Cordell was superb! I just went in today to get/buy a new phone leaving my old one behind and the process of doing so was great. I had no issues searching for the new phone(s) (previously did my research into which ones I wanted) I was looking to getting since they already had them there, I compared my options & went to him when I was done.He made sure all of my pictures (even those not on my simCARD) were transferred successfully to my new phone along with my contacts as well :)!The store was super clean, neat, very tidy and everyone was wearing a mask & basically everyone was super nice, welcoming & helpful with whatever you had a concern/question about.
Walked out with a brand new phone for $52., that includes ins.... Love this place, better than it used to be.... Employees are nicer...

You better give Julio a raise he is the best employee I was ready to burn the building down the fine print does not explain that you cannot return your phone if you are already in existing customer I was ready to cancel my credit card because I was told by Metro on the phone that I had 14 days to take back my phone that I do not like that I purchased on Sunday but Julio calmed me down and walked me through some situations and Im sure Ill be back again if it wasnt for him I would be in a lawsuit against your company take care of your employee
0 and 10 white manger with glasses was the only helpful staff in the store the other representatives where uneducated on metro pcs policys and didnt not properly do their job. Actually made me call the 1800 metro number because they were refusing to help me. They were very rude even to the metro rep they had me call she ended up hanging up in her face with a attitude. After yesterday I have been feeling that metro maybe a little to ghetto with the way their staff is being hired. I know I dont appreciate the rudeness and will be changing phone companies very soon
I’ve been going to this store for years and always have a good experience. I’ve brought my older (and stubborn) parents with me to get them new phones and everyone is always very patient with us. Today I went in for a phone upgrade and it was so quick and easy thanks to Shirley!
My Samsung A11 went haywire and after 2 different Metros said call Corporate as my $268.00 new phone came up on a BLACKLIST!!! NO SERVICE!!! 1st Julio who had to call Eddie to help. Theyd never seen THIS B4!!!I LEFT and an hour later I got it back..OK so far... Thanks fellas🥰🙏🦋

5 Stars!! Went on a Sunday at 10:55 am. They were open for business (opens at 11 am.) There were 8 employees, 8!! on staff at open. I had a guy named Daniel help me with my purchase of a new phone who was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while I went back and forth between 3 phone models before I decided. Good conversation too. Great experience at this store.

I walked in and none of the staff were working, they were sitting around joking and laughing. I had to go here because I brought a detective phone from an authorized dealer who refused to refund me. One of the main problems with the phone was that there was no protective cover over the flashlight on the phone so whenever I used the flashlight and left my hand near it I would get severely burnt. I was assisted by A psycho representative here who wanted to prove me wrong so bad that he put his finger on a burning hot light on the defective phone for close to 45 seconds just to pretend like it really wasnt defective. He was defensive and rude and burnt his hand just to not give out a refund .

I had a great experience with an agent named Jonathan. He was patient, helpful and energetic while providing me with service. I came to the store a little worried and anxious to buy a new phone. I dislike the proccess of transfering my old data to my new phone. Everything ran smooth and I got a MetroSmart Ride for $1 (this weekend price) and new Galaxy phone .
If possible go early on a Saturday morning. If you expect to be in and out of this place during peak hours, thats just not going to happen. Be prepared to sit in here completely frustrated, you might even smash your phone over somebodys head. Take deep breaths though, its not worth it going to jail.
The staff is knowledgable and very friendly. They dont try to up sell you, but do their best to meet your needs. I will only shop at the corporate stores. The authorized dealers only care about ma!interview money.
When I walked in i was checked in . She Was Nice . But When She Looked Around she told me everyone was busy but one man was on how phone and everyone else was busy . When People Started Leaving Everyone went to using their own devices not woreied bout the customers . I sat there for 20 minutes and people walkes out and some walked in and got service as soon as they got there..... And Yet The Other Employees Were on their phones . So I Left ... I Wont Be Back To That Metro Unless Im In Bad Need And The Other Metros Are Completely Put Of Business . Cause Thats Just Rude ...

I went to this store to transfer few lines from my old provider. They were running a special at the time so I got free iPhone SE for each new line I transferred. The CS representatives were friendly and worked with me until they were sure all got sorted.

I would only recommended going to coporate stores, many of the other individual stores attempt to rip you off or just have awefull customer service. This particular location always has great staffing level and staff who actually look like they enjoy coming to work and assist the customers, since it is a corporate store they have almost all models of phone that MetroPcs sells available in the store.

Where do I start... I bought a brand new LG style 3.. FROM THE DAY I BOUGHT IT it has shut off and turned on all on its own.. I called and was advised to return it, so I did and then the guy has it on the diagnostic machine for 30 min. Says nothing is wrong with it... I take it home and low and behold it does it yet again and again... I take it back yet again and this time I am helped by MARVIN who tells me he has to order one from the warranty company which the other lady behind the counter says so your gonna get her a refurbished phone....He swears up and down its not going to be. And so I call and YES IT WILL BE!! I didnt pay over 200.00 for a darn phone that I can buy refurbished for 60.00.... I felt so cheated and ripped off .... I have called the coorpatare number to no avail.they did offer me a free phone but it was the quality of the stone age again not even half of what I paid for originally..Everyone has given me the cold shoulder and basically says haha haha you are the fool for the day... I feel really stupid staying with a company over 7 years to just be treated like carp.

Horribly frustrating. They were giving away a contest that you have to be present to win except when you call the number to simply ask for the time you get sent to an incompetent call center in which it is impossible to speak to someone whose first language is English ( I couldnt understand her and she didnt seem to understand me ) and impossible to speak to a supervisor. I was instructed to drive the 3 hour round trip to the store just to run in and ask what time the event is. Rediculous.
The actual worst customer service I have experienced at any Metro PCS location. Any issues I will be taking to Brandon or Dale Mabry instead. Avoid the Fowler location at ALL COSTS
So not only are the sales people very rude... But metro 611 customer service assured us to come get a swap out for a different phone because we have had nothing but issues with the lg stylo and even the store manager is giving us an issue trying to force us to pay for a warranty swap. After we were told we could swap for free because of the issues and get a different provider such as samsung. Finally they said they dont answer to metro. If this is the type of business that this provider conducts I am sure to switch providers and refer business elsewhere. Im a local self contract dj with a network of thousands of people from ny to fl. So by all means lose us as a customer.

The worst experience I have ever had in a store. The manager who attended me today, June 27, has made me change my mind regarding the best treatment of the client and try to solve the problem, he showed me that the client is not the most important thing, it was disappointing. I have been with metropcs for more than 5 years and have never received such bad attention. It is the worst metropcs store for sure. Im hoping to find another metropcs location where the customer is satisfied. I give it zero star.The worst experience Ive had in a store.
