I love Michaels, and this store is awesome. All the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean, well organized, and generally well stocked (I cant fault any business for holes on the shelves right now)I wish theyd let the employees customize their aprons like Home Depot does. It would give their employees a chance to show off their skills!

This just so happens to be my most favorite place/store on the entire planet!! Crafts are mine, my husband and our childrens favorite way to spend time together! You can pretty much get anything for any craft at this store!.plus they provide cheap sometimes even free classes for holiday themed craft projects that are always super fun for the little ones.... They also have a custom framing section for your photos or paintings done by you or store bought.... I recommend any and everyone to check out this store for your next arts and crafts project!! O came to Florida for a wedding and we went to this location for some last minute supplies. The staff was polite and friendly and remembered us when we had to make a second trip. This store does a nice job of stocking and keeping their aisle beautiful.

No shopping carts. Difficult to figure out which items were fifty or sixty percent off. Items were not restocked! The bathroom was a disgusting mess no toilet paper. Urine all over the Handicap stall.

Unbelievable customer service from The manager Taylor . He went above and beyond.

I actually really like the store, but the dude with the green hair definitely needs a good talking to. He is rude and out of control with the mask issues. I understand asking people to wear their masks inside of your store, but he is straight is yelling. I heard him yess at three different women in about a five minute span, totally embarrassing them and one of them didn’t even really have her mask down. Very irritating.

I love that this location is always very well organized and the staff is always friendly. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because they never seem to have enough cashiers in the front but theres plenty of Staff available. I do understand that it can be tough to call someone away from things in the back, but if it keeps your customers happy then thats what you should do.

Great place fore crafty people. This Michaels has a huge selection of art supplies and Decorations. If you have kids who love art projects, there is a dedicated section for kids art supplies, DIY projects, and way more. The people who worked there were very helpful and guided me to the right place, not just pointing at an isle and saying its in there. The cashier was very polite. I would definitely go to this place again.

A fantastic place to buy craft and art supplies. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Prices are much to high. Shop around youll find the same things, much cheaper. However its good if you need some right now!!! And you know that Michaels will probably have what you need in a pinch.

I went there for an advertised teacher event and no one that worked there knew anything about it! I know this doesnt reflect on the employees. The teacher products were well organized and well stocked. Corporate should have ensured there were people there to run the event!

The Michaels chain of retail stores all consistently carry a wide variety of craft supplies, home decor and picture frames. They offer a professional framing service in the store. You can coupons either by getting on their email list or downloading their app. They constantly have sales where you dont need any coupon. All their merchandise is very good to very high quality.

Most categories are covered here, but not a whole lot of selection due to the small store size. It seemed like you get to choose from around two different major brands for each category that I looked through, with a fair selection from just those brands. The restrooms need attention, as they were fairly dirty (walls, sinks, floors) and the paper towels were empty, both despite the checklist by the door being signed-off just two hours earlier.

Kind of old and run down looking. Looks like customers rummage around and the staff tries to keep up. Traffic was a nightmare getting in and out. This Michaels has everything every Michaels has and the workers are friendly. Wasnt a bad experience, just feels like its an older store.

This place is huge. Some items are locked up, and it took quite a while to get a salesperson to unlock an item for me.

No longer iffer avlot of crafts like they used to. Fo offer a lot of pic frames and paints. Staff very helpful. Unfortunately hobby lobby got them beat now.
