I have been going to International Mall for years and have been wanting a Tempurpedic Bed but I had been too intimidated to go in to the store. Online shopping seemed like it would be the easiest way to find a bed to meet my needs at the best price. I am so glad that I took a leap of faith and finally went into the flagship store. I had the BEST experience with Dave! He answered all my questions and asked me a few that helped me know what I really needed for ideal sleep. I have had issues with sleeping for a long time and the feedback he gave me was so useful. I’m saving up for my dream bed now and I can’t wait for my next opportunity to stop into Tempurpedic. I think I’m going to start with a pillow so I can dream about my bed in the meantime. I can’t suggest going into the store enough!!! No matter what you need for a better night sleep! Dave is the guy to talk to.

We have bought two beds from this location, and are always pleased with the service. The store manager is who helped us each time, and was very thorough with the checkout process, ensuring we got all available promos/coupons. They are knowledgeable of the construction and differences between all the bed types, making sure we got one that was right for your budget and needs. The pillows far surpass anything I have ever slept on, and I highly recommend investing in their sheets.

Dave Gunn was a great “salesman”, however, be aware!When I decided to purchase, after asking him to go over the numbers with me, he did not. He just rushed me through the process and told me to sign. Like a dummy I did without going over the ticket. Consequently, he had made a mistake and Delayed my order. He told me he had corrected the mistake, yet 21 days later, I discovered on my own that it had not been corrected! It arrive wrong.At time of sale, he told me I would get delivery in 7 to 10 days and after 21 days, it arrived wrong.Now he says everything has been delayed.My question is, why did he not inform me When I called numerous times to check on my order?I cancelled the order.

These are some pretty incredible mattresses! Really no comparison to any other mattress I’ve tried/seen. I came in originally last week and met with Matt. He was very helpful and knowledgeable...I was sold right away. Came back the next week with my husband so he can see the mattresses as well. He was so impressed...he had no intention of buying one and we ended up getting two! We spent several hours with Bruce who was great to work with, testing out all the mattresses, finding the right fit. And Dave assisted us near the end who was also wonderful. GREAT team. You feel well cared for, for what YOU need! I noticed a couple customers coming in to pick up pillows. Bruce and Dave knew them by name and you can tell the customers were comfortable with them and happy. Can’t wait to get our mattresses!!!

Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place to try out all of the different Tempur-Pedic models all in one place. I really like being able to try out everything before making a purchase so everything is right. The staff here is very knowledgeable and able to help answer any question.

Dave was super helpful when we went looking for a new bed. This is the second bed we’ve purchased through this store and have had great service both times. They even called after we left the store to tell us about an upcoming sale and how to get that money refunded on the bed we purchased.

On Monday June 14th when my husband and I entered the store the initial sales associate approached us nodded his head without speaking and went over to the other associate, Christian and told him to take care of us. I continued to communicate with Christian while unable to shake the feeling of racial or cultural bias and profiling felt when approached by the older associate. I am very disappointed and will purchase elsewhere.

Julianna the sales associate is AMAZING! I can not stress how important it is to have employees that are not pushy, informative and follow through with tasks. We had been shopping for a bed for some time now and found ourselves in the tempur-pedic flagship store. We were instantly greeted by Julianna when we walked in, but unlike other places she did not follow us around and she was not pushy. We did finally approach her with questions and she seemed to be very informative. She was relatable and I think this really helped us make the jump into purchasing a tempur-pedic (which by the way we absolutely love!!). We had to order our pillows and after a week I was getting a little concerned since they had not arrived yet. I called up Julianna and she was happy to help! Not only did she find the tracking info for me, but she called me later that afternoon to update me on their status. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Keep up the great work!!

We had a great experience with the Tampa Tempur Pedic store. Dave was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, including helping smooth out a few bumps in the delivery process. We bought two mattresses and the smart base and I am stunned at how I’ve gone from being in pain every morning when I wake up to virtually no pain at all. Incredible transformation. I strongly recommend spending the money on good mattresses and a good base. As a chronic back pain sufferer, I can say it makes a world of difference!
