It was very easy to get a unit there several months ago. Holly was very courteous and helpful always. Now that Im moving I needed a unit size that Capital Circle did not have but Holly jumped right in telling me about the Tennessee Street location and I found exactly what I needed. Their customer service had been great and I feel confident because of how we were treated. Thank you for all you do!

Ive been a customer here for about 5 years and have always been pleased with the service provided. The staff is friendly and informed. And the units themselves are well maintained and in good condition. Perhaps the price is at the higher end of mid-range, but the effort put into maintenance and a quality staff justifies the price.

I gave this place a good review originally but i had to keep my stuff here for a while and in that time frame my price went up every single month i was there. By the time i got my stuff out and decided to take my money else where since i was paying such a high price i figured why not get a better place thats Worth the money. I was paying almost 50$ more by the time i moved my stuff out from the time i moved it in. Not to mention the customer service is horrible and when you try to talk to them about the price continuing to go up they brush you off. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you only need the storage unit for a month.

I had my stuff in storage here for 2 weeks and when i moved all my boxes into my apartment and started to unpack things i realized there were bugs in my boxes. it looked like there were babies in there too and they started crawling out and around my apartment🤢

I wish I did not have to put any star. I left my belongings for three months in this location and I came back to check my stuff and the storage was dirty, and full of rats. Now, they increased my price from $78 to 90 without any reasons... Then, I tried to pay for the month... and they did not have my information anymore... They gave me the wrong information and now they are trying to charge me a late fee. I found my storage with rats and now I have to pay $112.00. The service is really bad and the manager does not know anything. She is rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend to go to this place. Avoid to go if you can!

It is a clean, safe and well lit storage space. Its a little expensive but if you want your stuff to not be covered in bugs when you open that door you have to pay for it.

Very easy to rent a unit. Fred is very knowledgeable and guided me through what unit was best for our needs. Even made me aware of the insurance for flood water that most insurance companies dont cover. No pressure just information to make the best decision. Awesome customer service.

We were very pleased with the rental process. The staff took their time to make sure we were renting a space that would meet our needs and that we understood all of the important details. The location is convenient and well maintained.

I looked at places all over the city before I chose this one. The price was certainly an incentive, but I was also impressed by how organized and efficient they are. I set up my rental over the internet in minutes. My first day I didnt close the lock all the way. I got a phone call about it in less than an hour and was able to get back and lock it up properly.

I like the location, the security provided and the price.

Be Aware, we rented a 40ft storage spot for 4 days online and talked to someone. Their 40ft spot is parallel parking and there is a fence and cement wall in the way to get to it. Our combination with truck and trailer couldnt make the turn between the gate pole and cement wall plus directly in from of you is an end of a building with a hill as a driveway with curbs. There is also no way to get ahold of anyone after hours to talk to about an alternative spot to park. While there we found out that they put up a gate about 2 weeks ago and some of their long time customers werent given a gate code.

Excellent experience for the whole process! Mike was super helpful in finding me the right size unit, and made the entire process seamless. Friendly and helpful staff is nice to have during these stressful times.

Just in case this post doesnt give a date its April 2021. Im very unhappy with Extra Space Storage. I just moved my belongings to the facility in November 2020 and theyve already raised my rent so I was there today taking more belongings out. Im movie my belongings to a different storage facility thats much cheaper and Im actually getting a bigger unit for less than what they increased my price for.

Overall a good experience. easy to open an account and close. Payment forms are very simple. Only downside that is normal is increase in storage prices a few months after opening a unit. I was pleased enough with the services.

The setup and leasing was easy. I was able to complete my request virtually and contactless. I was provided email information with details however it did not include the access code to get into my building. The building was difficult to find and when I did find it I could not get in and ended up having to take a truck full of stuff back home due to the need of the code. It was after hours and I had to wait until business hours to reach someone. Once I was able to call the local office, Mr. Fred was very helpful and provided me with the code. The move at that point was easy and I was able to move into my storage unit.

A few days later I stoped by to sign my lease and that process was just as easy and seamless.Fred showed me my unit before I put any money down and was very nice throughout the whole process.

Left our stuff here while my husband was recovering at a wounded warrior facility out of state. Within three months, all of our stuff was destroyed thanks to rats and mold. They never offered an apology. They also wouldnt let us use the dumpster when disposing of the destroyed items. They kept REPEATEDLY asking for a review via text and email, I told them they didnt want one, and they got pretty flippant with me about the lack of cleanliness. So here is my review. Dont use this place. Bad service, bad storage, and bad business. Definitely do not recommend.UPDATE: Management reached out to me to “apologize” and implied it was not their fault because I never told them about the damage before move out. I had the receipts showing they knew about the damage a month before move out. If you’re going to apologize, apologize. Don’t shift blame.

I purchased an indoor unit online and was called a few days later and told that they needed to change my unit...a week later I was contacted by phone and told “we need to change your unit AGAIN”. I purchased a 5x10 unit only to discover the size of the units are not approximate. More like 4’8”x9’6” I guess they expect people not to actually check on the dimensions of the units. I was never told when I signed my lease online that I can only access my unit during business hours because there was a lock on the unit I was assigned to when I showed up with a moving van full of stuff at 7:30PM and there was no one I could contact from the Extra Space. Fred has great customer service skills and he helped me find the right unit we were looking for, but the company as a whole needs to do better for the customers. Or at least figure out how to make the online rentals go smoother.

The process for leasing a space was very simple and the customer service was excellent. They answered all of my questions and even followed up to see how the initial move in of storage items went. The facility is clearly well taken care of, too. Great overall experience!

Their customer representative Blake was delightful and kind enough to look up the information I needed and sent my information to the right location so that they could contact me.That interaction alone has made me feel confident that this is a company I want to do business with.

Rats and water leaks destroyed all of our stuff. This is not a secure or clean facility. Do not recommend.
