Used Jiffy Lube for a few years. A few issues but worth the convenience. Except for this location! Sent my daughter in for a routine oil change. They told her that her front brakes were very bad and needed replaced right now. I told her to tell them no. Next day I drove over 2 hours to replace her brake pads. Started the car and oil running everywhere. Here the bottom engine cover was barely holding on by the untightened bolts. (Barely finger tight) Then found the oil filter very loose. Oil pouring out of it. It was a Napa oil filter. Does Jiffy even use Napa?? So then I go to replace the “worn” brake pads only to find that they have half the lining left. I’d normally call them to handle and not leave a bad review but what are they gonna do?? Give me a free oil change? I don’t want one. Plus read the other real reviews here. This isn’t that uncommon. Hopefully I can save someone else from trouble.

This is a brand new tire not 5 miles driven after it was installed. I was told I must have screw in it. After inspection I was then told, someone must be messing with me and let the air out. Even though I have a Ring cam on the car 24/7.No compensation offered much less an apology for what was clearly an improper installation. The tire clearly leaked from the rim. Full day of work lost, had to change the tire to get it back and inspected.This is really just the largest of many issues I had from my visit to get an oil change and a tire plugged. Instead I walked away with a $600 bill and a flat tire I had to fight to get fixed. I wont bother listing the other issues as Ive wasted enough energy on this B.S.Avoid at all costs.

Military friendly Angel was an angel..so kind and helpful went above and beyond, we had rough night driving all the way from Atlanta to pick up my sister from a rough situation we just wanted to get all her stuff on car checked oil and ect....because ex had claimed he tampered with oil..( we already fixed tire he had punctured)Angel and crew gave everything once over changed fluids and helped us put on new windshield wipers...all while honoring our military service...you have an awesome manager here!!!

The employees at jiffy lube have great customer service qualities. They also are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

On Saturday 09/25, I came Im for an oil change. I was met by Chad R. He was extremely pushy trying to upset me on additional services. I kept explaining that I had to attend 3 funerals that day and needed to be on my way. I was escorted inside to complete an application that he assured me would not affect my credit score, which that too was a lie. I feel like they intentionally flooded my car with oil; to the point that my car is not drivable. My car is now being drained to determine the extent of the damage. I called this morning and spoke with Chad again who refused to give me the phone number to the corporate office. In fact I was told there is no phone number for corporate, only an email. I was also advised once I send the email, he will receive it anyway. I cannot believe this is how you handle people after charging $120 for am oil change.

Overpriced services for low quality products. Employee moral could absolutely be better. Manager wants to upsell services, but cant get a Groupon discount correct. Glad I tried for discounted price rather than pay full and be disappointed for services. Way cleaner, more helpful services elsewhere; thats a fact.

Solid oil change at a decent rate once the coupon is included. Everything was done in a timely fashion without me calling ahead. Only unfortunate that the mechanic does not work Sunday, so all services are limited during that day.

Friendly and fast. Moneys worth in my opinion. I have a V10 and my truck burns oil. They top you off for free if you do the oil change with them. In addition, they have a new program offered called Snap. I was approved and was able to get new tires at 20 every 2 weeks. Im super excited and completely satisfied.

Larry, Chad, and Angel were the best! They were very communicative with me and each other about the issues with my car. They were quick yet thorough, hooked me up with a deal when I needed more than one service to get my car road trip ready. Not only were they friendly, they were informative, knowledgeable, professional, and overall one of the most positive experiences Ive ever had when it comes to getting my car taken care of. I definitely will be coming back for more maintainence. 10/10 would recommend these gentlemen at this site to take care of your car needs

I purchased a groupon copoun as it specified additional services apart from a regular service. To my surprise, none of it was actually done, in-spite of me standing right infront of the car all the time watching, I saw only the oil changed. The sad part is the invoice specified, glass windshield cleaned, tyre pressure checked, transmission fluid, break fluid filled, however none of it was done. Inspite of me pointing out and asking, I was told that they will be done sequentially but noting was done. I will never go back again

Went in to do oil change. Medium quality oil that dealer does costs total 93 bucks. Never paid the dealer for this expensive oil change. I could have come out but needed this to be done asap..paid the price for not planning ahead and going to the dealer.

I have never been to Jiffy Lube before today, but they have a new customer. The service was fast and men there were very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate that kind of service and will be back to see them again.

This use to be my favorite auto care spot but this place is not the same the service is horrible they decline Services and offer other high priced services I came the last time to get an oil change and my car sounded muffled I looked under the hood and its oil everywhere smh 2 thumbs down

I usually go there when im on that side of town. Rico was very nice and i went at 6:20pm and they closed at 7. When I got there, there was 4 cars ahead of me. They got everyone out by 7pm including me. I was the last car out of there at 7:02pm. This place is quick, professional and convenient.I was able to use my Groupon without any problems. It comes in handy because my car is a few years old and an oil change is $85. Thats a little steep but it always give stellar results. I usually go to a mom and pop shop but didnt have time.

The team here makes you feel like family and you are the most important person they have known. I appreciated each of the members who worked on my vehicle. Keep up the great work!

Fast service, and the head mechanic informed me of things I needed to take care of with my car in the near future. The price was fair, the waiting room was nice, covid 19 guide lines were followed as well. Also you have the choice to stay in your car while they perform the services so you know you got what you paid for. As a bonus they top up your cars fluids and check the filters.

I went there because I found a voucher on Groupon for a conventional oil change for my car. I was recommended by a friend to go there. Normally I wouldn’t due to the high prices, but it was a deal I couldn’t pass up. I was due for an oil change after moving from NJ to Tampa. The service was amazing. Everyone was there. Matt was the guy who did my oil change and suggested I get another product to help clean out the oil that had probably been settled in my system since my last change and the mileage I used moving down. He also suggested getting a replacement air filter (in which he showed me how dirty it was). They had to order the air filter and I would only have to wait 15-20 minutes (it was a lot shorter than that, to be honest). Everything was great, I got to stay in my car while the process was being done. When the air filter came in, Matt put it in my car. A young lady came over and processed my payment. I was in and out in 25 minutes! Great employees! Great job! Thank you!

Military Veterans!!!For years Id use J.L. on a regular basis for all three vehicles even after they soiled my seats from climbing into my vehicle with oil and grease stained uniforms. They would often be so distracted by their horseplay and personal conversations, that they would take longer than expected to complete service and forget steps such as vacuuming the interior, etc... They recently stripped my oil plan plug and caused a major oil leak all over my driveway., they gave me the run around passing me back and forth to Tyler, who has not yet returned any of my calls. It wasnt until I wrote the BBB that they offered to repair by re-threading the drain hole and an attempt to remove stains from my driveway, but they never called me to finalize that agreement nor have they returned my calls to schedule that appointment.They have a lot of complaints against them and I recommend using a more reputable service provider.

This service was fast and effective and convenient but I always feel like they are trying to sell me more than what I come for and their services. The guy was confused to charge me with many services were not actually done. Overall, i am not satisfied at all with the service. I would never go back to overpay again.

They refused to change my oil because the engine was ticking. I changed it myself and the ticking stopped. You get 1 star for offering me no service.

As much as any person appreciates good service, youll need to understand that once you inform your customers of an issue with their vehicle, that youll should back off and let them breath to make an informed decision whether or not to do what your informing them about. I appreciated the courtesy and fast service, but the pressure to do what you suggested was crazy. You made it seem life and death weighed in the balance of the car. The price for each job performed was enormously high $200 above. Thats crazy... The people are nice though.

They a lil expensive.... They need a rewards program and give it grow oil changes or half off on purchase 😉

Beware: Enter at your own risk. Im a professional long distance driver and have my oil changed every other month. Went in for a routine oil change and was told immediately I have a critical oil leak, radiator leak and that oil was leaking all over the pan.No check engine lights and I check my vehicle every night since this is my livelihood.I obviously became concerned and jumped out to find oil sprayed all over my wheel, front arm and pan. Oil all over as if an explosion had gone off. They claimed it was the wind, but it was a failed up-sale on a problem that never existed. Beware.

If I could give a half star I would. Even though service was ok, my car is now leaking oil when prior to that there was no known issues. I believe I was taken advantage simply because Im a female. Then on top of that they quoted me one amount and my bank statement reflects another. I will also post this review on their site as well as look into seeing if Corporate can get involved. Worse decision ever coming to them.

I came here 3 weeks ago. My coolant low light came on 2 weeks later. Im confused. I paid all this money and they didnt fill up my fluids. I am beyond disappointed. Now I have to pay money I paid you guys to fill up my fluids.

They were so great. I went to jiffy lube on hillsborough and was told they didnt have the oil my car needed. I called the one on Fowler and they were so awesome told me to come right on over. They made me laugh and I enjoyed my experience there. Jiffy lube on Fowler is awesome!!!!

Very friendly staff but honestly way over price for anything that you want done. Charging for cleaning the windows and vacuuming is ridiculous. I mean for the price that you pay for just a regular oil change you might as well go to one of those Car Wash and Lube places for the same price. I didnt need to get my car washed before but after when they changed my oil they left oil marks all over my car and I got all on my clothes. I also love how they just put the new sticker next to the old sticker. To me that just seems lazy and careless. I dont think Im ever coming back to any Jiffy Lube.

I went in for an oil change today and I was greeted by a couple of mechanics who knew exactly what they were doing. Not only did they change the oil in my car but they also pointed out that my battery was leaking acid and even swapped it out that same day. They also checked if all the lights in my car worked (which was free) which helps me avoid getting pulled over for a rear light not working.10/10 would recommend

Watch out for this place, if you dont be careful they will upsell you and their prices are way too high. They upsold me up to a 2k bill and I had to negotiate to get the bill to 800 dollars. What shouldve started off as an oil change became an transmission fluid replacement, brake fluid replacement etc... even if you were going for a basic oil change, I wouldnt recommend this place. They will scam you out of your hard earned money and they take advantage of people who dont know much about cars.

I had an exceptional experience at this Jiffy Lube. Emory met with me when I first pulled in and asked what I would like done that day. He was quick to get me settled in and get to work. After starting the oil change, he let me know that my air filter desperately needed to be changed, my coolant was low, and my radiator needed to be flushed. Afterward, Joe took care of taking my payment, asked if there was anything else I needed, or if there was anything they needed to improve. Everyone was super friendly and for an oil change, air filter change, tire rotation, and radiator flush I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes

Terrible experience. Donot go to this place they overcharged my wife for something they didn’t fix. She called me in tears because the manager Chad was rude and disrespectful. When I went there to talk to the manager to see how the situation could b rectified the manager ignored me and pretended as if he didn’t see me even tho his employee was there explaining to him my situation. I had to personally walk over and address the manager since he refused to walk over and talk to me. I only wish he had been as quiet and reserved when dealing with my poor wife.

Everyone here was extremely friendly, professional and respectful. Prices are reasonable as always and so I will gladly return in the future. Thank you kindly!

These guys here were fantastic! Very respectful polite professional and funny. Got my transmission fluid taken care of in a timely fashion and reassured me I could trust them with my car because I did have doubts. The store and rest room were very clean which is a plus! I’ll definitely be back to do business :)

Relatively fast & affordable car maintenance. The guys work hard to keep things moving and are respectful when you need to postpone repairs. Lawrence & Joe were especially friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would have would be to have signs in the parking spaces out front stating that customers should line up behind the building for service.

Customer service was amazing from beginning to end. Rico greeted me right away and had a great welcoming attitude. Explained to me everything that would be done to my car and was very professional and friendly. Dan the manager was also super nice and professional. I expected to be waiting for about two hours but was there less than an hour. Service was super fast and the staff was amazing.

I had a basic oil change done yesterday and it was a great experience. Being a young college student with little knowledge about cars, the whole team was very accommodating and thorough. I will definitely be going back for my next oil change as well as if anything else arises.
