Returned items over a month ago. STILL waiting on refund. Sales person Carmelo Is by far the worst person to deal with. Takes forever to respond, ignores emails and texts. I have actually called to request using a different salesman because he takes way too long on things and somehow I still got stuck with him. Company carries good products, and everyone else has been decent, but rating low because I don’t understand how you justify keeping someone on staff who is sssoooo bad at their job, and I honestly wonder how much he costs the company in the long run. It shouldn’t take over a week for quote On an in stock item. It shouldn’t take over a month to get a refund. Will be taking my commercial business elsewhere.

I could have been treated with more professionalism..This place lacks structure rules and Authority..If I were shipping merchandise out of this country, I would not use this place as they treat your cargo it responsibly and recklessly
