His office and show room was very neat and inviting with a relaxing view looking out over Tampa’s Westshore area at the top floor of the building of Regions Bank. Once I found the ring I knew it was the one. Paul set up the paperwork, gave cleaning instructions, insurance advice, and even set the ring to the right size all within a 30-45 minute time frame. Needless to say, when I pulled this gem out and proposed, she said yes, and loves the ring as well as all of our friends and family who has seen it.
