Great your mowers fixed and other small engines.

I used this merchant last year for an oil change and check on my mower. Did not have any issues with them back then. This year, however, I requested a belt replacement and an oil change, same mower. They had it for over two weeks. I kept calling and leaving a message, but they would never call back. I had to show up twice at the store and finally they said it was ready. Went to pick it up and I asked if they changed the oil, and they forgot to, even though it was written on the work order. So I had to wait there while they did it. (the tech there confided to me that the mower had the belt on the previous week).After getting it home, it immediately burned up the belt they put on it. I took it back and another tech said I was running it too high RPM and mowing too thick grass. Hes never seen my yard. The grass I was cutting does not grow thick.They put another belt on it and it tore up the next time I used it. I believe they did not even try to adjust the pulleys.I will not use them again. The customer service has really gone downhill.

Very nice folks had my chainsaw repaired there and it didnt take long very honest company.

Yes I was just in the store around 430 pm had to wait our turn came in to buy a husqvarna chainsaw wasnt able to get one had to settle for another brand which was a much better deal so I came away with a new saw and a really good five year incredible deal felt good about the purchase the atmosphere was fantastic cordial professional the salesman very attractive guy love his MOJO got some parting gifts cant say enough about my purchase visit my favorite place

I stopped by Landcare Equipment Sales & Service right as they were closing on a Saturday. The guys in the shop didnt say they were closed but asked me if I needed help. Told them the problem I was having with my Craftsman zts-7500 (wouldnt start). They offered some suggestions on how I might get it to run and said if that doesnt work they would be glad to pick it up for me and bring it to their shop to take a look at it.. I called them Monday morning a little after 8:00 am. Frank (great guy!) picked my mower up around 8:30 am. Nathan called me around 2:00 pm and said my mower was ready and explained to me what the problem was. Mower was fixed and delivered back to me by 2:15 pm. The mower runs great ( had carburetor issue). Friendly, Fast and Honest. L.E.S.S. can work on my mower anytime! I highly recommend them!

The service and cleanliness of this place was great!! This store is well organized and has a very friendly customer service staff. We were in the market for a new mower, and since my dad has a zero turn mower and loves it, I wanted the same. Immediately upon entering the shop we were greeted (big plus in today’s retail world). I explained what I was looking for and our sales person (Jimmy) took time to find out more about our yard etc... to help pick the right mower. What was nice was that he took the time. He asked about the details of our yard, the typical time it takes to mow the yard, and went over the features of the different types of mowers available. Jimmy helped us find the right mower that was within our budget. We purchased a GrassHopper zero turn mower, I like the fact he took his time and didn’t try to sell me something we didn’t need. The entire transaction was a delight especially since Jimmy helped entertain the kids. It was great that he was patient and understanding not just with us but with the kids as well. My kids even had a great time in picking out the new mower, Jimmy included them in the process and even gave them complimentary coloring books. Ill definitely be back and Id recommend anyone looking for land care service and equipment to go there.

Happy I chose this company. Clean store. Cold complimentary drinks. Boy do they live up to FIVE STARS! Routine lawnmower tune up done runs like new. Days later, the start string was sticking. Driver for the company swung by my house to have it looked at because I explained I couldnt lift lawnmower to bring it in. That is simply the kindest gesture of caring I was blessed to have received. The mower was brought back to the shop for a look and found to be operational. He brought mower back to me the same day all fixed! Thank you! HONEST GOOD OLD FASHIONED BUSINESS ETHICS.

The service here is amazing!! Nathan assisted me in finding the right equipment at the right price. The entire transaction was smooth and pleasing. When I picked up my backpack blower, the service technician had taken it out of the box, pre-assembled for me, fueled it up, and then showed me how to use it! Who does that, seriously!?! I needed my lawn mower repaired and some instruction on how to thread line into my weed whacker. Nathan was very friendly and even went out and bought a line size he didnt carry just to help me out. The lawn mower needed more work than what we thought, but he only charged me for the amount he quoted me, plus serviced and cleaned it - it runs like brand new! The store is very bright, clean, and offers complimentary beverages. I couldnt ask for a better experience. Take all your lawn care needs here!! Theres not a more personable and professional place thatll take care of you like youre family.
