Very friendly, and professional. I have only spent a hour a ten minutes here, got two new tires and an alignment done. Pricing is pretty good too, I would recommend this to anyone who has a whole day ahead of them. They’re great about appointments as well so if you need your car prior to work or your day off. Just book an appointment and you’ll be on your way to enjoy the rest of your day.

I had come in the other morning with a tire that was flat and kept going flat & the man told me my tire was fine & that it was just the “cold” weather… as my tire continued to go flat i went elsewhere for a second opinion & came to find i had a pretty good valve stem leak… so glad to know my safety was put at risk because someone couldn’t do their job right..

Be careful. These guys are not honest. As some other customers said, they ask me to buy more and more useless parts, just dont solve the problem! They promised to refund my money! And finally they ask for more than $1000 for another part to scare me away. Without solving the problem and refused to refund my money at last! Of course, you can solve the problem if you replace the entire system. The question is, do you need to spend so much money to replace all the parts? Liar! Fraud! Robber！Should be negative!

Had to wait a few days for appointment, totally worth it, these guys found things my mechanic said weren’t a problem and they allowed me to view them myself. Very satisfied. Will return for any future needs!

I was needing tires for my car and with Black Friday I saved a bunch of money and I’m still saving money now and will be for 5 years! How is this? I got a BOGOx2 deal on the tires and bought a protection plan which includes alignments for 5 years. They got me in and out in a hurry as it takes time to do tires and do them right! So go in and tell them I sent you for some new tires today!

Thought I had a bad alternator, but it turned out to be something much smaller. They provided an honest diagnosis and they got me in fast and took care of the issue quickly.

Brought my dog with me to go for a walk, they had dog treats for my dog! This made my day! Half way through my walk they called and told me my car was done. Thank you for keeping my walk short 🤣. They were great!

Always friendly and helpful. They fully explain any issues with your car and make sure you understand and consent before they do work and charge you. They provide fast service but are also careful about storing your vehicle if necessary. And Alex makes the BEST dad jokes!

They lost my wheel lock and showed zero compassion or accountability. They seemed offended when I declined an invitation for a complete run around. The new manager is also very rude, didn’t know the difference between an impala and a Malibu an got called on it. I’ve been coming to this location for 15yrs, please bring back Charlie and turn up the air conditioning. Won’t be back

I had such amazing customer service experience from Alex at this location. Last weekend my daughter was involved in a car accident so I had to travel to Tampa. In the middle of dealing with her injuries and medical appointments I end up with a nail in my tire- ugh. I get my car to Tire Kingdom and Alex really went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. Such kindness and compassion was shown by him and his staff- Im incredibly grateful. I wish I lived closer so I could use this location for all my tire services. Highly recommend this location. Thank you again.

The worst place I have encountered! They let me wait for 2 hours to fix a flat tire and turned around telling me I wasn’t given a time frame freaking big liars! Why would I even stay there and wait couple hours for nothing? One guy told me over the phone tire repairs start at $19.99, another lie! I was being billed for $32 before any service. A name to remember, I will never go back to that place again, Ever!!!

I recommended this place when they did minor maintenance on my personal vehicle. After the technician did a tremendous job further ruining my best friends vehicle I will no longer visit or recommend. Upsells and lies.

We had an emergency while traveling right in front of this location. Alex and his staff were beyond accommodating, professional, and speedy in getting our Jeep back on the road. They went above and beyond especially Alex. I cant reccomend this Tire Kingdom enough. If we lived there I would get both of my vehicles routine service done there. Lets begin with the unethical practices this location adheres to. They removed a safety measure from my car on purpose, the tire pressure sensor, when I went in to get new tires. By the time they were finished with my car it was about closing time and they rushed the alignment, as soon as I pulled out I had to do a u turn and go immediately back, which then the manager on duty told me they were in a hurry and hadnt replaced the sensor as well and for me to come back so they could fix it. I went back and had a few other things fixed up but when it came to the sensor they tried charging me for the piece and for their time, being around $100.. I explained the issue but they refused to fix it before I paid. A week ago I went into a Firestone for a new battery and they pulled me into the garage and showed me exactly where the sensor was missing from and asked if I was aware. Of course I was and I called back to this store to see if they would be willing to help, they were not and refused to tell me who the manager on duty was or return my calls so I reached out to corporate. I went to another location, was in and out without an appointment within an hour and corporate covered all the costs to put the sensor back on and said they would be launching an investigation into this location.

Just wanted to say this location is amazing. My father bought me tires at another location in Bradenton, another company even, and my check tire lights have come on twice in the last 6 months. A gentlemen who works here, wish I knew his name, was very polite, courteous and professional. Filled tires on both occasions and refused any type of compensation! I observed the way they were with other customers, very patient answering all questions and providing price quoting. Thank you!!!

Great friendly staff

They said they had a buy 2 get 2 black Friday sale that sounded nice until you get in the doors. Then they make you buy a $295 tire installation fee with all this extra uneeded BS. So instead of paying 140 for tires and a reasonable fee they gut you for coming for this fake deal.

Ive been here three times now and each time they all just seem so much more honest than other shops (even other Tire Kingdoms) that Ive been to. In my most recent visit, without me even knowing it, they patched my tire for free because I had the tires installed at another location. Charlie - and this team - are the best. Im glad theyre near my work, but I wish I could clone this shop and put one down by my house - just great people and great service!

Best repair show in Tampa

Our family got a flat tire on the way up from Sarasota. We pulled up right at closing and they were able to take care of us swiftly and get us a new tire to safely get us back on the road. Excellent service!

I was stuck there for quite a while because they didn’t have the tire I needed. BUT! The staff is great- Charlie is a super nice dude and they’re willing to work with you on budget (very kind when explaining why I needed certain tire ratings).They ordered in a new tire that was even cheaper than the one they quoted me and gave me a rain check to replace my other tires at the same price. It took some time but the friendly service more than makes up for it.

Wow. Watched the counter guy flirt with a woman customer taking about 15 minutes to assist. When I finally made it to the front on the line after patiently waiting for about 20 minutes as the counter worker struggled through what he was doing with other customers in line, the counter worker proceeds to rudely state, I’m late for my appointment and they would need about 5 hours to do an oil change. I simply went down the street and got an oil change for cheaper and in about 30 minutes. Stay far away from this Tire Kingdom, I heard this is where they train new workers so be very cautious about bringing your vehicle here.

For starters, I would have given this store 0 stars if it was an option. This place is filled with a bunch of clowns who probably spend 30 minutes actually doing what you brought your car in for and another hour trying to find things that they can tell you that need to be fixed when in fact they do not need to be fixed. Charles Olsson (the store manager) sat their sweet talking everyone he dealt with while I was waiting for my car to be done. Whether it was upselling them to performance tires that they clearly did not need or parts that were broken and that he strongly recommended needed to be fixed. He finally came to me to tell me my car is almost ready. I am sitting there prepared for the story he has for my car and no surprise, my shocks are really in need to be replaced. This comes as a surprise considering a 2 year old car should not be having this problem especially when it is driving perfectly fine and not a bumpy ride in the slightest. So my buddy Charles tells me it will be a $560 fix and that he cant guarantee this amazing price unless I sign his rain check. I figured I had nothing to worry about but I had to bring my car in to Elder Ford the next day to get my oil changed anyways which comes with a vehicle inspection and I asked them to look at the shocks and struts closely to make sure nothing was wrong. What a shock (get it?), the awesome people from Elder Ford came back to tell me my car is in excellent shape and nothing is wrong with the shocks. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this tire kingdom. They do not deserve anyones time or money.Nice try Charles, it is very sad what you have your guys doing in the shop.

I’ve had the worst experience at this tire kingdom. This is now my fourth time bringing it here for issues with my power steering, and the issue is still not resolved. Today alone, they’ve had my car for over 8 hours and still aren’t done. I’ve been waiting in their lobby for two hours and every time I ask the response I get is “he’s working on it, he’s almost done.” It’s just been an absolutely ridiculous ordeal here at this tire kingdom, I am beyond disappointed with their service.

The service there is great. They were extremely busy & looked like they were short staffed. Im guessing they need to hire more employees. Even with those issues, they managed to give a great experience. Especially Jeff Parkah, he was very helpful & very friendly and approachable.

They were very helpful in helping me. They werent able to fix the problem with my car but they gave me a free diagnosis, referrals, and where to get parts. Great service!

I have been a customer for at least five years. I have previously taken my car to other shops, but this Tire Kingdom is now the only place I take my car for emergency repairs or routine maintenance. The manager Charlie treats me fairly. He informs me of recommended repairs, tells me whether or not they are urgent, and lets me decide whether or not to have the work done without pressure. The mechanics, particularly Travis, do good work. I would recommend this Tire Kingdom location to others who need repairs or maintenance for their car.

I went in for an oil change on Saturday 12/1. I left my car there while we went to Busch Gardens. I received a phone call that they needed to talk to me about the car. They told me I had 2 nails in one tire and 1 nail in another. One of which could not be repaired. I thought this was very odd because my tires had not been losing air. I decided to get a second opinion. Today (12/4) I took my car to a local tire shop. They found 1 nail (screws actually) in each of the tires, however, they were so small that they had not punctured anything past the tread. They removed them for free! I did not need a new tire and repair like Tire Kingdom claimed. I am a long time Tire Kingdom customer. I usually go to the location in Largo and I even have the Tire Kingdom credit card. I should be able to expect the same level of service at each location, instead I was lied to. I also received the wrong type of oil change. When I dropped off the car, I mentioned I thought I got the synthetic blend, however, I asked if they could look up my information in the computer. They said they could. When I looked at my previous receipt, I received full synthetic, but this time they gave me a synthetic blend. Did they even check what I got last time?! So disappointing. At this point, I doubt Ill go back even to my usual location.UPDATE: I did reach out via the contact form. I received an apology and was told that the staff would be spoken to about MAP guidelines (whatever that means). Certainly didnt seem like you were trying very hard to turn this around.

I actually like coming to this place but the only complaint that I have that they never have enough staff people you only have one person in the front answering phones and also handling customers at the same time this also makes the line really long there needs to be a separate person behind the scenes answering all of the phones calls and calling customers when their cars are ready and two people in the front at all times helping customers and a few more mechanics to cut down on the wait times

I went here to get my tires changed and further inspection on my brake pads. Charlie was excellent! He broke everything down and was very honest about my options. He did not try to upsell anything. I would definitely bring my car here again in the future.

I’ve been getting repairs on my car through my own mechanic for about the past month or so; new ball joints, rotors, wheel bearings, break pads, etc. The last thing I needed was an alignment (which he doesn’t do) to make sure everything was in the right place to protect the work that was done to my vehicle. I went into tire kingdom with a car in great shape and left with a metal rattling/clanking noise coming from the front end. I became frustrated with the fact that I spent a lot of time, energy, and money into getting all the necessary repairs to then be left with another problem. I called T.K. to let them know when I got the alignment done, an unsettling noise was coming from my car that was not there before. They told me that an alignment wouldn’t have caused any metal/clanking noises and treated me as if I was imagining it. I ended up taking the car BACK to my mechanic so he could take a look at it for me. When we lifted my car up and looked at the left drivers side wheel, we noticed that the lock nut & metal shaft were completely loose. Basically, when they did my “alignment” they never tightened that drivers’ side so the metal noise was coming from that. My mechanic told me if I hadn’t taken it to him, the potential risk of the wheel falling off and causing an accident was high. I 100% do not recommend taking your vehicle to be serviced at this location. The kids employed here don’t care about honest work and the front desk service isn’t helpful at all. Being a woman, and someone who isn’t a car expert, I felt I was taken advantage of and not taken seriously when I inquired about the issue. The evidence is clear as day. Just find a different place to take your car to!!

Honestly, PLEASE for your own safety DO NOT GO HERE! I came in for one tire and their free alignment check. Well, of course I was told I needed ALL new tires and a new ball joint on my front drivers side. I called my family mechanic (I was only at Tire Kingdom because I didnt want to drive to my guy on a donut) and he said hed replace the ball joint for 1/3 of the price. 5 days later I go to his shop, not only do I NOT NEED the ball joint I was told I did, but my brand new tire was completely warped. Three different mechanics said it looked as though it had been sitting around for a long time. In addition to having a ruined brand new tire and a misdiagnosis on the ball joint my alignment was INCREDIBLY OFF! (no wonder that alignment check was free). Then a sales person named Jessica, as well as their service supervisor were incredibly rude to me on the phone and refused to offer me my refund ( which I was entitled to because I purchased the road hazard with my tire). I ended up having to go to Brandon where the manager was incredibly helpful in order to be refunded.Bottom line - The sales people are rude, management is poor and the mechanics are under-qualified. If you want to actually make it anywhere safely go ANYWHERE else! Worst auto experience EVER. A corporate complaint was filed.

Prompt service from Charles and company. Made an appointment and didnt wait. They even checked to make sure that the appointment I made was even necessary before beginning. It took a little over an hour to get my tires aligned so not bad at all.

These fellows are great. They are cordial, engaging and very good at their work. They realize that no one enjoys paying a great deal of money for tires or for automotive service and repairs, but they stand behind their repairs and sales, charge as little as they can for a superior job and try hard not to keep customers waiting for estimates and for returning their repaired automobiles promptly. I dont think that youll do as well--and certainly not better--at any other automotive center in or beyond the Tampa Bay area.

How much do they charge for only changing 4 tires ???1. tire disposal fee $12.2. standard installation fee $100.3. if alignment $80 at least.4. tire pressure monitor sensor kit $each times 4.5 wheel balance $10*4=$40.etc.etc.etc.They only charge like $300 plus tax for installing your new tires. What you got?

I first found this place a few months ago when I needed a tire patch. They were helpful, friendly, and well priced. I just got home from having them change my oil, and I have never had it done so efficiently. I was in and out within half an hour. Would definitely recommend.

Bought tires for my van here...nice courteous service...my van did not qualify for the buy three get one deal or the Cooper tire promo. I thought it was a little pricey the reason I did not give 5 stars. I had a nail in one tire...the reason I bought all four here. I usually do not have time to get things like this done so I did not have a chance to shop around. Tires were over $600.

I wrote a bad review on another tire kingdom. I saw a good deal on tires on their website so I decided to try this tire kingdom and I was expecting them to try to beat up the price but they didnt. They didnt have my tires in stock but the manager got them delivered in 2 hours and installed them in about an hour with wheel alignment. Staff was super nice and professional. And they noticed that my rear brake pads where almost completely gone but I declined them for installing new ones since thats something I could do myself. Overall great place to go and great service.

When my family moved to Tampa in 2013 & our cars needed service our neighbors told us they get great service at this Tire Kingdom. So, we tried with my car first, then car #2 a while later, then a few months after that we took car #3, etc. Every single time we have received excellent service. Everything from routine service, to repairing leaks, alignments, new brakes, to removal & replacement of parts that were so rusted they would have caused loss of control. Weve never had to go back with any complaints. Plus, they helped make our cars operate as good as a brand new car.

Charlie is awesome. Always kind, real and helpful. I buy tires here for myself and others in need as often as needed. Its a relief to be able to trust a business especially when its something so important. Thanks again Charlie.

Ill tell you straight up. I had a great experience here.The mechanics are very knowledgeable and they didnt try to push anything on me. The customer service representatives went above and beyond and were very cordial. I dont often endorsed big box shops like this one but at least at this location theyre doing it right. They have earned my business and I would recommend them to a friend.

We had a flat so called and spoke to someone who gave us an appt early next morning with guarantee that a tire would arrive by a certain time. When my husband arrived the next morning the manager jokingly said the person he spoke to “wasn’t good at math” therefore the appt and tire arrival weren’t correct. We don’t have time for jokes or a waste of our time! Our 8am appt quickly turned into 12pm so we left. This is the second time we have been to Tire Kingdom (one in another FL location) and were disappointed. Never again!!

I* just was in there (wasn’t in the best mood and hoping they didn’t see that, Im super stressed today) I* needed to repair my tire due to a nail that was stuck in it, I’ve been in huge debt to the point of having no money for bills, some weeks even food shopping, etc due to the cost of classes, four new tires, the hurricane AND transitioning jobs and they didn’t charge me. This was something I* really needed, not just because money is extremely tight, but just to see how kind people can be. Thank you guys so much, an act of kindness goes a long way, and it really did for me today and it meant a lot. These guys are good people. Definitely will trust them with my future repairs. This place is great, bring multiple cars here and always recommend them. Employees are honest about repairs and they dont try to upsell anything, always do good work. Havent driven away with a new problem like other mechanics always seem to sell.

Called on the phone was quoted $45 for tire rotation and balance. I get there and they try to tell me my tread is too bad to even touch or do balance/ rotate. They just want to sell tires, Im not stupid.

Everyone here is so nice and the mechanic was fantastic. He was very patient and they saved me literally thousands of dollars from what the dealership said I needed done. They explained the significance of everything that needed to be repaired and made recommendations, and not once did they pressure me or did I ever feel I was being sold. I cant imagine why they got such negative reviews in the past but I had a great experience 👍🏾

The only place I take my car.The customer service is top notch. They never upsell you or attempt to push a service you dont need. They give you great options at different price points so you never feel ripped off. They also offer some services gratis. The entire staff is a joy to work with and I give kudos to the manager for running a place with great customer focus and where it seems employee retention is high. You cant go wrong checking them out.

I like these guys. They are personable and knowledgeable. I bought 4 new tires and they offered me every possible deal they could including a $125 rebate which came in the form of a gift card. I used that credit to purchase the 3-year alignment deal. We use this particular vehicle to tow cargo trailers and an RV so I like the tires rotated regularly and the alignment up to date. Well see how their store brand tire holds up. Its been about six months. Update at 1 year.

Got an amazing deal that I found in their website. $304 for 4 tires with a 65000 mile warranty and a synthetic oil change.And then I have a $100 mail in rebate.$204 is an AWESOME price for all of that.I was expecting them to try selling me in to a bunch of stuff I dont need once I was there in person, or that Id be hit with a bunch of we just found this... fees and charges, but I was in and out with no problems and ended up paying exactly what the Internet price quoted me at.I had a great experience and will go back.

The general manager and staff at this Tire Kingdom went way out of their way to help my friend and me when we needed it. They gave me a very clear report of why my car had broken down, what was needed, how long it would take and how much it would cost.
