Bought the cleanest bucket truck from Ron that you’ve ever seen!It’s a 1997 F450 with the 7.3L diesel and it only had 125,000 miles on it! Ran spectacular on our test drive and it still runs great two months later.I chose to do a review a couple of months later to ensure there were no quirks with the truck that popped up as we started working with it. Truck is still strong. Had a small hydraulic leak but that’s as expected with most older equipment like this. Controls work great, hydraulics are super strong.Purchase was effortless, Ron is super organized, I paid cash so I didn’t finance it. I was confused on the final amount and overpaid by $1000 and didn’t even realize it. Ron called me immediately and issued me a refund. I really appreciate the honesty on that!Looking forward to buying another vehicle from you guys!!!

Be aware do not purchase any vehicles from A express auto sales I purchase 2 trucks by trusting them telling me that there is no problem with it and I told him I will trust you and will be doing more business later on but I guess they only care about making the money once youre there screwed me over With one of the truck that has a major issue I took it to Chevy dealer they say it needs $5000 to repair that truck I call back And he told me theres nothing he can do I can tell you what to do if you care about your customers you would take that truck back auto auction and get your to customer another vehicle this way you keep a customer and you will grow your business, I am not sure about all these good reviews that you have if their people you know or what But if you had such a customer service you would find a solution and you know you can

Take It To The Bank. Very forthright in revealing all discrepancies with the vehicle before purchasing; if they touched it up, they show you exactly where. Huge inventory selection and all very clean vehicles; mechanically and visually. Ron is a wealth of information when it comes to Sprinter vans. I drove 12 hours to purchase an 06 Sprinter. He offered me a fair deal and professionally handled a financing snag we came across; he makes it happen. If I didnt end up going home with the Sprinter I wanted, then I would have driven home another truck from his lot without a doubt; however I didnt need to, because the vehicle was what they said it was. I would not hesitate to buy again in the future. If you are in the market and hesitant to buy for concern of trust, then know you can be at ease; A-Express is an honest establishment which counts on your future business. In the future I would ship the vehicle sight-unseen and take their word for the vehicles condition.

Buying a vehicle from A Express Auto Sales was a really great experience. Ron came in on his day off because I was from out of town and it was the only day I could look the van. He was kind and honest. He was very knowledgeable about the truck, but would say he flat out didnt know a few things (minor things) rather than make something up. As he was putting on my temporary license plate, after I had already bought the van- he noticed it was missing its spare tire and walked over and handed me cash back to compensate. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here!

I havent bought a van from AExpress.... yet, but I did stop by a couple weeks ago, and Ron left such a great impression that I wanted to come on and write a review. I was expecting what I do from most auto lots - a pushy dealer looking out for only himself - but was pleasantly surprised to find none of this with Ron. He was very genuine and even began to inquire about what I would be using it for etc. We had a great conversation in which his knowledge of Sprinter vans really became apparent. All in all I was very pleased I made the trip down, and now its just a matter of finding the perfect van to make my dream of living a life on the road a reality.

Call to get a good description before you drive there. as pictures can be misleading. But the owner didnt mislead when I spoke with him on the phone he was honest and described the vehicle more accurately. I wish I called him before I drove there.

I came to A Express looking to get a cargo van for my trip to California. I orginally looked at a Chevy Astro. Ron suggested the 2010 Chevy Express instead knowing it would be the better option for such a long trip. So I thought about it the next couple days and came back, did the test drive and fell in love with the express. Ron offered me a great deal for my trade in aswell and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. No pressure at all, he is straight up but more importantly also friendly. Ron truly went above and beyond all my expectations. I am a new Electrical Contractor in Gainesville and had called many dealers about trucks. Ron was always the one who never beat around the bush. Gave true specifics about the vehicle I was interested in. He never tried to push the sale, but rather wanted to make sure it was the best truck for my needs. Obviously we all want to save a buck or two when we can so I did the obvious and called people on Craigslist first. Worst mistake I could have made. So many people are dishonest about there vehicles that its sad and one gentleman even wanted to fight me for not buying his truck. Total nightmare. So I decided to take the drive down Friday evening to look at the truck from Ron. He actually agreed to meet me after hours to accommodate my schedule. Who does that. Someone who cares about their customers does. He was kind, honest and didnt push me to purchase one bit. Gave me full reports on the vehicle and it was 100% accurate as described. He even sent me videos of the vehicle that I requested prior to me driving down! I hope my business grows and when its time to purchase my 2nd work truck, hands down he will be the one I go to!! This seller engages in Fraud or bad faith dealings by making false or misleading representations about the quality or conditions of the vehicles.Ron took $1,000.00 dollars deposit to hold a vehicle. My husband and I then watched a vehicle they were “fixing” catch 🔥 fire, and Ron said “it happens all the time”. When I then requested a refund of my deposit Ron refused to return my deposit . Buyer be beware!Thief in sheeps clothing.

Theres no option for zero stars so A Express Auto Sales lucks out and gets one. I purchased a 2006 Chevy Express Van from Ron. The van turned out to be a lemon- needing a new transmission, new lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rod ends, new front breaks...among a lot of other small things (over $3000 to repair). I called Ron to see if he would take the van back and he called the mechanics who checked out the van, crooks just trying to take your money. He insisted he had gone out of his way for us and refused to do anything else in reference to this van. Beware-he is the crook.

Because Im a woman, I had a very bad experience.
