A friendly atmosphere. The reason for the visit was due to hearing aid not fitting comfortable. We had visited another doctor in Tallahassee Florida prior to this visit. He told us they didn’t work on the brand of hearing aid my mother had. We left and made an appointment with Beltone. When making the appointment, I was informed they didn’t work on that brand but they were willing to take a look. Well in less than 5 minutes, they determined the tip on the hearing aid was on incorrect. The tip was placed on correct. My mother was another satisfied customer from Beltone, thank God!!

Staff is always friendly whether in office or on the phone.

I initially thought I was going to get good service but...their communication is not good! The receptionist is very friendly but has to work with her limitations.

Being able to see and hold the hearing aids they offer would have given me more confidence in my selection. At least I could see a photo.

This has been my first experience in addressing the issue of hearing loss and it was not an easy thing for me to except, but I am so pleased that I found this particular office, because they really made me feel very comfortable right from the start. LuAnn Henson, the Hearing Aid Specialist, really knows her business and is very knowledgeable of the options available to help you. Randy is the gentleman that runs the office at this location and he too is a really nice guy, who just makes you feel at ease.

Charge way to much to adjust i have a blue gold card with 3year extended warranty what good is it 600 to adjust them
