Purchased a car in March of 2020, the very next day after buying the car my brakes were causing smoke because they were melting onto the caliber. This nasty burning smell was reeking out of the car after driving about 15 mins away from home when we pulled over and noticed smoke coming from our car . We needed a new caliber and brakes, brake pads next day. The car did okay for some time after . The service I received was decent and the process was easy quick and fair. The test drive is fairly short and does not let you notice any actual issues the car has . Helped us find insurance as we had just moved and did not have any instate identification yet.

Dont waste your time with this dealership!!!!!I scheduled a test drive and when I came there (10 minutes eary) for the time agreed the office was locked and they were not answering the office and personal cellphone. Waited and waited but no one showed up or called. Awful way to do business- Dont waste your time here like I did!!!

Car needs a brand new transmission bought a week ago if they make it right I will change my review if not it standsUPDATE my own mechanic had to fix it as well as brand new starter and brakesI understand with a used car you’re buying just that a used car however had I not had a mechanic that I’ve been using for years these repairs would’ve cost me a over 3 grand after already paying over 3 grand for a car...

I got an awesome car for an unbelievable price. I bought an Acura from them at such an amazing price that I thought there must be something wrong with it. There wasnt and I am super happy with it. The buying experience was super pleasant and ultra easy. After I bought it I bought it to my mechanic to give it a once over (something I do with any vehicle that I buy) and he reported that it was in very good shape. I highly recommend this place, they are one of the good ones.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!We agreed on a final price and shook hands on it, but than the next day when I came to pick up the car the price was 1000$ higher from what we agreed on!!!

I bought a 2008 Volkswagen Rabbit from Falcon Motor cars. I went to go check it out and it drove great, and the staff was very helpful. The A/C needed a new sensor, so they replaced it (and even put in a new dual fan too) now the A/C works perfectly. They are willing to do everything they can to help you and give you a great experience. Update - had this car for about 10 months now, AC still running perfect, and no issues with the car. Great experience and superior customer service. I called about the car I wanted to check out but they were closed. They offered to meet up with me even after hours if I wanted to take a look. Later in the week, I went back; test-drove the car and was impressed with the vehicle. Prior to purchasing, the guys made sure the fluids were topped off and everything checked out. John worked with me and he was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car. The purchasing, documentation, transferring of tag, etc. took only about 25 mins. We were in and out with happy faces.

I had an amazing experience at falcon motors especially because of Mina b, he is by far one of the best salesmen. I went in there undecided but after telling Mina what I was looking for he made sure to find me the right car. ****UPDATE*****If I could give a 0 rating I would. The owner is a thief and a liar. HE IS NOT HELPING ME. Sold me a car with a blown head gasket. Notified the owner who acted like he so wanted to help me, but every time we spoke I had to re-explain what was wrong with the car and he asked the same questions I already answered. Also, every time you call him he is at the auction, says hell call you the next day and does not. Took the car to a mechanic who confirmed the blown head gasket, yet he wanted me to take the car to HIS mechanic way in Holiday. I live in Pinellas Park. How in the hell is an overheating car with a blown head gasket going to make that kind of drive? It CANNOT. How do you want to help, but offer no real solution and cannot keep contact? Ive reported to Better Business Bureau. Liar Liar pants on fire! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!

Sold a car that they knew had a blown head gasket and wasnt made aware of it. Theyll tell you about small problems up front to make you think theyre honest so they can hide the bigger problems that will end up costing you.
