I bought a phone here almost two months ago in like new condition and have ongoing issues with it. If its not one thing, its another. I contacted this place about my phone and it was fixed the first time. This happened literally a week after buying this phone. At this point, Im just getting a new phone altogether. Ive never had issues like this with an Iphone and dont trust it here.

I even tried to buy a new charging port, but they insisted that they might be able to fix it for about half the price. I assumed that they would just recommend the more expensive option, but they didnt. They fixed the port and it has been working well. They just replaced my battery in 10 minutes.

I had a great experience with Hassan at Cell Express. Not only were their prices great, but service was excellent. My son wanted to purchase a used I phone 8 to use as a trade in for a iPhone 12 mini at att wireless. When my daughter tried to do the same thing, we realized that she was not eligible for an upgrade, Hassan allowed us to return the phone (within 1 business day) for a full refund. They normally do not do refunds, but because we purchased the phone at 3 pm on Saturday and I returned on Sunday he made an exception. So many times kids lose their phones or they crack them and it can be expensive to replace. I would highly suggest going to cell express first before purchasing a brand new phone!! They will save you money and you can have peace of mind that they will treat customers respectfully.

My phone was run over by a car and the screen was damaged. He was able to fix my screen in like 10 minutes. He did his due diligence was excellent. He made sure my phone worked before and after the screen replacement. The replacement looks excellent and my phone works perfectly. Definitely worth it

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Bought an iPhone with 30 day warranty and I was back within two days. They told me they Suspected it was water damage and were busy to come back so I did. I got it checked by two other specialists because I felt scammed. They said no water damage and old faulty parts. So I went back and told them and they voided my warranty. Terrible service and uneasy feeling when you have bad attitude worker and you have to hand them over your phone for them to open it up and work on it. Overall terrible experience and waste of $300. Phone didn’t last me a week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. better off going on favebook market place. They use nothing but used old parts to make a new phone. Terrible. Then they sell me “lifetime screen repair” and AFTER the sale it’s a flimsy 10 cent screen protector. Told them I felt robbed. Awful hope they go out of business soon.

Very rude employee, I went to pick up a wish item and then browsed through the items the store claimed to have. I then ordered 10 items more and went in to pick them up and the employee told mewow this many items, why did you order so many? Well Im going to need some time to get them together. So I went to my car and waited for two hours to go in there and be told that he would not have them that day and to come back tomorrow. When I went back I was not able to pick up my items because they didnt have one of them so in result it took me a week to pick up my items to where the employee never got any friendlier.

Exceptional customer service, the gentleman went above and beyond! I had made a request for a phone that’s not readily available anymore but was provided with one within 24 hours. I was being informed about the status of my order and was notified as soon as it was ready for pickup. The store is decently priced as well, depending on what you are looking for.

Purched a Samsung s9+ yesterday. After seeing a post on fb marketplace I went to their shop and after telling the sales clerk Hassan, who was so friendly and personable btw, what I was looking for, he immediately showed me my options.
