Yesterday was a bad day. So bad I ended up at Tire Kingdom on hour two of my one-hour lunch break. The first employee I talked to was dismissive of my flat tire, telling me I’d have to wait an indeterminate amount of time for a new tire. When asked if they could just put on my spare for me, he asked me how much time I had. I understand the place was busy but I was on my lunch break and I don’t think it’s unreasonable for someone to take a few minutes to help put on my spare. The employee was a big, muscular guy so maybe he just doesn’t like fat women.I stormed outside, visibly upset. Thankfully a balding gentleman in his 40’s came out to talk to me (I didn’t catch his name). I was embarrassingly hysterical because I felt trapped there: I had no one to give me a ride home, I likely wouldn’t have been able to change the tire myself, and I was late to pick up my kid from school. But the gentleman went out of his way and changed my tire for me. Thank you so much for showing me some humility at a time when I needed it most.

I went today and made an appointment to get an oil change and the guy was so rude too me. When i got in i waited in line and he called me up and i told him that i made an appointment for an oil change and he told me its gonna be couple hours so I walked away and sat down since I wasnt the only one in line. Then he tells me whats your last name and he had an attitude and did the whole neck thing. So I said why do you have to be so rude and he was like well I just asked you for your last name and i told him and then I thought why would i want someone rude to me for no reason working on my car. So I said you know what I good i and going somewhere else. He was like wait oh you sure as i walked out I said yes Im good and then he tells me okay well have a good day! Never felt that type of rudeness in an oil change place.

This place is a SCAM! not only are they extremely rude and condescending, they quoted me 100’s of dollars to repairs things that were not even a problem. i have an actual mechanic and there was nothing wrong with my car! they clearly just want to rip off customers especially young women. they tried to scare me by saying “if you drive away without this repair your car will break down” and saying to me by a manager “i don’t want to argue with you” after i confronted them for putting a bad tire on my car. my mechanic who does not do tires said it was a bad tire and tire kingdom swore up and down that it was my bearings and my bearings were fine before going in to them? so rude, so unprofessional and argumentative. i will never go back here. i wish i could give 0 stars.

Outstanding customer service. Renzo took care of what I needed, at a reasonable deal, without hurting my finances. I will definitely continue going there.

Had to get two new front tires. Customer service was great was in and out within about an hour which wasnt too bad other people were ahead of me in line great service great job

I had an appointment for noon and dropped off the car 15minutes early for an oil change with no issue. I went to get food and came back an hour and a half later and they havent even started work on my vehicle or told me of any delays. DO NOT go here

My girlfriend just bought some tries for her car and I just find out that they are just a little small then the one she has,I called and got Louis on the phone and ask him if that would be a problem and he took the time to,explain to me how it would go,answered all of my questions,and actually seem to care about my situation,very professional.

We popped a tire on our way to bush gardens came here got the 2 front tires replaced and called a lyft to get to bush gardens

Lorenzo from this location is the best! I had a nail in my tire and with COVID and them being so busy he was able to get me in FAST! I also didn’t want to wait a couple hours so he offered to take me home AND pick me back up! He also added a couple extra services for free! I highly recommend this place! The best place I’ve EVER BEEN been to!!!

Promise to get my car in at 10:30 got it in at 10 and out by 11am to continue my day. Guys are friendly and helpful. Shop is still clean as well.

Wonderful experience!!! Every staff member I came in contact with was kind and friendly. My light came on for my tire and by the time I made it to store it was really low. They took me right in to take a look. I had my 90 lb German Shepard with me and the staff was not only kind enough to allow me to being him in the lobby so he would not overheat outside, they even brought him a bowl of water. Thankfully my tire could be patched and it was a VERY REASONABLE fix. I was in and out very quickly. I will absolutely be returning when it is time for me purchase new tires.

Please is great. Awesome customer service. And straight to the point. I brought my 2018 Ford F250 and alignment and got contacted within an hour to let me know that there was no issues with my vehicle and that there just needs to be a minor justments . It was amazing to find someone honest and someone that didnt want to charge me for a simple analysys highly recommend this place to anyone nice quality service

Extremely disappointed!!! Im not from around here and the service worker told me that my tire had a nail in it and it couldnt be patched due to where it was. He told me that it would be $186.00! Turns out that it could be patched and that was a bold face lie. Shame on you guys for trying to rip your customers off.

They are the type to try and scam you for money. After waiting an hour for an alignment they told me they found problems and my total would be $440 to get the alignment taken care of. Went somewhere else for a second opinion and was told there was no problems and had my alignment done there.

This was the worst customer service ever. We pull up to this location without an appointment. We are told we need 2 new tires and that it will take 2 hours to get them installed. It seems a bit long to install 2 tires, but like I said, we didn’t have an appointment and there were people there before us, so we agreed to wait. 2 hours go by and nothing. 3 hours go by and our car still hasn’t been started on. Not only that, but not one word from Lewis(person in charge of the store today) saying he was sorry for the delay or any reason for the extreme delay. We finally get our car back 4 HOURS later for 2 new tires to be installed. We were on our way to a get together with friends but because of the 4 hours instead of 2 hours, we missed it. We asked for at least some sort of discount and we were told “I can’t do that but I can give you a free front end alignment evaluation the next time we were in “. 🙄 Not only is that service already free in most locations because it is an instrument used to possibly create more billable work for the store but we couldn’t risk that “free check” costing us another 4 hours. We usually like Tire Kingdom but this location will lie to you about time of completion in order to hold you hostage. Do not trust this store.

Had to come in so far 5+ times to tire kingdom now for the same job in regards to my suspension. I payed hefty prices and was told to pay even more on top of that for original OE parts. It still didn’t fix the problem. Service is professional at first, but after you come in more than one time and complain to them about how they guaranteed the last time it would be fixed, the service reps give you a bad attitude and very bad service. Overall a very inconvenient and unpleasant experience.

The Service Manager backed up into my car.... I came in for tire service & left with a busted up car.

Husband recently went in for an oil change and they said he needed a new battery. Okay, fine. Then they charged $60 to INSTALL A BATTERY!! What a rip-off. After putting in the most expensive battery they have ($150!!) then they charge $60 for installation. They obviously like ripping off elderly customers. Never go there again! If I could give -0- stars, I would.

Stopped in with a nail in my tire that was quickly deflating, they charge $34.00 to plug the tire. That is robbery. Had a nail in my tire a few months back, Gator tire fixed at no charge due to the pandemic. Now it gets better, the guy now tells me the tire is not repairable. The only tire he has is $120.00 Have never spent more than $60.00 per tire at Walmart. First and last time here!

I come to this place to change my oil every so often. Staff are friendly and they do their job right! I highly recommend this place. 👍

These guys are the best. They are honest and will help you get the best deal on tires around. As a car guy Im picky about who works on my car and I wouldnt hesitate letting them do anything to my vehicle.

I made my appointment for 10 a.m. on a saturday for an oil change. It took an hour before they took my vehicle into the bay. It took and hour for the mechanic to tell me he couldnt repair my vehicle due to a leak. I was given an estimate on parts labor and recommended repairs:$500.!!!

Everyone its helpful...but they told (2) hours and it took 4 1/2 hours to do a wheel alignment!!

Made an appointment online and told them I was gonna stay and wait, when I got to the store they told me he wouldn’t be able to get to it for a few hours and that having an appointment only means they will be able to get it done before closing. What’s the point of having appointments if you don’t honor them?

What a great experience I had today. I was heading to drop my son off at daycare when I noticed I had a flat. I pulled into Tire Kingdom and Renzo took great care of me. Even though they had a full schedule he was able to have one of the guys put on my spare so I could safely bring my son to daycare. I then came back to address my tire problem. I wound up replacing all of my tires. We will definitely be back.

I stopped in to get a leaking tire patched and asked about a law enforcement discount. Very few people offer these anymore so I figured it was a shot in the dark. Not only do they have one, but it was significant. It’s great to know this business supports the work we do. Customer for life.

I called for a price quote and Tyler was able to get me in on that day. the service was quick, very courteous and prices were definitely lower then where I used to get my car serviced at previously. I am definitely a happy customer.

I took my car here to have it checked because the tire was losing air, I waited 4 hours for them to call me back and tell me I needed a new tire. Right after I took it to a different shop for a second opinion. The guy looked at it for two seconds and figured out it was the stem cap and it was only gonna be $20. I wouldn’t come here unless you want to be scammed into buying parts you don’t need.

Had to be there for about 3 hours due to unforseen things, they let me know everything they would do and show pricing when I asked. But the wait wasnt too bad being as the lobby was large, nice, and had coffee and a soda machine. Chris was one of the guys that helped me, and I think Josh the mechanic.

This place is a joke, made appointment for a oil change, got there for them to tell me 5 hours for a oil chang, and all that for the manager just to be rude to me, asking me if i want them to do it or not. Ummmm............no, and thank you. Why even make a appointment. I wish i could leave 0 stars

This is a pretty recently built tire kingdom and is nice on the inside. Had tires put on a car recently without an appointment - and it didnt take them too long. They didnt call when the car was done though - I just went back and found it was completed.

This is by far the worst Tire Kingdom I have ever been to. Avoid this place at all costs.I went in for an alignment through the 5 year package I purchased previously, and was told that since I had a new vehicle, they would not be able to honor it.The employee I spoke to (Tall, older gentlemen, bald, light skin) was extremely rude and basically argued back with me that I had transferred the package to another vehicle, which I actually had not. The vehicle I brought in has already had alignment done at a tire kingdom through the alignment package I purchased. He would not even check if it had even been transferred and would not even fully hear out my situation, he just kept interrupting me saying I am not understanding.So I left, and went down the street to another tire kingdom. They looked up that the alignment package was never transferred and promptly got my alignment done. This place is an absolute joke. Not to mention being quoted 1 and a half hours for an alignment. Ive been using tire kingdom for 5+ years and have never had an experience like this before. I am not surprised at all with all the negative reviews this place has received recently.

My husband got 4 tires changed and an alignment, he didnt get out of the shop until 3 1/2 hours later. HE had to tell them to program the tire sensors. After the alignment it pulled to the right. So he had to take it back the next day and the alignment is good BUT they failed to lock the steering wheel before they fixed the alignment, so now his steering wheel is crooked when hes driving straight. Now he has to take it back a THIRD TIME!!! He and I would never recommend this place AT ALL.

More than five minutes waiting for somebody to help me, and the customer service guy saw me coming in but he was smoking outside!!! I am not going back to that place.

The list of grievances I have with this location is too long to explain and inform. I recommend another location for your car care, or even just bite the bullet and take it to the Dealer. Headaches, anger, confusion and wasting several days of my life doesnt begin to describe the events that I have had to endure at this location. I have no doubt that the people working there are capable of doing okay work, but I cant trust them with my car anymore.

I’m not coming back to this establishment, this or any other tire kingdom nor would I recommend anyone to go here to get their car and or wheels repaired.I came here to get my new tires and TPMS sensors installed. I had to come back 4 times, the first time to get a relearn done on the sensors which was not explained to me in detail that there was a charge to get this done if I supplied my own sensors.But that’s not the issue at hand, I came here with no tire leaks - all I wanted was change to tires and TPMS sensors, only find that they cracked my rear wheel during install causing the leak. I explained to management that I came here with no leaks.

They helped my son in a big way. It limped in from a bad Pep Boys store on Bearss Ave and it was revealed that the pep boys didn’t check my oil level and my injectors were bad. Runs great now!!

4 hours when initially quoted 2.5 for an oil change and swapping out wheels (just a swap, no mounting balancing or alignment necessary). Placed on hold until disconnected; forced to stay at the location after closing hours. Ridiculous; will never return and will recommend against. I thought this new location would be convenient since I live right up the road. I’m very disappointed.

My experience was more than disappointing. It took 45 minutes to find the oil for my vehicle which every other tire kingdom has it. It isnt any different than other vehicles. The staff were pretty unhappy. Oil change took over an hour and my tires were not rotated however I still had to pay for both the oil change and tire rotation. When I asked if the price could be reduced since the rotation wasnt done, the staff member got rude. Last but not least the real kicker was how bad it was down pouring outside, staff brought every other customers vehicle to the door except mine where they parked as far as possible while it was pouring outside. I was patient, polite, and understanding however my experience was still the worst at any tire kingdom location.

Its not open yet, just a lot of construction and cinder-block walls, but we cant wait for it to be open! This is the first and only tire place in the area and is a welcome addition to the South-Eastern Lutz area. I will be in there on opening day to rewrite this review!

Mechanic that worked with us was knowledgeable and kind; however, the manager, Chris, was arrogant and obnoxious. Intentionally vague when answering questions and tried to seem intimidating. He does not make me want to return. I’d hate to see how he treats his employees.

Do not go here. Bought $600.00 worth of tires and all 4 rims were scratched and chipped. When I pointed it out. Said there was nothing I could do but file customer service complaint but they said “your just wasting your time because they won’t help you” We will see about that. Incompetent and reckless.
