Never used them, never will. As I sat on my driveway apron playing with my kids, one of their vans drove by. The passenger in the van flicked a still-lit cigarette butt out onto the street. It rolled to within feet of where we were sitting. The van was servicing a house at the end of our street. I picked up the butt, and together with my kids, walked down to where the employees were getting out of their truck. I asked if either was the owner of the company - to which they said no. I then handed the butt to the passenger and told him it was absolutely unacceptable - especially since they are in the cleaning business. Hes driving a billboard. Both apologized, but in the most insincere were apologizing because we got called out on it way possible. I did call the company and spoke with the girl who answered the phone. I relayed what happened to her, and she said she would let the owner know.

Men who clean my carpet are always friendly and professional. They dona great job at cleaning my carpet and removing the pet stains.Its when you call to schedule an appointment that gives this company a bad rep. Ive had my carpet cleaned 3 times and every time the lady who has scheduled my appointment has had an attitude. She speaks in a condescending tone. Just today I call to confirm my appointment and she snaps back saying, He will call you at the time of your appointment. Hes had 10 other appointments today. I dont know when hell be done. He will call you when hes done. She sounded annoyed that I called and didnt even apologize or try and resolve the issue with me.I hope really hope they reconsider who answers the phone, because shes doing a really bad job with her customer service. She is the face of the company when scheduling an appointment. A bad attitude will make a customer go elsewhere.Im definitely going elsewhere after this appointment. I refuse to be disrespected in this manner again.
