nurse named Ashley who was very very rude to me on the phone and short with me when I called with questions for the doctor. She also gave me misinformation and changed her answers to things regarding the note when I returned her call. These people do not know what they’re doing. Do not waste your time.

Horrible horrible office. DO NOT waste your time. No one at this office is on the same page everyone is scatterbrained. Nurses are so rude. You can tell when you check out this place is just in it for the money. I will never go back to this office. Trust me, Find another place to go!!

Worst experience with scheduling an appointment for my son and very disappointed with their system of giving a date for our need. I have called and ask that I need to see Doctor for my son because he had Ear infection and he is having pain and his primary doctor said that we need to see specialist ASAP because he already had antibiotics and didn’t get him better .But the lady on a phone was giving me 2 weeks later appointment instead of understanding the problem and she is telling me to wait until someone cancel the appointment so we can be seen earlier. But my question is to the doctor that if someone is in extreme condition and need to see the specialist so they have to wait until it get worse or you need to see patients as per their conditions.Really upset with the system of scheduling an appointment and specially with the staff.

I wish I could give this place a zero. Worst doctors office there is. Not one good thing about this office. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They all act clueless like they dont know what to do. Nurses and doctors arent friendly at all.
