Jordan is an absolute delight. I don’t usually leave reviews because I usually don’t have a really good experience, but this for sure deserved one. He is not the typical sales person. He doesn’t make you feel like you have to buy certain things, yet he’s very knowledgeable and lets you know the specials, the store was busy during my visit but he was the only one who didn’t seem overwhelmed by it. He was helping several people at the same time but was very attentive and never left you for a long period. Had a smile on and the best manners. I will always visit this store as long as I get the service I got today. If all places had employees like Jordan, customer service would be through the roof with amazing reviews. This store is very lucky to have such a happy and well put together team. Huge shout out to Jordan though for the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Hands down.

Jae was very nice and fully explained my plans and researched to have me have the best plan possible. Plus she helped me pick out an accessory that I was unaware that existed. Pleasant experience overall and most importantly, it didn’t take hours.

We came to AT&T from Sprint. Sean and Jerry were fantastic! Sean was very patient and knowledgeable. My new Galaxy S21 and my wifes new Iphone were transferred over and we were all set in no time! We appreciate great service, and that is exactly what we got! Jerry was very helpful and took the time to help my wife with her email. It all worked out great!

This was absolutely the worse experience of my life! I waited to be seen about 2 1/2 hours. No rest room in d store. All to find out that I needed to call Apple due to a glitch. When I spoke to the only guy working d store and explained how to make d phone work properly again, he smiled and said, I know! So my question is, if you knew, why did you make me wait for hours?

Sean was great, we were there for a while because we had a lot to change over. He dealt with demanding and unnecessary rude customers with professionalism and patience.We appreciated his continued acknowledgment of our needs and would recommend highly.

Omg. Spectrum was a nightmare with my husband and I trying to transfer to Att. Shawn and Z were so patient, while we wanted to pull our hair out. It took us over 7 hours over a span of two days to finally get our new phones transferred over. They were amazing and so helpful! We love you guys and thank you for all your help. The new manager is so unprofessional. She was teaching their new guy how to set it up ans was calling him young blood joking around and then in the middle of the night our phones both shut off and had to call tech support and they said the store had set everything up wrong. How in the heck do you not know how to do work at a phone store? Gonna be a tough life with your work ethic and professionalism

The new manager that started that day was extremely rude! The ladie made me put my mask over my nose while multiple of her employees walked around without any face mask. Honestly the woman was so rude i wanted to get up and walk out but had to get a phone that day. Really sad, the old manager was such a nice person. I wont ever go back to that store

Maritza and David were excellent helping me with my upgrade yeaterday. They even looked into lowering my monthly bill. In the end, I got a great deal on my note10, and my monthly bill is 10% cheaper. Thanks guys!

DO NOT GO HERE!! They LIE to get you into a contract!! They are not a real AT&T store, yet they claim to be. Then you get billed for double what they say you will! SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!!

I stopped by this store in a bit of a jam. My iPhone 8 just quit working, shutting off to restart, but never restarting. I’m here in FL from TX, coming back from lunch with a friend, and have no clue where I am. Which brings into perspective how truly dependent I was on this thing. I had no way to know where I was, to call in and ask for directions. It almost felt like when I was a kid and thought I’d gotten lost from my parents. Anyway, Mitzia ways there to greet me as I walked into the store. We talked about the issue with my phone, and gave me the best available options. In the end I got an upgraded phone, that will save me $$. I came into the store with a problem and Mitzia offered me a great solution. Her and the staff were all great. If I lived in FL, I’d be a customer for life. A sincere thank you to Mitzia and her team.

Awful. Changed my plan. Increased my bill by $110.00. Wont answer phone calls. Sold me unneeded equipment. All without my consent. And wont call me back. And they are not available if I go into the store. Awful.

Excellent service by Vasilii. He was very friendly and open. Helped to open second line, setup auto payment to get the best discount, and helped to pick easy-to-remember number.Office is big, clean and light. Kids was busy with TV while we were doing paperwork. Its not the first visit to AT&T office, but this was the best - fast and friendly!

I have had my phone for about a month now and am having problems with it. I went back to the AT&T store and received no help. I asked if I could change the phone and was told no. The sales person said I could take the phone to U Break and I Fix and maybe they could resolve the issue with the phone and he would have Bart my sales person call me. Bart never called. The first payment is not even close to what I was quoted either. I bought 2 Samsung Note 9s and both being less than 30 days old and Im told to take the phone to a repair shop.

Solid service and took care of everything well. There was only one employee in the store, so I was glad I made it in the door a minute ahead of two other customers that had to wait 15 minutes for the clerk to handle my business.
