Frame, door and two side lights. Product arrived earlier than expected and communication was good.The overall experience was great and I would use them again. One of the crew got excited with the liquid nails, which caused extra prep before painting, but didnt harm anything. New door really stands.

They did such a great job on our door. Delivered faster than expected as well. There was a slight defect in the glass but they quickly ordered a replacement and installed it for us. Highly recommend.

A stone from a weed-eater broke one of the two etched glass panels in our front doors. Although it took some time, the Glass Door Store provided replacement panels for the front doors and transferred the remaining pane to our back door. We were pleased with the work. Front Door Glass Installed. From the initial phone call to Jacob at The Glass Door Store to the installation and follow up, I have to say they were very professional. The value of changing the door this way is great. Not only did this improve the appearance of the door from both sides, the additional light coming thru the glass has changed that whole front area of the house. UPDATE - A few weeks ago with hesitancy I wrote a review and gave 3 Stars to the Glass Door Store.and since want to revise my opinion. As I said I had a problem with the door handle installation. I made contact with the owner, his name is Andy and we discussed the issue. As a way to resolve the problem Andy made contact with a locksmith company (Integrity Key Lock and Safe) which by the way was outstanding. I really appreciate the fact that Andy had did not leave us hanging with a door handle that was not right, the man went the extra mile to make it right. He did not make a big fuss just fix the problem. We are so happy with him its more that I can say....THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS PEOPLE LIKE YOU!The door itself turned out. I didnt want to give only 3 stars but recently I found that when the handle was install it was installed improperly and now it is not functional. Be careful to understand how the latch is to be install our was install wrong according to Baldwin (Estate a $450.00 Handle), the dust boxes were not install, the deadbolt safety strikeplate was not install nor were the required screws use. The guys were nice but definitely took short cuts and as a result I am left with ordering more parts and having it installed properly. Make sure you inspect the results carefully or youre going to have a cruddy feel when you open the door and it will be totally unsafe as my Grandson could kick it in. Just be honest.

I never thought that I would be so happy and thrilled with my glass door. I cant say enough. Very easy in and out in 20 minutes. I will never not do this again. If I ever have another door that has no glass I will immediately have one put in. I have had 74 people in my neighbor ask me who put in my door. Great job.

After 15 years, something shattered one of our doors. Local stores said they could not help me and one even said Just knock out the broken glass and live with it. Then I found The Glass Door Store. Angel asked that we come down.After we picked out the new inserts I asked How much more for delivery, installation and tax? Its all in the posted price, I was told.Let me tell you, other places do not do that. There are different prices for shipping (based on speed of delivery), a charge for installation and an upcharge if you do not have their sub-contractors install the inserts. Oh yeah, plus tax.Next was timing. We were originally under the impression that it could take up to 4 weeks to get the new inserts (82x24). They were installed in short of a week.Installers were friendly, knowledgeable and talented.Being my own handyman for around 50 years, I can tell you it is nice to watch someone who knows what they are doing.Would recommend a visit to The Glass Door Store anytime.Below the old inserts are on the left (the shattered one is the right hand door) The new inserts are shown from outside and inside.

Recently had these people put a full panel glass in my door, you know, where they come out to your house, to take your door off the hinges, cut the center of your door, and put a full panel glass in. The original piece I ordered showed in stock on their website, but then they told me after, I paid of course, that it would be months to get and install this backordered piece. I understand stuff like that happens, so I settled for another piece, that was in stock, and of course it cost me more money, but none-the-less, it got the door install date moved up. When it came in, they called me, set an install appointment, they came out to my house yesterday, and installed the glass door insert. My problem with this company is with the installers. These guys do not take pride in their work at all and they have no finesse. It seems (at least that day anyway) that they just wanted to get out there, get it done as fast as possible, and leave. They used 2 work horses to lay my door on to work on it after they took it off the hinges. The problem with this is their work horses had no protection on them, like 50 cents worth of carper to cover the rough edges, or rags wrapped on the contact areas of the workhorses to protect your door while they are sliding the door around and flipping it to work on it. Not only did they scratch the paint on my door they also scratched the frame of the new WHITE insert that they put in the door. Because theres no protection on these work horses, as theyre sliding your door around, working on it, its marring up and scuffing not only your door, but the new material they just put in, and in my OCD opinion, I do not believe they do/did a good enough clean up job on the door before hanging it. Again no finesse, no eye or care for finished work, they just want to get it done and get out. And I get that, but you have a job to do, take some dam pride in your work! I even ask the one of the installers, is just that caulking on my door that I can clean up? He said, oh yes thatll come right off. But after closer look, when they were gone of course, not caulk, the door is scratched through the paint into the primer in several areas. Enough so, that now Im going to have to have my door painted. There are even deep scuff marks with black in the scuffs on the brand new WHITE frame of the insert that will not come off because its dug into the material from sliding and flipping. Not completely happy at all with this company and if you are a perfectionist or OCD like I am, you probably will not use this company. Bottom line, I do not believe your door should look worse, or have new damage, when they put it back up that wasnt there before they took it down. I will post close-ups of the scratches and dig marks on my door when I can. A little finesse, patience, and proper tools could have avoided this. SMH.

We wanted a front door with glass, but the cost of purchasing and installing a new door for our newly built home was high, especially for having a perfectly good and brand new door. We went to the Glass Door store and they were wonderful to work with! We were able to transform our front door with the glass insert and the cost was much more reasonable than a brand new door, but it looks like an entirely new door! It completely changes the look of the home, both inside and out and we love it. The team at The Glass Door Store was so easy to work with, very polite and attentive. Not sure why this place is so highly rated... because I cant get them to get back to me. I called, was told to email. I emailed, and followed up 3 times. And I came in and picked everything out, only to get ghosted from there on. Going to have to go elsewhere I guess.

I am very happy with my new front door and sidelight. The entire experience with the people at the Glass Door Store was great. Unfortunately, I don’t have their names. I was assisted but not pressured into choosing my door and sidelight. I was told someone would be out within the week to do the measurements. That was correct. I was told it would likely be 3 months before the door would be delivered and installed. That was correct, too. I used a painter, Kevin, who they recommended and he did a great job as well. No complaints here. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I just ordered French doors with glass sidelights and I can’t wait for them to come in. We visited the showroom. Our glass in the front door took a hit from a pebble, or something, and chipped and crackled. I had looked at the portfolio online and decided on a different door when we got to the showroom. I kept walking back and forth between 3 different doors. They were very patient with me. Then I had to pick out the new hardware. Jacob was very professional. Andy came out and measured the opening and ordered the doors. Our scheduled date for install was supposed to be October 2020. 15 Years ago we used the Glass Door Store to install glass panels in our existing solid doors. This year we decided to replace the doors so of course we went back to the GDS! Because if the transom grills we had installed last year, my husband and I REALLY wanted the pattern we decided on to try to match as best we could. They were not available in the size of our double doors so Jacob quickly thinking outside of the box asked us if we would consider going to 1 door with side lights? We did and LOVE the outcome!
