We called for a quote and were visited by Brandon. In our entire year of trying to find different vendors for the projects around our 15 year home, we never had someone so knowledgeable, understanding, and personable. We learned more in the two hours he spent with us, than in our year of searching. He meticulously reviewed different scenarios for planning our whole project in phases and showed how it made more sense by labor type than by area. Brandon also came prepared with so, so many samples. We were able to choose what we wanted immediately and were not overwhelmed. His manager Rob was also just a phone call away if we had additional questions regarding our unique requests. They both worked tirelessly to explain and price everything accordingly. We cant wait until they start work. Their customer service sold us!

Guy who came out was traditional salesman trying to rip me off. Wanted 6,580 to replace my dront door. Very high pressure sales which i did not appreciate. Tried to fake like he was giving me discounts if I bought the door today without talking to any other companies.Bought the same exact door from a different company for 2000 dollars. Permit. Labor. Door 2000 dollars. Dont buy exterior doors from here. Intentionally rip you off to earn commission.

I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. The rep that visited my home tried to charge me 85k to replace my windows….. It’s a shame that they were referred by Sam’s Club. Don’t waste your time with this company.

It was difficult to get even get window companies to respond. Morgan exteriors responded quickly and sent a sales rep same day. Maurice, our sales representative, was truly professional. Knew his product, knew is company and was customer friendly. He took his time with us and convinced us to proceed with Morgan. No pressure, just good quality product at fair price.

It is with great pleasure that I give Morgan Exteriors a 5 star rating! We had all of the back doors on our home (7) replaced with hurricane rated doors in 2016 and were so pleased that we had them replace our entrance doors in 2017. While they were competitive with other quotes, they were not the lowest bid, but we researched the company and felt confident that they were the best COMPANY to select. It is now 2021 and an issue came up on one of the doors and they promptly took care of us. I highly recommend this company, their installers are top notch they stand behind their work.

Teetering between 3 & 4 stars but I cannot say I liked the experience. I was sent the draft of the kitchen & wanted to know measurements of the sink but they never got back with me (multiple calls & emails) until my husband called at which point they were more than happy to speak with him.Kitchen day: They sent 1 outsourced person to do the job of 3; he was never punctual, never had the right tools, installed drawer handles crooked, gaps in filler from slightly crooked cuts, misaligned drawers, dishwasher installed too low then crooked, took longer than 3 months for completion (still waiting for things to be fixed). I had to spackle, paint and patch which was not expected and had to sweep and mop after his every visit.Overall the kitchen is beautiful but with the hefty price tag, rookie contractor, & all the work I had to do, I was left with less than stellar quality and a feeling of emptiness.For once Id like someone to send a contractor who takes as much pride in their work as morgan does in their sales.

She was so help full and knowledgeable that there was no way I could turn down the offer.It was more pricey than I had planned on spending, but the quality was also more than I had expected. Wow, just Wow! For some reason these people would not give me a quote unless my wife was home at the time. Sorry - shes not going to change her schedule for a home repair quote - especially when that is my department. Upon reading other reviews, it seems to me they want to use a high pressure sales technique. I do not know for sure - as I told them not to bother. I will get my repairs done from someone else.

Had my doors done a few times and never was satisfied with the results done by contractors... gaps and noise were noticeable since I live off a 4 lane road. Only Morgan Exteriors has earned my trust and good review for doing exactly what they promised. The noise has reduced noticeably, my French doors need extra attention after installation - no problem... they sent the best problem fixer who made it right, Worry free since they stand by their work and deliver on their word. Easy financing...had 7 windows replaced and will do another 7 soon. Thinking of the siding as well. I was happy with the outcome and highly recommend them to anyone willing to pay for what you get. I was so tired of paying and being disappointed so it was worth it to me and then some. Thank you Morgan Exteriors!

We received several bids from many contractors over a three week span to replace twelve windows in our home. Morgan Exterior wasn’t the cheapest of the group; however, the price was fair and they did check every box on our lists on concern. All promises were documented in the contract and fulfilled. The team had great communication with us throughout the entire process.The installers were very professional and had a great deal of respect for my family and our home. We need more small business owners like Morgan Exterior, a company that believe in putting their customers FIRST. Above all, they say what they are going to do...and do what they say!

Every one we dealt with was excellent. The installers did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the sliding glass doors we had installed. We will use Morgan Exteriors again when we replace the other two sliders in the home. I can highly recommend them.

We had the soffit & fascia replaced and had new gutters placed on our home by Morgan Exteriors. Jerry did the soffit work & he was very meticulous and it came out absolutely perfect. What a difference. He was friendly & communicated all the steps and timeline. He notified me when he found some issues with our roof so I would know where to show the roofers. We had a difficult and uneven section Due to an addition and he was able to make it work out and look perfectly even. A true craftsman. The men who installed the gutters were timely, fast, and did a very good job. Money well spent to improve the exterior of our home. Thank you!!!

So far so good. Today we met with LaRee to see what Morgan Exteriors could offer to update the kitchen cupboards and countertops. She spent a good deal of time with us and explained everything very thoroughly. When we asked for some additional details that she didn’t have, she was able to get in touch by text or phone with the person that could answer that question. In all, we are moving forward now with cabinet refacing and countertops with a new sink, faucet, and disposal as well. We are now moving ahead to the next step including detailed measurements, custom fabrication, and installation. So far we believe that we are on track to a wonderful refreshed kitchen and we certainly can commend LaRee for her thoroughness and helpfulness.

Morgan did an excellent job of explaining their product line. We had a significant different in price of the product/ the salesman was very good at explaining the difference in price and what elements made a difference. He was very professional and lead us down a path that was a winner for both of us. We have bought products from Morgan in the past and thought they were very reasonable priced for very good product. The windows we bought from them more than satisfied us and we thought at a reasonable price. We support Morgan Exteriors!!

I wouldnt call this company again if they were the last business to be called. I called to get a estimate on re-siding a rental house I own. They would not come unless my wife was present also. This house is owned by a LLC so certainly not our main house. They could not ever get my name right for the 3 times they called back. They are no better than a used car high pressure sales job or Time Share sales. They want everyone to be present so they can continue to work you over the price and make a hasty decision in the process. The house is also occupied and unless they could come in and show me what they had to offer they would not come. Ive been in the building industry for over 45 years building custom homes. If I treated clients like this I would of never had any business. Ive moved on and will contact a business that wants to do business instead of a high pressure sales job.

This company would not come out to give me an estimate unless my husband was home. I find this highly insulting. First, my husband is self-employed and works about 70 hours a week. Secondly, I make the decisions regarding home improvements/upgrades and I am fully competent in relaying information to my husband regarding the remodel. I explained ALL of this and they still would not give me my FREE estimate as promised on their website. Very weird.

This company did a great job beginning with superior product to their installation men, Kevin and Greg. Kevin takes great pride in his profession and it showed during the tear down and installation of the new siding. He was meticulous about every detail. Greg did tear down, cutting of new product and always kept the area clean and free of debris. Both men were outstanding — friendly, respectful and courteous. They were a pleasure to have here and completed the entire job in 2 days. If you’re working with Morgan, request these guys if possible.

Very bad service.They didnt pass the inspection and forced me to start paying right away even though I got the new window several months later.When you sign the agreement with them make sure your first payment will be paid only after a pass inspection.One of screen came damage right from the start and they replace it only after several months.

Sales rep came over and did a very professional presentation but then quoted $17k for 3 windows and one patio door. He then dropped that to 14.5k and pressured me to sign right there. I said there was no way I was signing anything on the spot. He then called his manager and asked for a better price. A sales tactic obviously and dropped the price to under $10k and asked for my license to start the order. I reiterated that I wasn’t signing anything on the spot. Someone else gave me an installed price for $9500 without any games and yet another company for $6,300. Morgan Exteriors was ready to rip me off by more than double had I signed his original quote that he desperately wanted me to sign. Clearly, Morgan Exteriors is a company with no ethics: overpriced and pushy. Even at the “drastic” discount, they are way above market. Then in a follow-up call when I expressed the issue to their survey team, she ended up hanging up on me, even though I was very cordial in spite of my indignation. I guess unprofessionalism runs throughout the company. Stay away!

Just got off the phone with them.They refused to come out unless both owners were present. I told them it was a rental property and my wife would be there but they refused to come out. Sounds like they like pressuring for a sale on the spot. A smart man once told me Never got an order I did not quote. Skip these people.

Morgan Exteriors fulfilled all of our home refurbishing needs beyond our expectations. We wanted to paint the exterior of our home however, we weren’t sure which direction to go. Danny V put together a fantastic design and color scheme. It looked good on paper and even better in person. Larry and his painting crew worked meticulously and spent days on our house ensuring no corners were cut during the process. The crew was incredibly professional and courteous. They were even able to do some additional work installing new light fixtures and cleaning our driveway during the project. Our family couldn’t be happier with the results. He wasnt pushy, just laid out a very good presentation offering quality designs and samples. He was also very helpful, offering good advice in our selections. So far, I giving Morgan and Nick 5 stars. Once the work is complete, I write another review, but for now Im confident well get a quality job.

Morgan exterior came to see us about new windows today. Zach was very knowledgeable about the products the company has to offer the windows are exceptional quality and hurricane impact. I hired Morgan Exteriors/Bath Planet to redo my shower. They were extremely helpful in building a shower for me that was within my budget. I had a lot of questions and changes along the way and they were very accommodating and quick to return my calls. I got a basic shower but there is nothing basic about the way it looks.The installer (Brent) was as friendly and professional as they come. He did an amazing job with the installation. I am super pleased with my new shower.

He came with many samples of bathroom showers with a great many options to include in this project. There were so many options that our heads were spinning. We are so pleased with the shower selections we finally choose. He answered all our questions, which were many, did not rush us, and since we wanted two showers he even gave us a discount. Ive had two exceptional remodeling experiences in my life and this was one of them! We needed to replace 17 windows in our circa 1949 house as well as have an exterior door walled up. The salesman, Chris, was very thorough and extremely friendly. He made sure that we were going to get exactly what we wanted. The installers, Dennis and Greg, were amazing. Not only did they put in our impact resistant windows professionally, they were always friendly and hard-working. The job was a difficult one too as our old windows were steel set into concrete but Dennis and Greg kept at it with their great attitude and tireless work. The bricklayer, Wolfgang, also did an awesome job walling up the exterior door. Danny, who put in the sheet rock inside was also very good. If you need new windows as well as other exterior services, I wholeheartedly recommend Morgan Exteriors Inc.

Dont waste your time with these guys. They are a pressure outfit. I arranged for a free estimate and they demand any party that could be part of the decision be there in person. I could only be there by phone possibly, so its one of those companies that want to force a decision on the spot claiming they have a high end product. They all have high end products. Just wasted a ton of my time.And to respond to your response. I owned a rehab business. It shows how little you know of the conversation. I am not buying or selling the house. Was looking to update the windows. Which I was direct about. Your lack of attention to detail from the get go and trying to push the blame on me shows another level of why you shouldnt be used. Ill also forward a copy of your response to the BBB, to see if they are setting standards for sales. I have never heard of them setting sales standards, only reporting companies in good standing or not.

Brad just finished up our siding and exterior project and we couldnt be happier! In a world where it is hard to find good service, we feel it is so important for it to be recognized. Bruce Lee was great. He was very personable, honest and upfront. He was knowledgeable on everything in our house and answered all of our questions. He included our very curious children with answering their questions as well. I am sure the others are very good, but I am so happy Bruce was the one to work with us.

Morgan Exteriors sent a manager, Danny, to quote a whole house window replacement job including a sliding glass door and a room with 6 floor to ceiling windows. We knew it would not be an easy job as the home was built in 1958 and the room with the large windows was originally a garage that was, at some point, poorly converted into an addition. The price was second to none. When the windows were ready to be installed, the company sent a 6 man crew to the house. They were friendly and EXTREMELY efficient. I was very surprised that everything was completed in one day. Their installation job came out looking awesome! They cleaned everything up and hauled off the old materials. The update really gives the home a huge gain in the appearance department inside and out and I already notice a huge difference with our air conditioner running much less.

Up to the window install it was a good experience, no hoops to jump through, no issues no hassel or pressure with the sales folks. I like the windows.Installers were sloppy, they left metal shavings and hardware on the carpeted floor, cracked 2 marble window seals, and I was picking up their water bottles and empty containers from the yard for a few days after they left.We had discovered a leak in the bathroom window, left messages to be called back, the secretary was very friendly,she stated she was giving the message to the manager. I didnt receive a call back after a week. I called again and my husband called. Thats just poor follow through.We needed to know why there was a leak from the new window but also was interested at that point in pursing bath planet coming out to renovate the bathroom,we had discussed it when we met with the sales folks and were anticipating moving forward sooner than expected.My husband finally got the manager to speak with him and from the get go it was very evident that the good customer service we experienced from the sales team and the secretary stopped there.He wasnt interested in further business, he denied the cracks in the window seals and wasnt at all interested in pursuing the quality of service they are top rated for. Its disappointing for sure. We are pursuing other avenues for bathroom renovation and when asked by neighbors about our windows I had to say I liked the windows but wouldnt recommend this company

Met with Zach. We were very impressed with his presentation. After looking through all of our options and having Zack explain the process we went forward with our project. The Bath Planet selections are very attractive and we were impressed by both the quality of the products and their warranty. We just had a total bathroom remodel by Morgan Exteriors and could not be happier. The whole experience from start to finish was a positive one, beginning with our salesman Cam who was very professional and there was no high pressure. Morgan Exteriors then sent out Rob to do all the measurements and answer any of our questions. Then it was time for the project to begin and they sent Steve and the magic began. We did not think it would be possible to have such a transformation. Steve was just amazing and his skills just blew our minds. We both feel like we have a new friend. We would recommend Morgan Exteriors to anyone looking for a remodel.

This is the 2nd Home we have used Bruce Lee and the pros at Morgan Exteriors. They are top notch from start to finish. I can not say enough good about what a great business these folks are!I was premature in posting this review. The job was not quite finished then. Now it is 5/16/19 and.....Mr. Morgan - I have mailed back your token of $50 gift cards. We are past 8 months since contract signing with Morgan Exteriors, past 4 months since the job began, past 22 days since you were here the last time to supposedly finish the job, and now this morning I get an update that it is not going to be until sometime after June 17 before the job will be done. How can your business continue to operate like this? The only thing more amazing about this, other than how long it is taking you to get the job done, is that I have not started swearing at you yet. Please, get the job done ASAP and do not try to buy me off with VISA gift cards.

Our experience with Rene Showalter just in the planning stages was bar none. She was personable, helpful and quite frankly earlier in the day we had just signed with another company. Let me start off with saying the work was done, and its what I paid for.But now let me get into why this company deserved a 1 star rating.The rep that came in to give us a quote was fine and polite so I assumed working with this company would be fine, if not just overpriced for a bathroom fit, not real tiling, just a shower fitter for 10k sounded too expensive. I agreed due to the fact that I needed my bathroom done, and my fiance liked it.During the initial meeting, they mentioned they also do front doors. We had a glass one and before the finalized purchasing of the house someone smashed it and so we needed that as well. I got all of this done and paid for and scheduled at the initial quoting. I was given a time frame of 6 to 8 weeks for the door and 4 to 6 weeks for the bathroom.I cannot remember if the bathroom was done in that time frame, but I can sure as hell say that it wasnt anywhere near the 4 weeks more like at least the 6 week mark. I was then told my the contractor that it would take 2 days and it took 3 and then also since they had a piece missing (which I cannot fault them for a piece not coming in the box) took days to come back, after us calling to find out where they were and to schedule them come back to give us a shower door handle.THEN the door wasnt even scheduled until after weeks of us calling and trying to find out where this 5k door was. We eventually got a call to get it scheduled for 15 weeks from the time of purchase and then they called us saying they could squeeze us in at the 13 week mark.I let them know of my displeasure but they did not care and just charged me full price without even an apology or explanation on why everything was late.I will never work with them again. I dont care if things are expensive, I care that I got pushed away until they wanted to deal with me trying to find out where my 15k total of items and work was.Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Tom Sanders crew did such an exellent job installing my windows. They were very quick and efficient as well. After they left, I had to raise my temperature in my home as it got cold really quick! Thank you Tom!

Ive been researching and meeting with window reps for over a month trying to find the best product for the best price and great reviews. After spending time with, Morgan Exteriors Sales Rep, Blake Petrich I felt completely informed about their windows as well as what to look for while comparing other windows on the Tampa market. Blake is extremely knowledgeable about the products he has to offer as well as the company he represents. He was able to answer every question and concern I came up with at which I decided I was comfortable hiring Morgan Exteriors to replace my 1972 windows with brand new, high impact, energy efficient windows. Will post a job review once installation is complete.

We requested a free in-home estimate. Unfortunately, what we received was a nearly two-hour high-pressure sales pitch. This included, among other things, a VERY loud sales person, the vacuum cleaner salesman call to his manager to supposedly get a better deal for us, a price that would be about 40% higher unless we signed on the dotted line while he was still in our home, and a highly insulting exchange when we told him that Morgan was the second of five companies from which we were getting an estimate. We made it clear, up-front, both on the phone and the moment he stepped into our home that we wanted an estimate for a whole-house replacement, which we will do soon, and for just some of the windows which we are going to replace immediately. When he started to put even more pressure on, I even complimented him on being a good sales person and gave him the its not you, its me spiel. We simply were never going to make an impulsive decision on a purchase for several thousand dollars. Heres a quote of that dialogue: [Me: You did a great job presenting all the information, but we are just getting quotes and we were never going to make this decision tonight. Him: Well, our company gives preference to people who can.] Newsflash to Morgan: Money is not the problem for us, and part of the reason for that is that we dont make impulsive financial decisions. These companies need to train their sales people to identify people who will fall for a sales pitch and people like us, who are NEVER going to go for that and are extremely turned off and insulted by that whole ridiculous treatment. We got a good recommendation from a friend about this company, but every other company we talk to will have to be absolutely horrible for us to go back to Morgan. For reference, this all happened in Pinellas County, so I can only speak for our experience there.

The consultation itself was very thorough. Rene S is very personable and knowledgable on the business and very honest on her opinion and how she would do something for herself and made me feel comfortable working with Morgan Exteriors and Bath Planet. I give her an A+ to work with. I feel good of what is to come with the installation process

Had an appointment this morning with sales representative Zack Alfonso. He discussed the services that are provided and gave aa excellent presentation that demonstrated the effectiveness and quality of the windows they sell. I felt very comfortable and well informed by the end of our time together. Kudos to Zack for his knowledge and enthusiasm for the company he works for. Looking forward to the personal experience of having Morgan Exteriors install new windows in my home.

Bruce Lee came to our house to give us an estimate to have a bathtub removed and a shower installed. He was very professional. His knowledge of the product and the process was impressive. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
