Dex Imaging has been the best business partner weve ever had since we opened Performance Copying & Printing 26 years ago. From a sales standpoint Tom and Dan Jr. have been responsive to our needs and always go the extra mile to help us. Cant thank them enough!The service organization has been fantastic. Jason and Brian are consummate professionals who diagnose and repair our equipment and keep us up and running. They know how important service is to our business and its delightful to have a great team behind us.

My company uses DEX for all of our print needs. Theyve always been quick to respond to any issues and always get a technician out to assess the issue within a day. We recently had a recurring issue that previous technicians were unable to fix - that is until Joel Ortiz came to the rescue. Joel was able to thoroughly examine our machine to identify and solve the problem without any issues. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Give this guy a raise!

The front desk receptionist had an attitude as she assumed I knew how their business functioned when I walked in with my home printer!She let me know I needed to call in when I was already there. So, I decided to appease her. I went to my car to make the call. I was parked right in front of the business and could see her. Guess what? She answered the phone and then transferred me to their service desk. Why couldnt she just assist me when I was standing in front of her?Anyway, the service desk agent was much more nicer and cooperative. Unfortunately, they did not service my type of printer.I will close saying that the receptionist need some retraining on dealing with the public. You cant assume that everyone that walks into your business understands how it functions. Get your snooty, condescending attitude straight!!!!

Some of the rudest people you can talk too. Danielle in the service department is very rude and condescending. Instead of trying to assist her customers she is snarky and evasive. She should definitely not deal with the customer base. If you are in the copier business or need service find a company that actually cares about your needs, because DEX Imaging sure does not. Not only did I have a bad experience with Danielle, the switchboard operator has no idea who you need to speak with and I was transferred to 3 different people before I got to Danielle in the service department. Boy, she was a pleasure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEX Imaging

Great Customer Service. William F went above and beyond to help us get our printer up and running. We are an insurance company and cant work without it. Service went down and he help reconfigure all the computers and got us back in working order. I am a believer in DEX thanks to William. Appreciate the help

Great services company, we have multiple contracts with them and have nothing bad to say about them. Their equipment and personal are top notch and have always made sure everything is done properly to solve the issue.

If you need a copier fixed tell them to send out Ozzy. That guy knows his stuff and will get that job done in record time. If you put a lot of clicks on your machines like we do then Dex is the company you should call. They have great competitive pricing and wont leave you hanging.

We currently have a contract with Dex Imaging for our network printers. The salesperson that sold us the service did a yeoman’s job in getting us up and running quickly. However, that is about the extent of all the niceties with this company.We have been dealing with the billing department for about two weeks now to no avail – with have questions and concerns about our bill that are not being addressed. Additionally, we have technical support issues that are not being dealt with. We have sent several email messages asking that somebody call us back – we are still waiting.This is no way to treat a customer and it is certainly no way to run a business.Please think twice about doing business with these people…

Small business owners beware of this company. Also, before you contract with any copier leasing company, ask whether they are affiliated with Dex. If so, I highly recommend staying away. They do not respond in anywhere near a timely manner to service requests. They consistently send supplies/toner much later than promised and often make simple mistakes that lead to days of lost productivity. This appears to be a company with poor leadership, poor management, and zero accountability. I write this message after having been transferred to several representatives and had several voicemails go unresponded to over a period of weeks. No one will take responsibility for their companys failure to provide my business with the toner that should have been delivered weeks ago. We have now been without our copy machine for well over a week. Think twice before doing business with Dex or any office equipment leasing company who uses them to service their equipment.
