Dr. Rachel Lynch is very patient, kind and professional. She worked with my elderly mother over the course of several months to find the right hearing aids for my mom. Dr. Lynch was never pushy or impatient and we appreciated her kindness. The Mitcham Drive office is very convenient for quick and easy visits, especially with an elderly or disabled patient.

I saw Dr Gillian for follow up after cancer treatment. He was very thorough and explained any questions as well as being very reassuring and positive about my prognosis. I would highly recommend this office.

I had such a wonderful experience at Audiology Associates! Dr. Van Oss was so kind and professional. She explained my hearing loss and answered all my questions, taking all the time I needed to understand my hearing status. Beth Wiley was patient and so helpful in teaching me the “ins and outs” of my prescribed hearing aids. She made me know that the office will be available to me with any current or future concerns I might have. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience there! I worked with Dr Mary Susan Thornton who was able to answer all my quests and was flexible in offering a trial set of the hearings I was considering. The only issue I had was that one o& the aids was not working correctly, bur Mary Susan got back to me quickly and made time to meet again the get me a working set of aids.Very responsive.
