Oct 2021 review update: Gio was very helpful in setting up my new devices. He is kind, attentive, sincere, and competent. Gio deserves a raise, as he is so much more pleasant and capable then any Sprint/T-mobile employee I have ever dealt with.He made it a stress-free experience.
My wife and I switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile, and our new iPhone 12 Pro Maxes arrived, I had some issues getting all the apps to restore in the new phone. I went to the Kennedy location, and was helped by the store manager. He helped me for over 30 minutes, and could not have been any nicer, nor more helpful. He’s only 28, but has been with T-Mobile for 8+ years, I think he said. He’s a total asset to T-Mobile, and great things will continue to happen for this Venezuelan immigrant. We love our new phones, love 5G, and are already loyal T-Mobile customers. I’m telling you, go see this guy and his awesome staff ASAP if you’re looking to switch. They even have a phone repair shop in this location!
We walked in right before closing and Robert flawlessly and walked us through an account change. Super professional and pleasant.
Ok so not sure how to rate this. First the employees were very nice. Thats not the issue. TMobile is the issue. Phone was bricked after sim card change. Spent 9 hours of my time trying to fix to no avail. Got nickel and dimed dimed for fees for their issue. Been a Sprint customer for 12 years. Probably wont be for long. It is a shame. Again, no issues with the employees at the store. They were nice and did their job. Company as a whole...meh.
This store is Dreadful. Both myself and other members of my family have been in the store and the customer service was sub-par at best. On the first experience with the store, one of my cousins came in with his son and the salesman was so frustrating that he ended up causing a loud argument in the middle of the store. The second experience my family had with the store, my aunt and I came into the store after her phone started malfunctioning. It was clear the phone was dead however, rather than give me the opportunity to speak to my techno-phobic aunt and ease her through the process of getting a new phone, he simply told her, her phone was dead and to get over it.Finally, the third and last experience my family had with this store was that my phone died and I needed a new one. Not only did the salesman lie to me and con me into buying a new phone from them but, he ignored me for most of the time to sweet talk another female customer and when he did speak to me, rather than refer to me by my name, he instead repeatedly referred to me as Brother.
If you go into the store for any service issues employees will talk between each other in Spanish about you and transaction. Completely unprofessional and RUDE.
Thought Id spent my day off at the Sprint store. Ahh. Well surprise, Micheal greeted me at the door on the store on Kennedy. Fixed my problems, was pleasant, went above and beyond. Thanks.
Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life for anything. Got my phone repaired (for a poor screen connection... something that wasnt my fault). Recieved it back in 6 hours. One day later it stopped working again and I had to pay for the first repair. They took my phone and told me Id have it back in less than a week. They sent my phone out to asurion without telling me. I called multiple times to ask about it and never recieved a response with any valuable information. Three weeks later I had to go in to pick it up and I still had to wait over 2 hours. Turns out, they couldnt even fix my phone so they gave me a new one (a different one) that I didnt even authorize or was aware of. Ill be canceling my service and ill never go to this store again for anything.
Only gave one star, just so I could say how bad T-Mobile is. I am a Sprint customer - “merge will be seamless” (LOL) - Having connectively issues within past month (nothing prior) - TM says it’s phone - Apple says carrier - Apple replaces phone - Still having issues (calls come & go fine) people can’t hear me - Store manager says I can switch completely over to TM now but I need to pay off two of our phones first ($1000) - “That may help the problem” - Why do I need to spend $1000, to join a carrier that is in process of merging with current? - Are you not merging and becoming one? - Have been in stores several times and employees, while very nice, are useless STAY away from T-Mobile
Quick and easy. In and our, had to switch from sprint
I had excellent customer service on my last visit to the T Mobile location at Kennedy and Himes! I went in to get my Sprint SIM card updated to T Mobile and look at a possible upgrade. The new Spam filter is incredible!
Other than she (employee) took care of a customer (couple) that came in after I did, it was good 👍. The gentleman who helped me was attentive.
T-Mobile is great. The customer service at this store needs help. Each time I visit this location I get different answers to the same issue. Willingness to help is zero, ability to redirect the problem is absolute 100% awesome.
They took great care of me. After their tech accidentally broke my phone during a repair, they made it right. Cant ask for more than that.
The best service in English and Spanish thanks jaime
The staff at T-Mobile are very kind with talking with the customers. They are very informative and knowledgeable about the WiFi products that they sell. Thanks!
Camara stopped working on Galaxy S20 Ultra, technicians no intention to help, they told me that is nothing they can do, only option is to call insurance and file a claim.
We are thrilled with T Mobile. We switched from Verizon and got an amazing deal to switch. Our sales and tech folks were very helpful and made the process easy and smooth. Very happy!
Michael and Johnny were great
Attentive staff, clean store & displays, and helpful Staff: Andre, Alex, Brett, Eros, Michael, et al. This is a former Sprint store, now T-mobile. For former Sprint customers with phone operational issues suggest you ask for Brett.
Everyone there is very disrespectful and rude reset my whole phone and didn’t tell me and I almost lost everything on my phone and won’t return an Apple Watch I just bought and the managers were extremely rude about when a sales man was supposed to there was getting the run around worse place I will be leaving .
Fast,friendly & professional
Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable
Not helpful at all
After Tmobile took over sprint there are way too many upfront expenses to use the same services. the costs out way the service provided. You are guaranteed to spend more on everything you use to do. no valued customer incentive no longterm customer loyalty incentive nothing. Full price, with tax and fees even though there are so many technical issues with the product as it is.
Robert was very personable and helped me get checked in right away and made my phone shopping experience easy and understood everything I wanted. Ask for Robert if you’re looking for quality service 👍🏽
They are good 👍
My phone was not resiveing call and they backed up my sistome and I can reserve call now
More training.......🤔🤔🤔 required. The Twilight zone is a movie ..... Not reality.... trainingNeeded..
My experience at this location was exceptional. The problem was the Apple product and due to my deafness, Rob, Lead Tech went above and beyond to resolve the visual voicemail that I depend on. Thank you so much and you made my life easier and success in my business!
My iPhone was stolen so I was off to this Sprint store for damage control! Everyone there was fabulous at getting me back up & running so I could connect to my date that evening since I had no way to reach him. A special shout out to Justin who ROCKS & showed me the latest & greatest iPhone 11 Pro & of course I needed an Apple Watch series 5 so this problem was forever a thing of the past. Robb joined in to help me set up the new phone/watch & patiently answered my many questions. Both of them have helped me after the point of sale as I’m old & technology eludes me! THANKS SPRINT TEAM!!!!
I am so furious right now at this store. I went in to fix a cracked screen. Paid. Left the store and got 1/4 of the way home and I had no service. Turned the phone around and they cracked the back of it! He literally handed me a phone and let me walk out of the store knowing he cracked the back of it. You know why I know this? It gets better! When I went back to the store to tell them, they said oh yea, we cracked the back and the camera when we were replacing the front. We ordered the part and it will be in the store in four days. I said got it, but my phone isnt working. Its no longer getting signal so what am I going to do until then?! And the guy who broke it and the guy who made me pay were so sarcastic and obnoxious he literally looked at me and said, Let me ask you something, did you bring it in with a cracked screen and did we fix it? So yes, we did fix it, and come back Tues and well fix the rest. Its not our fault your phone no longer works. Thats the best we can do.So I left the store, was on the phone with Sprint for 2 hours trying to troubleshoot why it no longer gets service (from my daughters phone) and he said its likely because the antenna is near where they broke the back. And he apologized for the rudeness and inconvenience and said I can try another store to fix it, but they are not required to fix it without asking me to pay again. Or I can replace it for $250. Im literally two months away from paying it off. Why would I do that and WHY AM I RESPONSIBLE!Then I went to another store which of course doesnt have the part, but I was listening to another customer complaining about the Kennedy store and refusing to go back. How is this OK and why isnt anyone accountable? So many things wrong in this situation its not even funny.
Friendly staff, but unfortunately that doesnt get the job done. 10 people were there, but only 3 were working and the wait times were fairly significant. JESSIE was very informative and took care of my issues and concerns.
Poor customer service, the employees could care less if the store makes another dime. I can say the one guy was knowledgeable about what I couldnt do, and paid more attention to putting items up in place for closing two hours away from the time to close then helping me come up with a solution to get my 73yr old mother an upgrade. The almost two hours in the store was rough already, it would have been nice to feel like a 3yr customer with purchase of 3 high end phones 1 regular new phone today, 2 tablets, 4 headsets and smart watch.
Lets start off by saying that a couple of years ago I had a, for the lack of better words, bad experience. However, Robert has completely turned that around. What a breath of fresh air to be treated, not only like a human, but as a paying customer. I went in about a month ago and first spoke to Robert about promotions. When in again about a week ago and asked Robert a bunch of questions about upgrading etc. even asked about adding a watch on. Not only did he not rush me but he treated me as if I was the owner of Sprint. Due to his high knowledge of all the processes and his absolute professional attitude, I returned to not only upgrade but to add a smart watch to my bill. If I could rate this store ten stars I would. Robert is one hell of an employee and asset to this location and sprint as a whole. DO NOT EVER LET HIM GO! will recommend everyone to him.
Contrary to many of the comments posted, our experience at this Sprint store was remarkable. Parking was tight, but we were greeted pleasantly and signed in for Technical Service. The woman behind the counter advised that there was one person ahead of us and that the wait would be short. There were 13 other customers in the store, a few being helped by Store Personnel and others waiting and trying the phones, tablets, headsets and other accessories. We waited 15 minutes as I noticed Jorge the Service Technician taking the appropriate amount of time advising a customer what was needed, how long it would take, within a quarter hour.Jorge called the next customer by name, listen to his issue, told him what to expect and his phone would be ready within 45 minutes. Very specific and detailed, I was impressed. He then called my wifes name, listen to her issue and made the corrections, all while on the sales room floor. Jorge spoke with at least one other customer before heading behind the window to complete the work promised. Jorge is top notch when it comes to customer service. I witnessed the same level of service by all of the Sprint staff. In the 25 minutes we were in the store, I witnessed customers coming and going calmly and apparently satisfied. I can only suggest that some people lack patience and demand exceptional immediate service. If you give yourself a little time, manage your expectations, I believe you will be as satisfied as I am. Evenings are busy. You may want to call and find a typically slower time of day.
All I can say is dont 🤦🏾♀️ all the bad reviews are true
Absolutely horrible customer service! We decided to switch to Sprint since they had a great military deal. We regret it and CANNOT WAIT to pay off our phones so we can leave. It took over a month and a half for anyone to actually help me get the credits on our account that they promised when we signed up (and I had to call Customer Service and get them to call the store). We signed up beginning of November and I am still waiting for the deals and credits to be added to our bill. Every time I tried to call no one would help me. The managers seem to be the only ones who can even do anything and they are never willing to help either or have stepped out. I am amazed at how horrible the customer service is and especially how they treated a military family. We will NEVER be Sprint customers again. The discount is nowhere near worth the grief and extra hours Ive had to spend still trying to get what I was promised.
It was quick and easy. Also, every one was really friendly.
Scott was great took care of my cracked screen. My baby looks like new.
I dont want to speak badly of the store. It was the only corporate store that would see me. Sprint, the cellular service, if I or anyone would do what some of the reps have done, you would go to jail. Generate case #s, that dont exist, leave you in hold until you finally give up, and thats not what I mean about going to jail. Returned Samsung Ear Buds for the JBL Buds that I love, noticed that my bill increased a $5 to $7 a month. The item was never returned but rather broken into a payment plan of 24 months. Sign your name, initial on tablets? Sign hard copies! I had 5 lines at the time so gladly paid $700 to narrow to one. Bad Biz.
Had an issue with my email not working on my phone. Went to the store on Kennedy Boulevard and spoke to a gentleman named Robert. He was the most kind, decent individual I have met in a retail environment in some time. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to see me as a person, not a number. I highly recommend you see Robert for all your needs at Sprint. Thanks!
DA was great. He took the time to check our 2 phones and assist us with downloading apps to ensure our phones were working properly. He was professional and extremely helpful.
Very helpful staff I think Im gonna make this my go to store
I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL my experience at this store was. I was helped by a knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Robert who helped me transition from Verizon. I was being charged WAAAAAAYYYY too much at Verizon and decided to make the switch. Robert helped me get in and out in about 20 minutes and made sure I had all my print outs for my plan info and what to expect. He is, quite simply, the model of what excellent customer service is all about. If you are switching, go to this store and ask for Robert. He will treat you with kindness, respect, and the dignity that you deserve. A+++
Great services!!! Omary made us feel welcome and valuable. They really know how to treat, keep and improve customer’ s needs. I truly recommend this store
The staff was helpful and friendly. They had great patience with my mother-in-law who is technologically challenged. They got her phone up and running again, updated it, and sent us on our way.
I had already started the order process online, did the credit check etc. I didnt want my phone delivered to my house sitting on the porch all day so I went in store. I was there for an hour and left empty handed and frustrated.1. The associate, I believe her name was Crystal came across annoyed. She was barely listening and more concerned with the texts on her watch.2. After explaining why I opted to come in store she said she had to call credit to make sure I was approved even though I brought my approval letter.3. After 30+ minutes of being on the phone with the credit dept. who confirmed what the letter said. She then made multiple calls to customer service demanding they give her an account number for me even though I hadnt purchased a phone yet. After finally getting an account number, I thought she would pull up the phone in my cart and finish the transaction. Instead she tells me the phone I want wasnt in store. She then tried to push me to get the Galaxy s9 even after saying more than once I want the note I saw online.4. Another associate overheard the conversation and offers the LG that comes with the stylus (clearly he was listening to my needs). She rudely dismisses him and he walks off. At this point Im so frustrated and want this to end so I say fine Ill take the s9 I just need a phone.5. She then starts rattling off numbers about a deposit and monthly payment amounts. I was aware of the deposit but she was talking so fast I ask to see her tablet so I can see my options. She tells me to look quickly because theres only so much theyre allowed to show me. Now Im annoyed so I pick something and ask to see the phone. THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW- With all the attitude her tiny body can muster, she said no! I guess the look on my face caused her to catch herself and then I get the excuse about the phone being phased out and they didnt have a model on the floor BLAH BLAH. She had the box in her hand and wouldnt take the phone out of the box either. I immediately say Ill come back another time and walk away.6. As Im leaving I see the on the tv screen IN THE STORE that I could have ordered the phone and had it delivered to the store!!I went home completed my order and went to another location to pick up my phone the next day and the staff there was amazing. Why didnt she tell me this was an option from the beginning? I explained my concern about the delivery when I walked in.Why am I not allowed to see the screen that has my deposit/monthly payment options? Im the one paying the bill.Bottom line, this lady needs significant retraining or to find another job that she actually enjoys. She was rude to me, her team member and customer service on the phone. She clearly wasnt listening and didnt care about what I wanted so much to the point that another associate attempted to intervene and help me.Honestly, if it wasnt for the discount I get through my employer this whole experience would have made me go with another provider.Do better Sprint!
Friendly and supportive staff. Justin provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
I have visited this store on multiple occasions and I am always satisfied by the level of service I receive. Correction: I am ELATED about my service there. ESPECIALLY from a representative named D.A. (hope I got his name right!) D.A. has always treated me with respect and the staff is friendly and always wants to help me and my family. Dont know what these other reviews are talking about, but this store rocks!
This store and its employees are horrible. Was straight up lied to by one of their salesmen. My bill went up almost $100 a month after I was told it would go down. The problem is that these guys get paid on commission/bonuses, they do not have your best interest in mind. I was able to get the issue fixed after calling the national sprint customer service line. Do yourself a favor, do all your phone upgrades online or via the toll-free customer service.
NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. I was ripped off. Went in because my sim card went bad. Decided to upgrade my phone instead of getting new sim. The guy working there convinced us to change our plan because it was old and current plans are cheaper. LIE. He kept saying all the changes he was making and what he was adding to our plan would not increase the bill since he was getting us on a new plan. LIE. Now the bill is almost $100 more a month. I am still fighting the charges with Sprint customer service, and so far they are not willing to help. But I am not going to give up. If you are a sprint customer I would recommend doing your upgrade online and stay away from the shady sales people in the stores. I wouldnt have thought I would have gotten ripped off by an actual Sprint store. Especially after being a loyal customer for over 10 years. Cant wait for contract to end so I can cancel my service.
Jose and Carlos were great. I had something very specific and unique wrong with my device. I had tried going to the Apple store. They heard me out and listened to the specific problem I was having and helped me get the situation resolved. Happy with my experience.
New look.new service, new experience
The worst ever. Ever. Even if the sales staff WANTED to be friendly and helpful, the Sprint store system is designed to fail. Why this store hasnt expanded over the last 10 years or figured out how to move people through, or even to make a customer feel like they are moving through the process astounds me. Shame on me for having hope that one day it will not be the most annoying place to go.9/25/2017 update, still The Worst customer service ever. Not a braincell among them.....
Service was good and the people were nice they helped us but what we needed
Worst Service Ever!! Arrived at the store today for something that would take 5 minutes. NO SERVICE for MORE than ONE HOUR! They had music blazing, which is fine if there werent two different stations/songs playing. I just wanted to activate my new phone and transfer my contacts. I waited for over an hour. I asked three times why someone couldnt come out from the back to help. There were several employees in the back just talking and going through boxes, one was actually on the phone laughing her head off. There were 3 employees up front helping customers with another 10 customers still waiting. Before I left I asked one of the employees why he couldnt have the rest of them help, he said they were doing inventory and repairs. Really? I was so upset and shocked….Inventory is more important than the clients waiting for more than an hour for service. Asked for the store managers number. Employee went to the back and got me a business card for the assistant store manager. I ended up leaving without activating my new phone after 1 hour and 15 minutes of no service. I have a sprint corporate account. I am sincerely going to consider another cell phone carrier. Horrible customer service.
Absolutely terrinble. Ive been a sprint customer for over 15 years and i never felt so let down by a store. I am seriously wanting to leave sprint
My boy Gus hooked me up with my note 8Then I recently switched to iPhone XHe found the best deals for me and I’m so happyHe will work with you to find what’s literally best for you visit him you won’t regret it 😁
Terrible! Zero stars! I pre ordered 3 phones from this store. One day before they were supposed to arrive they called me up to say they werent going to get them for another week. I bought them elsewhere. I gave them another chance with 2 more phones. They completely screwed up the number porting saying first it would take 3 weeks to port them. Amazon did it in 3 hours! I ended up losing my old numbers because of their mistake.UPDATE- The stupidity continues. I have 3 phones, and 3 phones only. They charged me for 5 phone lines, and over charged me by more than $350! My bill was almost $500.
CSR was awesome, but they could use more CSRs some incoming customers had to wait over half an hr to be serviced
Good ppl will help you
Ill never go back to this sprint ever again. not the slightest amount of customer service, immediately upon walking in they told me to make an appointment for the next day, even though this was the THIRD time ive returned today because they were so busy, wouldnt even listen to what I had to say. ridiculous.
I only gave it one star because I cant give zero. I have never had a good experience in this store EVER. The employees never greet or acknowledge customers in the store. There is always an exorbitant wait. The staff act like they give zero f#cks. Will not be back!!
The people are nice but my bill have never been right! Im leaving after SEVENTEEN YEARS!!!
Jose was wonderful in providing great professional customer service. He is a ten stars on my book. Gracias 2938
THE STORE AND STAFF ARE GREAT. HOWEVER THE CELL SERVICE STINKS IN MY AREA.
I appreciate their help with some of my device issues, It could have happened little sooner, but it was helpful
DA was an excellent professional and provided above excellent customer service. The greeter (sorry forgot hos name) also stepped up above and beyond and hosted me and prepared the items I came to purchse whicj allowed my visit to be quick and smooth. Also the knowledge of the product was excellent
Can’t wait for contract to end. Literally sat there for 2 hours just waiting to speak to someone . There racist they look right past blacks and focus on Caucasian’s and Latino families
This place is horrible. I walked in and one of the reps said hed be right with me....20minutes later still no help. One rep was yucking it up with a customer for 10 minutes (loudly) and another was vigorously trying to talk a woman into a more expensive phone. She asked why and he said cuz of the processor, its fast. The last rep left his customer at a kiosk and never came back. Cant figure this place out at all.
Worst service ever!! My mom went to fix my sisters tablet . And they said that they dont fix tablets it all it was a cracked screen!!
Visited store at 12:30 on sunday only 2 customers in store 3 sale associates standing around with nothing to do. Asked one of them if the had a product I was looking for, Otter box defender for a LG G4, the response was no. I then asked if they could help me find it online so that I could order it. She said I dont know I dont have that king of phone. I looked at the other to sales people standing by us and they just looked away. Worthless employees. I wont be back.
Cellular services are often the focus point of very negative feelings. Our mobile devices are very personal.I called this specific store due to a need for a specific UICC (SIM) card. A delightful young lady answered the phone, let me know her name, and confirmed the card I needed was in stock. She asked for my name and set the card aside to make sure it was there. This was a small gesture, but, it articulated the good experience and customer service improvements that I am seeing across the industry. This store is already there.
After having paid for the phone to Sprint they have blocked it, when we went to unlock it at the store they could not do anything. It was a lost time and we spent two hours without solving, they are basically inept.
I went in and a gentleman named Robert waited on me. He made me feel like I was the only customer in the store and treated me with respect and kindness. If you are looking to switch over from Verizon, like I did, go see Robert!
These guys are always professional and willing to help with any questions and support! They also have an awesome Tech Expert App!
Hires rude employees. Had a street cart outside CVS wanting people to sign up for sprint. I declined and the lady replied “try not to get by a car” while o crossed the road. Rude
Always take care of me!
People there are not warm and friendly. They just lookin to make a sale. Sprint doesnt care about getting their customer the best service, or a good plan.
Its much faster to just call customer support to get your needs sorted.
I visited the store in Britton Plaza yesterday and made it clear what I wanted to do: pay off the lease on my phone and buy it outright, then give it to a friend to be activated through Sprint. I stated I needed it all done that day. The salesperson, Marina, was nice enough, but wasn’t focused on the purpose of my visit, and was not able to multitask when her “best friend” walked in the store. Marina gave me the price of the lease pay-off and the price to purchase the device. I swiped my card for a total of $350. Only after I paid, was I told they weren’t able to activate the device and that it would have to wait until the next billing cycle. That was not an option for me. Absolutely unacceptable. Why wasn’t I made aware of this policy before I handed over so much money?? Fawn, the supervisor, was hovering over Marina, reprimanding her in front of my friend and me, and she was equally annoyed at Fawn, whispering trash talk about Fawn to us. Then Fawn walks away and is speaking to AJ, the “manager” about what we were tying to do. They laughed and said they’d pray for us, hoping we’d have able to complete the entire transaction. They eventually put us on the phone with Richard, a Sprint representative, who failed to give us a solution. I was furious. When I approached AJ, he was condescending and said, “It’s not my job to know about cancellation policies”, while my friend and I are trying to figure out a solution. I was floored. Fawn was reluctant to admit she knew we weren’t able to do what I originally asked, but went ahead and took my money anyway and tried to pass the buck to AJ. Marina accepted zero responsibility for completing the monetary transaction before explaining Sprint’s policy in such cases. We were even asked to leave the store!! Unbelievable! We left with empty pockets and a non-functioning device. Why wouldn’t they make it clear that not only would it not happen today, but they did so AFTER taking my money! I decided to take my phone and try my luck at the store on Kennedy. BEST DECISION EVER. Jesus and his manager, not only apologized profusely for our terrible experience at Britton Plaza, but got the whole thing resolved in less time than the other store! They were incredibly professional and were genuinely concerned for the issue at hand. I will ALWAYS return to Jesus and the store on Kennedy. Jesus and his manager should be recognized and commended for their exceptional customer service!! They got the device activated immediately and they got us referral bonuses, as well as free Hulu that we weren’t aware of!! We will ALWAYS return to the Kennedy store to see these two incredibly kind, upstanding employees. #ajshouldbefired #fawntoo
Service was really not good. When I needed help the person was not that knowledgeable
Sprint is the WORST!!!! Sent me a phone via the insurance that i paid for a year was a lost/ stolen phone. Couldnt activate it. Although i was under agreement to get my other phone back within 10 days. Dont use this service provider! Switching to t-mobile tomorrow. Wasted three hours of my time.
Unbelievably the worst customer ever. I went to close my account but one of their reps told me to go to the other carrier first. So I did everything at the other carrier, just as I was told. Keep in mind if you crack the screen on your phone and need to repair it. REPAIR IT way before you close the account. I was told otherwise by the same rep at the store. When I finally returned to this sprint store, they told me that they could not accept the phone; ALTHOUGH, they admitted that the information they gave me was wrong and in fact I had to do everything at Sprint first. Now, Sprint is charging 200.00. I went to the store and the Manager admitted to the mistake to corporate but said he was not willingly to credit my account even though he knows it was his reps fault.
Very slow be prepare to send along time here but helpful.
Awesome customer service!!!! Extremely helpful! Alot of people are complaining about waiting but YOU CAN MAKE APPOINTMENTS people LOL! take advantage of it! Thanks for such great customer service Jose!
Left after 90 minutes with my transfer from ATT to Sprint half finished and my email on two separate apps.Told me that so many people were leaving ATT that their lines were jammed.I had no service until the next morning although I was told it would take one hour at home. This was on 6/16/18.Standing for ninety minutes as they have no chairs for customers and I couldn’t even get a drink of water.I was just being added to my family’s plan - I wasn’t asking for very much. Not customer friendly 👿
I went into this store and Robert helped me. I was nervous and apprehensive, but Robert made it all better. I wish more sales reps could be like this guy! Go in and see him!
Was told over the phone I could get a glass repair for $50. When I got there they said they couldnt do it. Poor management for not informing employees bet6
Ive been to this store many times and like others said, listen to the reviews. Always expect to be waiting for at least 45 minutes. They always take there sweet time to do anything around. I brought in my phone which was damaged due to a manufacturing defect. It should of been recovered for free under the phone warranty since its less than a year old. The tech wouldnt even look at it. He just told me to call Asurion and pay the $200 deductible for a new phone. The store associates dont even care here.
I would sincerely like to thank this store for finally convincing me to pull the plug on Sprint. What an absolute joke of a store. I do my best to go to any location but this one..but SOMEHOW I get forced into coming here by other stores because its the main one. You guys have some of the worst customer service ever. The last time I was here I had to get loud with one of your employees because he would not back off of trying to get me to buy accessories for a phone that I was already getting screwed out of. I sincerely wish you nothing but the worst. So long Sprint. Have fun in 4th place and falling out of the major carriers.
Great customer service
The people all the staff are rude disrespect and do not speak spanish come to the store and they treated me like an animal, I asked them to talk to a manager and they mocked it is unpleasant to dentrate with all those racist people
This store is a true example of bad customer service. They are insulting condescending and their only objective is to fleece the customer. I bought two phones from this store in December at Iphone S for my wife and and a Samsung Note 5 myself. Recently my Note 5 has a cosmetic issue the skin on the top left corner bubbled up and coming off. The phone is under manufacturer warranty. They looked at the phone and said contact Samsung. I called them and they said just send us the phone and we will check it out fix it and send it back to you. It will take 10 to 15 days. In the meanwhile they advised me to get a loaner phone from Sprint. The folks at the store refused to give me loaner phone stating Sprint does not have the policy of loaner. I will have to buy a phone from them and they can get me one for $120. I asked them why would I buy a phone for 15 days. The laughed and said this is the way it works. It is sad to see a multi million dollar company spend nothing in training their employees in good customer service. We as loyal customers who spend few hundred dollars every month deserve better. I finally got so frustrated that I called Sprint Customer Service but it was even more horrendous experience with them. I asked them to connect me to a supervisor and the guy plain refused. I would not recommend Sprint to anyone one. I would not have given them the one star either but Google would not let me post my comment without one!
Worst service in the Tampa market. Store is always packed, never able to get anything done in a timely manner. Constant call dropping, no service, AWFUL.
This store broke my roommates iphone Infront of him on purpose to claim it was damaged. After breaking the phone they kept it and then charged him for the damaged phone. Three weeks later and he has spent hours on the phone getting the runaround. Avoidance recommended.
I went to the Sprint store last week to upgrade a phone and the service was excellent. The whole store was packed but everybody made sure that I was taken care off. I signed in when I got there waited a few minutes patiently, watched a guy who I believe was the store manager make people laugh and feel good and appreciate our business. The whole staff was awesome I make sure that all my friends go to that store, cause of the TOP QUALITY SERVICE they gave me and my mother. They explained her how to use her new phone, setup her email, her bluetooth. Gave her a READY NOW experience, she learned a lot and left happy from there, saying that she would rather fly from Puerto Rico to this store to get help on how to use her phone.
I was with T Mobile for 15 years and was tired of how they treated me. Luckily, Gus at the Kennedy store saved my life. I had a broken iPhone and Gus was able to put me in a new phone and an unlimited plan for $50 a month. Thank you, Sprint and thank you Gus!
