Fast process getting it delivered the next day!, and I love my Hybrid Tempurpedic mattress. I was able to narrow down my choices between 3 mattress brands with the help of very knowledgeable staff. They knew a lot about each mattress and brand. Once I was trying to decide, I really appreciated their patience with me while I went between each one without them hovering. I would 100% shop here again based on their selection, knowledge, friendliness, clean atmosphere, and deals.

My experience at Mattress Firm was an excellent experience. The sales associate, Odeta, was very helpful. She listened to my situation and directed me to a couple mattresses that she thought would fit my needs. There was no high pressure or over the top sales pitch, just courteous, professional advice. I spent almost 3 hours in the store laying on different mattresses to determine which one would fit my personal needs. I finally chose the Purple 4 Hybrid. It will be delivered next week, and I look forward to a good night’s sleep again. Again, my total experience at the Mattress Firm store in Tampa was great. That was in large part to Odeta’s knowledge and assistance.

My husband and I came in to look at a warranty replacement mattress. Sam helped us narrow down which mattress and base that would be best for us. Her first concern was making sure that the mattress we end up choosing will be the right mattress. She took time to explain the difference of each mattress and how it would feel and also helped us choose a base and pillow. We were upfront with her, explaining it was a warranty replacement, she knew we wouldnt be buying and that we were working with Tempur-Pedic for a replacement. She gave us all the attention we could ask for. She new the science and structure of her products and was so informative and kind. Shes a great representative for Mattress Firm and Tempur-Pedic. Service was fine but once you pay they don’t care anymore. I scheduled it to be delivered on a specific day for a reason- they ensured it would happen. Day of I called and the worker said that they didn’t prep the mattress with a protector so there will be a different delivery date. Not acceptable. Not to mention I called and figured it out, they did not even contact me. If I had not called it would have been a guessing game when the mattress would have even come. Plus on the phone they sounded annoyed at me like as if I was inconveniencing them- when I paid a large balance. Just so other people can know my experience!

Bought a mattress in the beginning of April. Was suppose to be delivered on May 2nd. Got an email a few days prior to delivery that would let me know the delivery time. Didnt plan anything Sunday and called store when they opened at 12. The man said that it wasnt in stock. The earliest I could get delivered was May 10th, but he couldnt guarantee that it would be delivered that day. I understand things happen, but didnt have the courtesy to call and let me know that it wasnt in warehouse for delivery. I will never buy from mattress firm again

First time buyer and My experience with Mattress Firm was all positive. Sales agent took the time to locate a box spring I wanted from another store and was able to set up delivery for the next day. There was no delivery charge but Had to pay for them to take my old box spring. At least it was an option given to me. I’ve had other businesses that don’t offer to haul away your old item, so I was a Happy customer in the end. Thx Mattress Firm

So my payment is $46.00 a month for 24 month with no interest whatsoever and believe me I made sure of that for a person in a fix income I say woot woot. Oh! I originally ordered a Mattress online for the Memorial Day Sale via chat but wanted to go to the store to try it out. I’m happy I did because the mattress was too soft to my liking. Kyle was very helping and I was able to cancel the original order and set up the new order. He was very thorough in explain the 120 return policy along with the warrant info. A lot of times those small details that are in the “fine” print can be missed so its nice that he was up front with all the important terms if a problem was to arise. Original mattress was not available; they were extremely accommodating and offered me a great temporary mattress until my item came in.Without notice, an automated system is how I found out correct mattress came in. The automated system was notifying me of my delivery day/time; no one had checked with me. I had to call the store and reschedule my delivery for a different day and time, a 5 hour window (10-3) that I had to plan my work schedule around. This time the automated system called me the day prior giving me a completely different window (3-5) than what was scheduled.When I called the store directly, the associate said he would “check into it and would call me back right away”. I waited. Several hours. I called him back for a update to which he had no answers.Hopefully the product is better than the service...

1st went to Mattress firm off Sligh Ave. Very bad experience. Called the one in Carollwood. After I got there, They went up on the price of the bed. From 999.99 to 1199.00. And they graciously took the $100.00 they advertised they would. I didnt get the free platform cause I choose the platform that raised feet as well as head. After being frustrated. I went to buy a bed. So I ordered what I went there for, after my daughter already brought 3 beds with the platforms. Overall manager made it ok.

The delivery guys were fast, courteous and clean. Rolled out the red carpet at the front door and wore shoe covers so they didnt get our floors dirty. Very satisfied.

Had quite possibly the best customer service here today. My wife and I have basically zero knowledge of mattresses (other than if they are comfortable or not obviously) and Scott gave us a very warm greeting and assured us that we would take our time and make sure we knew everything there was to know so we would would feel confident in our selection. My wife and I make quick choices and when we know, we know and we loved our second choice and were ready to sign on the dotted line. Thank God for Scott or else we would have missed out on our ultimate choice, which was the best fit for us. Scott had us lay in different beds while explaining to us the different features and how to properly use the bed and then after, do it all over again to make sure we were making the right choice. Scott was not a salesman, he was a friend and we highly recommend to request his assistance when deciding on your purchase at Mattress Firm of Carrolwood. The Store Manager was also very helpful and very friendly. Those two made an expensive visit feel like our investment was worth the money we were spending. We already took our bed down and now no place to sleep tonight! REALLY not happy with this Mattress Firm!! Those drivers should have to stay late and deliver Our bed!!!! If you decide to get a bed from here store customer service excellent, delivery SOOOOOO Bad!!!!After 2 weeks and talking to several people locally and on corporate we finally have a bed, our old bed removed and some compensation from corporate I am satisfied.
