I called on a Saturday and ordered 30 bales of pine straw for delivery. Gentleman on the phone gave me a reasonable total and told me I could expect the pine straw on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes, nothing. So I called the next day and asked if I was still on their delivery schedule and they assured me I was. Wednesday comes and goes- nothing. Truly terrible communication and service. Extra star because no one deserves 1/5.

Called them two days in a row. The first day (yesterday) they were out within 3 hours, and the second day (today) they were here within the hour. Courteous and prompt. Will definitely use again.P.S. Still waiting on the first place I called yesterday to call me back.
