Wow! Enrique and Joseph were absolutely the most professional workers Ive experienced in such a long time in the auto shop industry. They were so detailed about everything my car needed and even provided information on what my car could use in the future. They were not trying to sell me anything and were so quick. I literally was there for 10 minutes. I am coming back again. I highly recommend this shop.

The staff at this shop were incredible. The Whole process was quick, the workers were knowledgeable, very respectful and fast paced. This will be the only place I get my oil changes in the future! Save time and money and go here for your car upkeep!

Joesph the assistant GM always makes sure the service is above and beyond. The staff they have are excellent, and they seem to keep their employees, unlike many other shops in the neighborhood. Everyone is welcoming. The fact that you can get an oil change, and not get out of your car, that is extremely convenient, especially if you are out running errands. In and out within 10 minutes, and they are fairly priced. I’ve never been harassed or upsold something that truly was not a safety issue. Honest on their diagnostics, and what they feel needs to be replaced at that moment in time. It is nice to get things done, and your car back the same day!

Overall just a great auto shop! The employees/mechanics are very helpful, friendly and professional. They work with you on your services needed and explain everything up front, I would definitely recommend. And for overall maintenance and oil changes you are in and out, saving lots of time, but they still remain thorough in their service.

Ive been here twice now. Theyre quick, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they were honest in telling me I didnt need the rotation, so they saved me money and time. Cant think of a single complaint about this place.

I was not expecting such a concierge service when I showed up with no appointment with a nail in one of my tires. I was greeted in the parking lot, and less than 20 minutes later I was handed my keys and I was on my way. Quick, efficient, friendly service. I am so happy I found these guys.

Chris and his team where amazing! I came late on Friday with an hour left before closing for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and a tire repair. Most service companies would have told me to come back in the morning or schedule an appointment. Chris and crew jump right on it and said we will have it ready in 45 minutes. My car was ready to go on time. The service was awesome at a great price. The entire team was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Express Oil!

This place is my favorite in all of Tampa!I was there less than 20 min pulling and and out.I got my oil changed, and my tires pumped up.Its so fast and so affordable with AMAZING service.Both guys were so friendly, and helpful. Before I left they checked my horn, my lights, and made sure my tire light and check engine light was off before I left. I would recommend this place to every one!Oil places arent known for their customer service & hospitality ... but this place should be known for it!

I have been to this Express Oil Change location on S Dale Mabry multiple times. They are efficient and super easy to deal with. I’ve never had a long wait and they always present any potential additional fees as an option rather than trying to bully me into a purchase that I don’t need which is a refreshing change from many car service companies. I have had two of my other vehicles in here as well for oil changes, brakes, etc. The store manager is very professional and honest. I dont feel that I have been used in any way and they have helped me out along the way as well. Joseph and the store manager have done a great deal in the past handling all of my issues and I will continue to come here and recommend all.

I highly recommend THIS location! I have absolutely not had the same experience at others in Tampa. These guys are nice, professional, and efficient. We always a share a little friendly banter about sports team and they remember me when I pull up. They take the time and care to get to know customers and ensure we are satisfied and will return. I look forward to getting my oil changes and would trust them with other car issues should I ever need service.

Great service and best experience! I was rushing after work to take my boyfriend’s car to repair the stem of one of the tires where it was losing air constantly. I had gone to Westcoast tire connection 30 minutes before they closed where they denied me service because “they were putting stuff away” and were very rude about it even after I tried to explain I only needed the stem of the tire fixed but was cut off before even finishing a sentence (don’t go to that place). I ended up rushing over to Express oil change and tire engineers 10 mins before they closed and honestly wasn’t expecting to get helped because of how late I was getting there but I figured I’d give it a shot since the tire would go flat every couple of hours. Upon arrival I was still greeted and welcomed, the person who greeted me actually let me explain my situation and instead of denying me on the spot went to ask his mechanic if there was a way they could assist me. With that alone I was already happy because they atleast were attempting to help me. And then the fix literally took 2 mins and I wasn’t even charged for it! They exceeded my expectations and literally made my day, especially after a stressful day and such a poor experience at the other place I went to. My boyfriend and I will both be bringing our cars here for all our services from now on! Thank you guys again for your help! If you want great customer service do yourself a favor and check this place out!

The manager, Chris, was super friendly and helpful! They had us in the garage immediately and started getting our oil changed. He cracked some jokes and asked some helpful questions, while Enrique did an awesome job checking all our fluids and making sure our vehicle was good to go! Ive always visited Express Oil Change on S. Dale Mabry for oil changes. Every time they are kind, fair, and honest. On Saturday, my car battery needed to be replaced. I knew I needed a fast option since I had my son with me. Not only were the guys at Express Oil Change willing to help with this service, once they ran all the needed tests to confirm I needed a new battery, Nick (I believe thats his name) reminded me that the battery was not the original and it may still be under warranty from the location I purchased it at. Which was 100% true! So not only was he honest about the my options, he saved me $170 since it was still under warranty and I got it replaced at no cost at the auto store it was purchased at. I love this level of service and they have earned my loyalty! Thanks guys!

Was pleasantly surprised with a great oil change visit, as a first time customer here. Being new to the state, and being a car enthusiast, I did a lot of research on places to take my car for an oil change. I read some horror stories in the reviews for some other quick oil change places, Take 5 etc, and didn’t see any horror stories in the reviews for this place.They were friendly, polite, respectful, and most importantly did a good job on the work they did. (I know because I watched.)They had Mobil 1 oil, which was a plus for me as it is my go to oil since it is the #1 rated oil.They’re oil change prices are pricey, however I was happy they did seem to do a good job.Only other thing was they marked the reminder sticker for 3K miles, when an oil like Mobil 1 (full synthetic) would normally be 5K.

Been here a couple of times now and they always get me in quick, charge fair and honest prices, and have friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very pleased!Went here last minute today after a very disappointing customer service at Good Year not keeping their side of a 9 am appointment time.I was seen as soon as I pulled in and the oil change/others services took less that 15 minutes or so. Very pleased and satisfied. Michael was very pleasant and informative.

My experience with Express was several months ago, and I am just now getting around to reviewing them...they will never see my car or wallet again...I went in for an oil change, and while the service rep tried talking me into applying for their credit card, replacing my windshield wipers (one was brand new), air filter, etc, the guy under my car changing the oil was banging a dent in my oil pan because he apparently didnt have the right tool to get the old oil filter off...also, I had lost one of the bolts to my undercarriage, and my boyfriend had had to zip tie it together...i forgot all about it needing to be re-rigged again. A decent person seeing that would have said hey, we noticed your bolt is missing, do you have another zip tie you want us to put on it?, but they just quietly replaced the one bolt, and I was reminded of the problem when the unsecured half started dragging the ground...no integrity whatsoever...simply there to try to upsell you hundreds of dollars worth of things you dont need, and it makes me wonder how many little old ladies they have taken advantage of...disgusted...

Came for an oil change after driving back from California and had the best service!They even cleaned my windshield while I waited, inside the car!The manager, Joseph even offered to check on the price for a new windshield reservoir for my car while we waited.
