Very knowledgeable team member, that presented there products. Seemed assertive but not pushy. I purchased 4 windows. The demo window they bring is amazing. I believe the sales rep said the lifetime guarantee is transferred to a new owner, shoul you sell your house. Thats rare!

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with an install. They were here on time and did an amazing job! We are now able to use our sunroom any time of day since these windows keep out the heat.. It looks beautiful and I am so happy that we chose them to take on this project!

I called for information about windows for a new home. The person couldnt understand there was no reason to come to my address to do measurements as the house was not built yet. After getting her to realize there is no rough-in to measure because there were no walls, she said they couldnt help me because they have to measure first, so call back once the walls were built. Refused to give me a price even though I had a list of windows needed. Now, 8 months later Im getting Robo-called and theyre leaving messages to schedule an appointment. Fat chance in hell that Id ever give them my business after this.

The entire experience was top-notch from the sales appointment with Nicole through completing the installation and inspection. No hassle, very professional, thorough, skilled. And the installation crew of Rob, Brian and Greg was one of the most effective working teams Ive seen in a long time (and I work in HR). Very collaborative, solutions-oriented, thorough and competent. Nicole was also very competent and thorough in explaining features, options, pricing/financing and setting expectations. A true delight to work with the entire team, and the comprehensive, affordable solution entirely changed the look and personality of our home. At least four neighbors and vendors have told us how fabulous the new windows and sliders are - its a completely new look! We are absolutely thrilled. Highly recommend!! In fact, Ive gave out one referral on day 3 of a 4-day installation project!! Cant say enough good things.

We love our new windows. This process for construction type work was the best one we have ever experienced. Our salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable, yet not pushy at all. He asked us questions that helped him make recommendations and helped us decide on what we needed and wanted. The company worked with us to meet our budget. The staff did an excellent job of reaching out to us on paperwork and permit issues, kind and cordial. The windows were delivered in time parameters set forth at the signing of our contract. We were expecting a 2-3 day insulation, the crew completed it in one day. Our insulation crew was very professional and cordial. They covered furniture, were careful, and did an awesome clean up job. The crew members were able answer questions and even measured and got a quote for our lanai sliders on the same day. We had a question after insulation and we had an email reply back within minutes, from the CEO, answering our questions. We cant say enough about this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement.

They did a great job installing my new windows and sliding glass doors. The house had the original windows from the 1980s. They were single pane that didnt insulate the cold or heat. They are so easy to open and I love how the screens are different from my old ones which didnt always fit correctly. I love the look inside and out updating the look of my home. I would recommend them to those looking to update windows or doors.

I am happy with my windows and the affordable payment plan. The salesman doing the demonstration was very professional and the workers did a good job and got it all done in a day. There were some communication issues about the window sills I wanted. I had to make a few calls back and forth to keep things moving, otherwise I think they would have forgotten completely. Other then that no problems at all and I would use them for future window installations.

The men that came out were amazing. They did an awesome job, fixing to use this company again for my sliding glass doors. I would highly recommend them. They were on time and finished early. They cleaned up after they were done and showed us all the little tricks to the windows. The best company to install windows especially for a First-Time Home Owner the lifetime warranty was a major PLUS!!! I needed windows really bad (we had old ones that literally anything could knock those things down). They were very informative with their whole process, demonstrated every presentation well. Even though the company is based in Tampa, Florida on the west coast, work was easily completed on the east coast in Port St. Lucie, Florida. I called for an estimate, 3 hours later that day Saecha the owner dropped by. Her knowledge won me over, but her ability to speak to me as a real person got her the contract. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I had 3 windows installed today. The installers arrived on time and made quick work of the install. Tomy and Joseph were done within about 3 hours. They were clean and professional and cleaned up their work area. They were respectful of the home and I really can’t say enough about how great their work turned out. If you’re remotely considering getting new windows, have no fear using Coastal Green Energy Solutions. You’re getting an amazing product, great service, and fantastic value. You’re not getting over charged with this company.I can tell you I priced 3 other companies and that Coastal Green Energy had the best price while still delivering a high quality product. They were less expensive than both Home Performance alliance and Reece windows, while offering very similar products. I would say the major difference was the locking mechanisms. All the other important factors were very similar among these 3 companies. There was another company I priced but they just didn’t appear to have a comparable product to any of these companies so I can’t even remember the name.The quality and workmanship of these Soft-Lite windows is as good as it gets. Instantly I can tell a significant amount of noise reduction. It is so quiet that I can’t hear the lawn mower across the street. The windows keep the sun’s heat out and transfer of heat is next to nothing. It’s such a remarkable difference that you wouldn’t believe it until you get them installed yourself. I am standing next to it as I write this and can hardly believe it myself. The windows are beautiful and definitely increase the curb appeal of the home. If I can figure out how to add a picture I will.It’s important to know when getting impact windows in Florida that you have good quality vinyl and that the windows are custom made. There is a variable time frame depending on how busy the company is. My windows arrived perfectly within the time frame. They were made custom to my house and that process can take some time. I believe I was quoted 8-12 weeks at the time I ordered. I may have been lucky because mine came on the early side of that time frame. COVID restrictions play a huge part in the process so be flexible. Hopefully we’re getting past those kinds of things and production times will get back to normal.

I gave a lot of thought on whether or not I should replace my existing original 1950’s windows! I contacted Coastal Green Energy Solutions back in February and was so impressed with the company owner, Erik, and his assistant, Dan, when they demonstrated the quality of their windows. I took the leap and replaced all the windows on the north and East sides of my home (living room and bedrooms). They were just installed this week and I am so thrilled. They look beautiful, make my home feel like new, and the house is so much quieter! When you think of it, the windows make the house! The installation process was done in one day by great guys who were professional and cleaned everything up inside and out when they were finished. I’m excited to see the energy savings next month as well. I am so impressed that I’m planning to replace 4 more in the near future.

I am very happy with my experience with this company. The only hiccup was waiting for the city to give permits. The crew that came out (on time) was respectful, courteous and professional and worked until dusk. They ALL wore masks and cleaned up after themselves. My new windows look great!

We’ve had our windows for o we a year now and it was the best investment we made. From the sales to installation to customer support, we have really had a good experience. The quality is incredible and the install went exceptionally well - they were able to remove the old windows from stucco without any damage or repairs necessary!

Great experience with this company during the whole process from choosing windows to installation which was completed in December 2020. They are very knowledgeable and provided me with a great financing plan. I would highly recommend them.

Do not recommend Coastal Green. There has been nothing but deception and lies since SAESHA THE OWNER came to our home. Stood on our front steps and promised us no payments for a year as an incentive to buy with her. That was a LIE. Then telling us our electric bill would go down to the amount of what we would pay on the loan. Well, that hasn’t happened yet. In fact our electric bill has actually increased. So that’s another LIE. After they “finished”, there was a cracked window frame left to be fixed, missing a screen on a window and a strip that goes in between the screens. We were told the parts would be ordered and corrected. It took them over a month and us calling just for them to order the parts. I spoke with my county building inspectors, and told them about the issues that had been unresolved. Although the inspectors had pictures of some of the windows completed, they decided to not close out the inspection because the job wasn’t complete. Minutes after I hung up, the owner was calling my wife and was extremely rude on the phone because I didn’t LIE to the inspectors.The installer pressured us into telling the finance company that the job was completed, even with the issues, so the contractor could get paid, and we had to begin making payments right away, despite the dishonest promise from the owner of Coastal Green.When we finally spoke to the owner, it seemed as if she were surprised that the job wasn’t complete, like she doesn’t know what is going on in her own business. It took them a month to get the required parts on order, and with a one month lead time due to custom parts, put us at eight weeks from initial install to when the parts were available. They never reached out to us during this time to give us an update, we had to call them and kept getting the run around. Even now, no one can or will tell us anything about the one year deferred payments. The finance company says the contractor should have included some paperwork in what was sent over, and the contractor won’t talk about it. She actually ignores any of my wife’s text messages regarding the financing.

The company left debris all over my yard, glass all over my patio( I have a 3 year old in my house), left all my gates open. They took my crank to my other windows I have. The sales people completely lied about them taking care of any damage. They peeled my paint off of my window seals and told my it wasn’t covered when know they did it because it was lying next to the window when they left. Sales told me it had security stoppers but the supervisor I talked to told me they wasn’t true. My front slider was broke didn’t even tell until they called and said they had to come and fix it. Then the windows failed inspection . All together bad experience

Crew showed up on time and very friendly and hard working. We had 10 windows installed and when they left in the evening all debris cleared up and you wouldn’t have known anyone was there. Excellent job and we enjoy the windows.

Nicole did an excellent job of representing her company. Professional and friendly. Thorough knowledge of products. Only only 2 drawbacks: she did not give me a detailed estimate and did not give any incentives until she was about to leave. She stated the incentives were based on zip code and unless I signed now, she could not tell me what they were because there were only so many and if waited until Monday, there might not be any.

They walked me thru the entire process from financing to instillation. They kept me informed all along the process. I have had the best experience with coastal Green energy, they have stayed in touch through the whole process. My house looks awesome the installation guys were very nice, respectful, Friendly, and did a wonderful job. The owner helped me get financing thru the pace program with ygreen, now I will save alot of money on my electric bill and the value of my home just went up.

Only there to make a delivery. What I can say though is that the people that I deal with there are very helpful and usually go about and beyond with assisting in the unloading of windows and from the amount of windows that Ive delivered there they must be doing something right. So I guess if you are in the market for new windows etc. for your home, look them up.

From start to finish the windows have been great. The install went very smoothly. The noise reduction has been wonderful. My electrical bill has already gone down. Overall Im very happy with my new windows.

The installation team was very professional. I had 1 window that had a broken lock and they scheduled someone to come out at my earliest convenience. I had 3 sets of french doors and a entry door installed in my house. They look amazing and the install is perfect. Rob the installer went out of his way to make sure everything came out great, because there was some rot behind the original door.

Was a previous sub contractor for this company . She owes me over $7000.00 . She sells windows that cost 100.00 to 250.00 . Buys them from town and country off 50th and state road 60 in Tampa . She sold a door that she bought from Lowe’s for 900.00 and told the customer that she didnt get it from Lowe’s .She’s a scam and talks negative about all her customers . She will be rude to y’all if you get the wrong product . Everyone is a sub contractor which is now illegal in this state . The are required to have a glaziers license or general contractors . I know a lot about this lady and have all paperwork and pictures to prove it . I would buy your windows direct or pick another company . I’ve been installing in this state for 30 years .

This company had since Sept 2019 to schedule window installation . I wanted them installed jan. 2020. So they scheduled job for Jan 30 2020. Not telling me it was a two day install. When the installers told me I said ok I would be home Fri the 31 so they can finish. Someone called me from office an said the installers were running behind. Would sat be ok. I said I was voleentering from 12/4pm but it was ok if they were here. This women on phone said she would rather me be there. An tried to find another available day. I told her i would stay home sat so they could finish job. She than said they were already scheduled for sat. Really. While we were on the phone? She couldnt find an available day It was left at that. . They scheduled another job Fri before finishing mine. Crazy. So I tried to call office at 4:30pm to se what we could do .no answer. The re open till 5pm. Perhaps they were away from there desk or maybe helping another customer. I call again before 5pm. No answer. I ask to be called sat. But for some reason idoubt if I hear from anyone.. So Iam left hanging. Another thing the glass that is in the Windows is wrong. The installers were coming back to change out glass to proper code. An to calk, clean an whatever else needed done. Iam in no way holding these two men responsible. They were following schedulers instructions. I only learned of the wrong glass from the installers. So Ill have to wait to se how they want to correct these issues. Update. Its sat. No call. I called them no one answered phone. I dont think they want to talk to me. Stayed tuned. Its now f eb 14. I just talked to owner whos yelling at me saying you dont understand.Iam a 77 yr. Old women .I dont think she would talk to a man like she talked to me. Its un settling Than telling me about other peoples jobs an how important it is to get them done. Iam trying to schedule a date for them to finish here. Its bad. Shes the owner so there is no one else to help me. What a sad affair. Hope this gives you some insite .

I have been waiting for windows for the last 10 weeks. I had to call the company to find out one window was damaged and I have to wait until end of August .
