Definitely do NOT recommend coming here. I have been to several Tires Plus locations and have never been treated so disrespectfully. I pulled in and asked if they could put air in my tires as I have never had an issue doing this at any other location. Two employees stared at me, laughed in my face & then said “yeah…no” and continued to laugh. I didn’t even bother to talk to management because if the employees think it’s okay to treat people this way then it’s probably because management allows them to do so.
Only helpful if youre spending $1000 in new tires and services. But if its a tire repair forget it. Found much more professional people at Tires Plus on West Kennedy Blvd just a few minutes away. Much more helpful there.
They had great service and great staff. It was busy, and they still got customers in and out of there.
Don’t take anything here! Scammers at work! You’ve been warned.
Charlie and his staff are always courteous, professional and knowledgable. This location books up quick, so make an appointment first thing in the morning. Youll be glad you did!
Great service, great people - had a special situation needing 4 new trailer tires and they were great.
Slow service. Also make sure you find out about the tire installation charge on top of the price for the tires.
Great work done putting on my new tires.
Left my car running outside to run diagnostic tests. (the way they ask you to do when light turns on) I told them twice that the keys were in the ignition. I came back 2 hours later to pick it up because I needed to take it to my dealer instead, when I asked for the keys they didnt have them. It was still outside running. They had never even bothered to turn it off. They left my car running outside unsupervised for 2 hours. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. So glad I didnt go through with service.
I had the pleasure {term being used loosely as who really enjoys getting their car worked on} of being serviced by Hector on my recent visit to this location. Not only was he exteremly courteous and knowledgeable. but he was efficient to boot.An assett to the company to be sure.Highly recommended.
Great service! Peter and Darrin were very helpful! Highly recommend!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!! Worst customer service, lack of respect, poor work ethics. Im not sure about other Tire Plus locations but the Dale Mabry location on the 3000th block needs to be revamped. Complete overhaul of employees and pricing. Its corporate run, maybe changes at the highest level.
HELLO, THIS IS DIRECTED TO TOP MANAGEMENT OF TIRESPLUSREGARDING AN EMPLOYEE AT STORE# 458007, 3626 S.DALE MABRY HWY TAMPA,FL,33629 ABOUT THE STORE MANAGER ROBERT LEMUS. WE LIVE RIGHT BY THE TIRESPLUS STORE AND THIS WAS OUR 3RD VISIT TO THE STORE DUE TO OUR CAR ISSUE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN GREETED OR WELCOMED NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE FRONT DESK PERSON ( ROBERT) HE IS RUDE, ARROGANT AND BEHAVES ENORMOUSLY WITH BAD ATTITUDE TO EVERY WALK IN CUSTOMER WHICH I HAVE FOUND LATELY FROM MY NEIGHBORS AS WELL, MY FATHER RECENTLY WENT TO FIX HIS CAR STARTER WHICH WAS RECOMMENDED BY OUR CERTIFIED MECHANIC BUT THE STORE INSTEAD CHANGED OUR ORIGINAL TOYOTA BATTERY WHICH WAS NOT REQUIRED, I REPEADTLY TOLD THEM ITS THE STARTER AND THEY ARGUED ITS THE BATTERY LATER WE PAID AND TOOK THE CAR AND THAT VERY NIGHT WHEN MY PARENT WENT FOR SHOPPING IN THAT COLD NIGHT THE CAR WENT BAD AGAIN, LATER WE TOOK THE CAR TO THE TIRESPLUS SHOP THEY FOUND OUT IT WAS STARTER AND WAS NOT EVEN APOLOGETIC. IM HERE TODAY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE BEHAVIOR OF STORE MANAGER MR ROBERT LEMUS WHO DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN THIS POSITION WHICH IS THE BACKBONE OF THE BUSINESS WHO IS ALWAYS ON THE PHONE TALKING TO FRIENDS WHILE A CUSTOMER IS UNATTENDED AND NOT ACKNOWLEDGED FOR 20 MINS UNLESS WE SPEAK UP TO HELP US AND HE DOES IT PURPOSELY CAUSE WE HAVE EXPIRENED IT THE 3RD TIME AND OUR NEIGHBORS TOO, SO PLEASE TAKE AN ACTION TO THIS MATTER, AS WE ARE NOT WILLING TO GO TIRESPLUS IN FUTURE DUE TO THIS NONSTOP BAD BEHAVIOUR AND WRONG FIX OF THE CAR, THANK YOU!
As others have said, this location is being run by an absolute scam artist. Ill give you the briefest run down I can, with pictures for proof.*Took my truck in for an oil change and inspection, mentioned the brake pedal felt weird and spongy. See 1st picture attachment.*Charlie (manager) calls me and says my brake system is basically completely shot, my truck is undrivable (even though I drove it in with no issues), and that it would be $4500 to fix.*All my BS alarms go off, and I decline that service, saying I only want the oil change and Ill pick my truck up ASAP and Charlie starts playing good guy shop owner, and out of the niceness of his heart, takes about $100 off, which I also decline.*Charlie calls me in the morning, offering to take a few more hundred dollars off, which I again decline and say change my oil and Ill get my truck. Im then told that it may take over a day for them to put my brakes together and complete the oil change. I now see this was 100% punishment for not giving into the repeated scam attempts.*It takes 3 calendar days to get my truck back. When I get my truck back, my brake fluid is almost empty, and my coolant is low. Meaning that the inspection I also paid for was likely never done, and it was a scam from the start. Also, the estimate now only says $3,533.89 (see 2nd attachment) Not $4500ish. So where did that $1000 magically go?*So, in those 3 days my truck was gone, I researched the part Charlie said was broken and made my truck undrivable, and guess what? My truck does not even take that part. The new power brake booster with master cylinder is ONLY for my truck model with an optional Electronic Stability Control package. My factory info using my VIN# confirms I do not have this package.*This 100% confirms that this guy tried to scam me out of roughly $4500*I took my truck to a local repair shop that was passed along to me by a friend*There was NOTHING wrong with my brakes except air in the brake lines which were bled and the pads were adjusted. My brakes now feel amazing for a little less than $150 (See 3rd attachment)*Stay far, far away from this absolute joke of a shop, and its scammer supervisor / leader Charlie.*Check out Brothers Automotive on Macdill in South Tampa if you want an honest, trustworthy, locally owned, awesome place.*Oh, BTW...As icing on the cake, I dropped my truck off at Brothers Automotive in the morning and had it back that afternoon, completely repaired. So now I know I was intentionally punished by Tires Plus.*I am filing multiple complaints regarding this and contacting Tires Plus Corporate.
Great experience. Drove in at closing time with screw lodged in tire. Was taken care of at no charge, surface problem but they checked all my tires even though I had it serviced three days ago at dealership.
5 stars
Don’t ever buy a battery here. My battery had to be replaced after less than a year, 5 months later the replacement battery had to be replaced after I had my van towed to our mechanic to make sure there wasn’t an underlying problem. Nope, everything was tested. It was the battery I got from Tires Plus, again. Never again.
Worst location ever, brought a new tire from them with warranty. I found a nail inside it the next day, and I came back to them to ask for the a replacement. They told me it’s not included, and also will take 4 or 5 hours just to patch it. Don’t come here my friend, it’s not a friendly service anyway.
Had two Interstate batteries in stock, that I need and explained to me how the warranty and replacement worked. Great service!
Terrible store!!!!The are a ripoff company and cannot even put the tire air caps back on when you leave the place.I went down the street to another tire place and got the same tire for $100 less!!!!Don’t get ripped off
So I was first told I needed a new radiator. I only need a small hose connecting the transmission to the radiator! Next experience with Charlie & Co. I was told I needed a new timing belt. It was the distributor!!!! Almost had me pay $1200 for a timing belt..THAT I DIDNT NEED!!! So today I had an apt. at. 8:00am for the ac tech. to look at my ac. The ac tech called out sick. They were also supposed to look for a nail in one of my tires. No Ac. Tech fo4 my apt. just wanted them to look at tire . 8:30 and they were sleep walking and still didnt look at tie. I asked for my keys and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE The store on Kennedy is g and teaches it reat. Charlie is a scammer
These guys are great. I showed up 20 minutes before they closed yesterday because I had a huge nail in my tire. They got me right in to check it out. 30 minutes later, they patched it up and I was on the road again. I have been going to them for a few years for my Expedition and Mercedes and they have always done me right. Thanks again!
This place will take care of you. They are very honest and will treat you right.👍
I wanted to write this review, because I want to help anyone that feel intimidated when seeking services for their vehicle. I had great service at this particular Tires Plus. I called up inquiring about 4 new tires, and I wanted a specific brand and size. I also requested to have the tires mounted and ready by 4pm. Once I dropped off my vehicle around 11am, the store made sure the tires I requested would arrive in time for my vehicle to be completed. Aside from offering the normal road hazard warranty, they did not try to sell me other services. They also asked if I wanted an oil change in which I declined. Best part was my total was true to what I estimated it would be prior to going in. My car was also completed earlier than 4pm. It was no hassle and I got what I wanted.
Go, see Peter and the crew, they treat you like family and they make sure your vehicle is street safe!!! Thank You Peter!!!
Robert was very hands on and took care of me and my vehicle. I went to run errands thinking there would be a wait and before I could even make it out of the area I received a call that my vehicle was ready. The whole staff was friendly and very knowledgeable as well. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve had good experiences lately at a couple Tires Plus. This location did an outstanding job today of diagnosing my suddenly flat tire and installing a new one in a very short time without an appointment. I was impressed. Cory did a good job!
Fast and reasonably priced.
Went in with bumpy ride at 50mph. Multiple employees, including Angel, told me it was definitely the rear tires that had a wobble and poor tire wear because they are soft tires and the inner belts are most likely starting to separate. These were almost new tires. I went ahead and spent $450.00 for two new rear tires, even though my current tires had almost new tread as is, but went with their advice since they are the so-called experts. My problem was not solved. My wife took the van back and now they say it is not the rear, but is the front axle. They grossly missed the diagnosis and they wanted to charge over $500.00 more and said they would not do anything about the money I already spent on their misdiagnosed rear tires. Angel said, I didnt make you buy the tires, it was your choice. In my business, if I treat people like they do, bad things happen. DO NOT trust their words. And, they messed up my steering wheel during the alignment and still did not fix it when my wife took it back. I did not allow them to replace the axle because I do not trust them.
Always got my back with car repairs, been going there since 2013
Took my Yukon in for a tire monitor change (1 tire). The guy says $117 out the door. 3 hours after dropoff he calls saying I have to leave it overnight. I need my car for work. Then he says it will be done by 7pm. When I went to pick up, he charged me $180. He wanted to argue that the person who quoted $117 was wrong, he didnt add some other fees that came out to $180, this is the price after military discount. $180 for 1 tire! Do NOT go here. Go somewhere else where people honor their word!
Staff is always happy to help.
Best service short waits
I have mixed feelings about this place. Prices are ridiculous but if you do get work.done they get it done and are honest with wait times. BUT, be aware when taking it in for inspection and then not getting the repair done. Inspect what you brought it in for after you decide no repair. I brought my truck in for an issue and I picked it up with no repairs, get home and realize they never put the stuff I had looked at back together. So basically to each his own but just be aware and dont get tricked.
I called for pricing on brakes for Benz c250. They say its $225 for front brakes w install. I then tell them I have the coupon on their website for 40 off per axle so $80 off. Guy on the phone says the coupon is built into the price they already quoted me. These people lie and wont honor their own coupons! Tires plus on Kennedy quoted me less and honored the coupons. The whole point of having chains is so they all have the same policies but not this one!
Got 4 tires and an alignment done today here. Prices were very fair compared to other tire stores in the area, and service was great. I was not pressured to buy anything I didnt need which is a big plus. I would recommend.
Had an issue with my tire and had to come in without an appt. I assumed they would make me drop it off bc it was close to closing time. The staff happily pulled in my vehicle right away and did a flat repair and had me back on the road in no time!
About one year ago after moving to Tampa I purchased four Firestone Wide Oval Indy Tires for my C5 Corvette from Tires Plus. They were able to beat the price and service of their competitors and I was very satisfied with the installation of the tires as well as an associated wheel alignment. Since that time I have returned to them for tire inspections and wheel alignment checks as part of the tire protection and wheel alignment plan which I also purchased. I am very please with the service and treatment I get from this store. I am very particular with my Corvettes and normally buy all my tires directly from Firestone but after they beat the price and the provided better service than I was receiving from Firestone I now use them for my servicing needs. Recommend this store for good service, good treatment, and an honest approach.
By far the easiest car experience I have ever had. I worked with Chris and he was great! My check engine light came on earlier in the day so I stopped by on my lunch break to get it checked out. Unlike other places, where I have waited absurd amounts of time Tires Plus was quick and professional. My cars issue was explained simply without any extra confusion or up selling. 100% recommend them.
Brought my truck in because the a/c was blowing hot air and the battery light was on. I was the first customer of the day and after 3 hours I was told I needed a new alternator ($440) and the would evacuate my a/c and put a dye in to find the leak for another ($156) then from there wed find out what it would cost to repair. So after tax, about $640 and my a/c was still broken.I took my truck for a 2nd opinion because that just felt unreasonable. The good part is that I only paid $25 to get my truck back.Took to another mechanic he tested to alternator and he explained that it was slightly over-charging but not to a dangerous level. No replacement required. He evacuated the ac and recharged and checked for leaks in the lines. (None). Then explained that it may very well be the evaporator but it was a very expensive repair and offered some alternatives.Out the door for $45.Conclusion is that Ill go to tires plus for oil change an tire rotation but nothing more.
I stopped in there because one of my valve stem was leaking air I walked in explained and I’m assuming he was the manager told me that I would have to leave the car and it would be about 3 hours I looked at him and told him I have to pick up my 15 year old daughter from the airport in 45 mins is there any way to get it down faster it is only a stem, he bluntly replied no it can’t you have to wait. Meanwhile there were two techs sitting downing nothing. I told him I own a tire shop and it only take 10 mins top to change out a stem he then told me to leave and get it done somewhere else! This guy shouldn’t even have a job that involves dealing with customers. Rude and doesn’t care!! Firestone right up the street took me in with no hassle and got it done in 15 minutes!!
Unlike most repair shops I didnt feel pressured into anything that I didnt go there for. Everything I did need was explained to me if there was different levels of repair.
The staff here is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure youre a satisfied customer. Id highly recommend this place to anyone in need of auto care.
Not impressed with the level of customer service anymore guys. Something is clearly different. The employees dont care and they wear that on their sleeve. I have always taken my cars here and have referred several people. I was told it would take an hour to change my tire and its now been 6 hours. You cant tell me where the puncture was in my tire or where exactly my car is parked. All it wouldve taken was a call saying I know we quoted an hour so I want to give you a heads up weve gotten busy and we wont have it done in an hour, I AM SORRY. Amazing how its the simple things that still work. Dont worry, I wont be back to write another review.
Came here for a tire repair and it took well over 3 hours. While I was here waiting. A man came in and sat for over 30 mins before he was helped. The Mgr was in his office and got up and realized the man was sitting there. This place is slower than a turtle. The guy fixing my tire is the same guy that works inside. So why did it take over 3 hours??
Great place to get work done on your vehicle. Very RELIABLE and QUICK.
If I could give negative stars I would. These people blew up my engine. This was confirmed by an independent adjuster. Also charged me $1200 for injector replacement. This was NEVER done and again, confirmed by the adjuster. My lawsuit is over and I can finally comment on this. Its amazing these guys can sleep at night. Unless you hate your hard earned money, please dont go here.
Very slow service, understaffed. They are unable to repair repairable tires after fix-a-flat, and insist on tire replacement. They also try to upsell, suggesting I replace all tires, despite the car mileage being under 40k and having Michelin tires with good tread remaining. Add two hours to their estimated wait time at minimum. Despite everything they are polite and professional.
I had a great experience at Tires Plus. The people there made my crappy situation not so bad! I made an idiotic mistake when trying to fill air in my tires and ripped off the sensor. I drove right over and they helped me right away, when it was close to their closing time! They even welcomed my dog to hang out which was great. The quote they gave me on the part I needed was also $50 cheaper than what the people at Goodyear quoted me, which was also a huge plus. Everyone was very friendly and the service was great!
They were fast and friendly. Most importantly trustworthy.
Always takes too long, no matter small or big job. Nice employees.Nice environment. But, they really do a good job.
Me and my dad came here to get 2 new tires and Chuck and Peter helped us out tremendously, good attitudes, great pricing and didnt try to push anything on us that we didnt need like other tire shops. Definitely will be coming here in the future.
I had a problem with theft. I originally wrote a review and expressed my distaste for what happened. I contacted customer service to file a complaint after management brushed it off and my police report was not getting anywhere. The regional manager contacted me and said he would investigate. 2 days later he informed me the cost of my item would be refunded. I just received a check today. Covering my entire cost and some. The service on my car was good. Now I plan on coming back for future service.
FYI, they refuse to take payment over the phone, for security reasons.I wonder if the security reasons lie within their own company because Ive never had that problem anywhere else. If theyre that concerned about credit card information being stolen by their own employees, perhaps they should do background checks before hiring.EDIT- I would never chose a scammer place like this myself, I was forced to go here by a family member. Just find a reputable mechanic.
I do a good amount of business with this store and have never had an issue with the quality of work or the time quoted . Management is always available when I have questions . The guys at the counter are always upfront about anything needed in excess of original quote . I have price checked these guys and they are very comparable to most of the local guys . Even if prices were more than Their neighbors I would still pay it based on the customer service alone . Keep up the good work guys .
I drive from Land O Lakes to this specific location because the manager Rob always makes sure we get what we need. His team is trust worthy and professional. If they dont get it right, they make it right and thats how business should be done. Thank you!
John was a great service person to talk to. He fix all my problems with my car. He also worked with me even with the nasty attitude I was giving him. Overall this tire plus was a great place to bring your car!
2 weeks ago I had two tires & my windshield wipers replaced. I was told my breaks had a long life & everything else looked good. Fast forward to this week when my breaks started to act up, so I went back to Tires Plus and was quoted 957$ worth of repairs: calipers need replacement along with my break line hose, new pads and other repairs... these should have been caught two weeks ago when I was originally in to have my tires replaced. when I brought up the inconsistency I was told that a tire guy looked at my breaks, not a technicianEither way I decided to go for a second opinion. When I brought my Jeep to be looked at by another mechanic I was quoted 13$ for a part. . . Turns out the cap to my break line fluid was missing.. 30 min & 13 dollars later my car was up and running perfectly.Definitely recommend always getting a second opinion.
I do not understand some of the negative comments on here...I called on a busy Saturday morning and was to come down and they would fit me in. I had my own tires for install. I dropped of my vehicle and was quoted 87 bucks for install. I witnessed a very angry woman treating them very rudely. The placed was obviously busy and she became irate because no one was at the counter (they were busy working) she raised her voice until she got her way. Jason was very upfront with the cost and I was only in the shop 1.5 hrs despite walking in on a Saturday. They treated me and all others in the shop with respect. Whenever a customer came in they offered the lowest prices right off the bat without being asked. Do not pay attention to the negative reviews on here...great experience. Thanks for the great service guys.
If i could give a zero star rating i would have. Called at 1:30pm told him i have 2 tires and two rims brand new for install only not even on the car just installing two rims on two tires he says come in an hour or two so i drop them off at 3 and told him can they be done at 5 because i got to work at 6 he said (probably or possibly) i can’t even remember because of a 20 minute job maybe less couldn’t be done in 2 and a half hours i just left at 5:33pm took my stuff and i’m probably going to be late for work. I’m not mad at how they work maybe they’re the best in the business and after what happened i really do not care if they go into guinness. late for work didn’t even let me try some other place. thanks alot and yea sure hit me with a reply saying that you told me 6:00pm because if you said 6 i would have not left them in the first place!
Horrible customer service.I drop my car at 11am and I was told that my car will be ready before 4pm (closing time). When I showed up at 4pm my car was not even in the ware house. I call twice before 4pm and I was told that my car will be ready before closing time. When I asked for my keys they give me attitude. This place is not reliable and professional, don’t trust this place to do any work in your car. I will repost because I’m sure this comment will get deleted.
My girlfriend was driving my truck and blew and alternator belt. She took it here because it was nearby. They replace the belt and explained she needed to buy a new battery. When she got home that didnt sound right to me cause it was less than a year old. I went back and they happily returned the battery. Took the dead battery to Pep Boys and it tested fine and Ive been using it ever since. So weather it was malicious or failure to properly test the battery, I wasnt pleased with making the extra trip and the $150 Id be out if I hadnt caught the mistake.
Great place great people they did an amazing job in my car
The best customer service!
Friendly staff, great service. Highly recommended.
The prices here are great but the service is all over the place. They left a tire in my trunk after I got all four replaced with tires from Tire Rack that I shipped there (which they were kind of grumpy about, but they couldnt beat the pricing).
This my local tire place. Every time Ive gone there Jason and Charlie are super nice, knowledgeable and funny.
Gotta say Im happy withthe service here. The new management as of 2013/2014 is great. They take time to explain answers to questions and explain what may need to be done vs what is option for future. Bought tires here at good deals (i like having the tires plus card option payment) good work they stood behind what they did and i havnt had any problems with anothing once they worked on it.
Great customer service. I will definitely recommend to family and friends!
Been dealing with tires plus for many years. Always helpful, even with just low air in tires!!!
Took my SUV in for routine maint checks. I know have a blown engine.Crank side rod bearing right on through! Gotta be revving it up pretty hard to do that. Tires Plus/BRSO (Bridgestone) You blew the engine in my car?!?!? Oh were going to file a claim and in 30 - 60 days an independent party is going to decide if youre at fault and owe me a motor?? Im supposed to get to work HOW in the meantime? No help offered for a rental, process takes 30 - 60 days? Unreal! Run far and run fast!
Been servicing my Nitro here for 5 years. No complaints, friendly guys.
Very fast and reasonably priced!
Jason was exceptionally helpful. I would return here again.
Shady work they love to up sale you on things you dont really need at the moment I would suggest going to auto air muffler and breaks and see Robert and Shawn on Florida Avenue and waters if you want quality work
Ok, have had multiple experiences with this place. 1st was indifferent (thought they were a little epensive, but eh) 2nd time -- Hated it, they were expensive, they gave me two different break rotors (I have big wheels and you can clearly see they are different, just looks cheap), they didnt put the dust cap on tight and it came off driving and damaged and broke my aftermarket rim and rim cover, battery was dead after getting it back and the car wouldnt start... plus the guy at the front desk was rude as could be. I even heard him yelling at someone over the phone, and he made this place even worse to deal with. The manager was nice, and he did say he would reimburse me for the broken wheel piece and gave me a free oil change... but I dont even think I will take it back for that. This time around... my girlfriend called to check on price for pads on her VW Golf. She had already gotten it inspected elsewhere and they said the rotors were fine she only needed new pads. She then got a quote from here, and they said she would need new pads and rotors (which were an arm and a leg). She told them that it she had gotten it inspected and they said the rotors were good but they insisted that she needed both and that they dont just install pads here. IMO, clearly trying to take advantage over her thinking she had no clue and would just bring it in and dump out the money. She took it down the road to Auto Air Muffler and Brake City(Big Mechanic) and got it done for $89 as compared to the $380 (185 + rotors for 195) they said she needed to pay here. So, after all my experiences... avoid this place. I feel bad for the manager though, as I will say he did try to make it right the one time.
Had no issues besides the wait time which was due to them not having one out of the 4 tires that I wanted in stock. However, Frank honored the TiresPlus 59 mins or less option that states if your job is not completed within 59 mins then, you would receive a $59 discount applied to your total bill. I had no issues with this place but I only got my tires changed. Placed was busy so I dont think there is not much negative to say about a place that brings in customers. Compared to the store across the street, TiresPlus was busy.I called TiresPlus yesterday to get a quote on a set of tires and I was very happy with the quote compared to other shops. It was the cheapest price for installation of tires and with them not being able to complete the job within 59 mins, the $59 discount satisfies the customer a lot. Thanks Frank!
Definitely overpriced. Went in for brake replacement. They charged $600 for back brakes. I thought that seemed high. I took it to another mechanic who did it for $300.
Terrible service
Nicholas gaves has never been to my location must have us confused with another shop thanks
They have horrible service and r a rip off! Dont be sold by a $19.99 oil change because whatever the price of an oil change, add $7.50 for labor then taxes your looking at $40 and up. They will also lie to get things done to ur car that u dont need because thats part of their sales job to SELL! BEWARE!!!!
Waited 10 min in the very begining just to talk to someone as no one was in store. Then takes 1.5 hours for an oil change. But I did get a free oil change for it taking so long
There nice but unorganized and takes forever to get yr car back, and has a hard time figering out yr cars issue!!
Apt for tire repair!!!!
You want it done cheap somewhere else or you want it done right. ..is what I learned....this is the spot I take my car 4 sure...
Professional, friendly and helpful!
Thank you Cory and Chris for getting my raptor in with no notice! You all saved the day!
Had a good experience at this location. Had an appointment, but arrived early and tbey took me in.
Please READ.....Do not take your car to this place, below are all of the things that went wrong in one visit and the problem is not fixed yet1- the technician that was mounting my new tires miss match tires and rim sizes. If it was not because I noticed the car would have been aligned with that mayor error probably causing further damage.2- the technician that mounted the tires scratch two rims while mounting the tires. The manager offered to take off the cost of the alignment off the bill and told me that was with a $100.00 but it was only $84.99 and honestly it will cost me more to fix both rims3- the technician forgot to reinstall my valve stem caps, even dough I reminded him twice to do so. I had to make another trip to the store to acquire those4- my car is pulling to the right after the professional alignment and they wore too busy to fix it today, so another trip to this placeHonestly they are nice people but their work sucks beyond bad. Do not take your car there if you value your vehicle. I learned my lesson the hard way. Never again
Expensive but i needed the tires. Also the brakes but cant do it now overall there reasonable
Theyve been my go to guys for 20 years!
Do not come here, they do not respect anyone elses time. If the evolution process moved at the same pace of this place, wed all still be some bacteria swimming around somewhere!
Quick and courteous service
Charlie was such a great help, personable, fast service
My mother has Been there over 5 times yet her car Still makes Problems and noises.
Correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it the first time no problems friendly and courtesy
Greg kept me updated the whole time. Tire change 💪
I asked them for a fire extinguisher for a car that was on fire they let me get it without any questions asked I thought that was pretty cool also Im a customer there too
Helpful and knowledgeable staff
Honest mechanics
