You asked for it. I hope a lot of people read this...I dont normally do reviews but when you want to charge $600 to replace 1 coil thats a little extreme. Im sure you guys get away with it when working with people that dont have any type of mechanical skills but that doesnt make it right.Im a 20+ year aircraft mechanic, but it doesnt take a lot to do some research, and Im asking everyone to do your research before having ANYBODY work on your vehicle.Dont get ripped off. After watching a 4 minute YouTube video, and looking on Amazon for parts. I can do the same job less then $200 replacing ALL the coils and wires (Which is also recommended).I know your not going to miss me, but I hope I save some others form getting taken advantage of.

Bogi was a great salesman and we had a great sales experience. He listened to exactly what what we wanted, and did NOT try to sell us anything else (another model,vehicle or upgrade) than what we wanted which seems to be a rarity these days.He was knowledgeable, never pushy, honest and easy going through the whole process.He even did not pressure us if we wanted to order it instead and helped us understand how long it would be to get it. They only had one exact model of the truck we wanted and we didnt know if it had everything we wanted in it.My kids played ping pong (which is way better than them staring at a tv any day!!!), they gave us lunch (I was hangry and was going to order something 😂), got us great financing (which to me the rate is the most important thing than the monthly payment), actually gave us a fair trade in offer (basically $1000 difference than if we sold it to carvanna - we checked ourselves), and even transferred our military plates.The guy in financing (forgetting his name, but do recall he is from NY) was extremely fast, found the rate I wanted AND made sure we got the right mileage warranty by asking us what our expected mileage usage would be.Buying our truck was the most painless and fastest experience possible from sales to financing.A side note, the sales people here seem genuinely happy to be here,not stresssed and its obvious the management treats them well too - in our experience, this almost always means a better experience for buyers as well.

Mark Laird is very proficient in his work. He answered all of my questions and was extremely accommodating. The truck I purchased from him was still in the shop being completed when my wife and I went to the dealership. He arranged for it to be delivered to our home over 100 miles away. By far the best car buying experience anyone could have!
I was pleased with the whole experence. First of all I got a car for sticker price that has a market adjustment. I called another dealer and wanted 10K over for sticker for an order. Their market price is 10K over Ferman. Secondly the more expensive dealership called and bothered me daily for a purchase. After their practice I will not shop there anymore. I was pleased with the service after I paid for the car. I purchased a motorcycle years ago and after the check cleared the dealer did not have time for me I was very disappointed. I would recommend the Ferman dealership for anyone wanting a vehilce.

The people were very nice, I was giving a ride home while they worked on my truck. The only problem was they had to put my address in, they had an old address that was changed 3 times and the person that brought me home called to come back and get me and she still had the wrong address. Oh well all is good.

Dave was a phenomenal help to me. He fixed my car up to better than new and cleaned it too. The detail crew vacuumed my floormats and wiped the dirt and mud off my all weather mats too. I bought my car new last April and I was super sad that it got damaged but the folks here were very helpful and responsive. I called like twice a day the whole time they had my car and never got anything but kindness and respect even tho I know I was being annoying.
I’ve always been treated well but this time seemed better. My ac compressor and condenser both had to be replaced and the team took very good care of my car. I also had a problem with my card and they were super patient as we got that figured out.

I don’t understand how this place have this high rating. We going there for oil change for years, and we never waited less than 2 hours just for oil change. We left couple times car all day to be fixed and been told that they didnt even start working on them (and we needed to call to check because they would keep car for who knows how long not letting us know what is going on). Make me wander do they discriminate us, because everyone else is getting in and out with no time!

Chance the manager was great in working out a good deal for me. Had an issue with the tires that were on the truck. They were cheaper MT tires and ride was not good. If only I had a chance to give no stars. The service center was non friendly and the manager by the name of Tom is super lazy. I had to come to the actual location to find out about my car which he did not even call me. Then when I came they didn’t fix all of the issues. I will not buy or even take my car ever again there for service.

Very miss leading with warranty. Salesman was very rude when I was trying to to get understand regarding warranty. Over talked me and made unnecessary comment regarding situation that didnt apply to my situation. Truck was purchased my this dealership, but treated us as if we brought 8t somewhere else. Although he saw on computer we purchased it their. We where in the market to purchase another car, but not from them now. They killed that thought by that experience.

I went to Ferman on a recall to fix my Silerado. They made the appointment quickly, when I got there they took my truck almost immediately. I left with my wife to do a quick errand. Before we could finish, they called me to tell me it was done. The job was done promptly, courteously and right. Not only did they fix that, but they got my check engine light to go off on my dashboard so I can finally use my remote start again.

Check engine light came on spoke with Tom. brought vehicle in greeted by a friendly person named Sandy. She turned all the information over to Tom to get the ball rolling showed me to the waiting area where there was coffee and snack machine not to long after that I was informed what was wrong and that the repair was covered under special coverage. as always get my service and repairs performed at this dealer and always leave happy

It was a very convenient experience for me. I was able to drop the car off after hours before the day of my service appointment. Parked my car in the service area and dropped the keys in the locked box inside an envelope with a short note.Very convenient since I work during business hours and did not have the ability to take the car in at the time of service appointment. One thing that would have made the experience even more stellar is to provide a car wash with a service visit.

I came in pretty much knowing what I want. I worked with the sales rep Vargas and he was just honestly amazing. He made my gf and I very comfortable every step of the way. He was upfront and honest about things which really made me less stressed.He even gave us time to talk it over a few times when I asked and I honestly couldnt be more happy. I walked in very stressed with having to buy a new car and walked out extremely happy.Charlie was also very nice to work with when it came to the financial portion.Def would come here again in the future because of vargas and charlie.
I was in and out. Even though I purchase the vehicle from a different dealership, they took care of me as if I did. The only thing I can say is, I could have washed my own vehicle. Because, no one will wash your vehicle like you. But, overall I am satisfied with their service.

Overall the experience was ok. The service advisor was friendly and helpful however I was asked if I could leave my truck for a few hours because they hand wash it after the service and that is not true. They maybe hosed it off that’s about it. I also noticed that my valve stem caps are not all there. I’m missing one and that’s not acceptable it’s not that hard to put it back on. I will try one more time to have my service done there but another experience like this and it will be the last.
Jim Allison was absolutely amazing. Inquired about a Camaro that was shown in transit in the beginning of July. He told me that it would get here by August 10th, put my name down for it, and almost every day from the beginning of July he kept me updated on the status of it. Purchase was quick and easy once it arrived. Some hiccups along the way but at no fault of the dealership and just some transportation troubles due to COVID. Extremely friendly and would recommend him for your Chevy buying needs.

My salesmen, manager and finance person were all excellent the reason I only have 4 stars is because of the service dept..everyone there except for 1 person ( Robert I think) are unfriendly and kinda give a doing you a favor attitude as opposed to being happy they had my service ..love the sales team but my service will be done elsewhere.
