I went to five different Metro stores and this Metro store in tarpon Muhammad solved a problem that five other people that stores couldnt I just want to say moe he made my day hes the best

Today Jan 03 2021 My son went to this location to pay his bill there were people in there not social distancing he felt uncomfortable so he stepped out to wait his turn in the mean time other people walked. He came back in when it was his turn but the associate waited on the other people which were upgrading a phone. After a half hour my son stated that he was only there to pay his bill. At that point the associate told my to get get the F*** out of the store. This is completely unacceptable for someone to respond like this. This guy should be fired. Never going there again.

Had a great experience until a new lady started working there. The plan I was on was great unlimited everything she told me the new $50 plan was faster but that was a lie. Hot spot isnt unlimited my phone is very slow two weeks before my bill is due. Now Im stuck and cant get it back. I love metro pcs but now Im having thoughts of going with another phone company. Ive been with them for over 15 yrs. 😢

I had a pleasant experience, though I brought in a phone I purchased on Amazon rather than buying one in store.Was busy, but helped quickly. Plenty of cases/headphones/speakers available as well

You need to change your hours for Sunday to noon on here. I go in at 10:30 thinking you are open and you are not.

I dont know about the guys...but the girl that works there suks. Convinced me the a10e was a better phone than mine. Its not. It lags,will not hotspot another device w internet connection,freezes,drops apps while youre using them and on and on...it just froze as I am writing this. Went back to store and her answer is..You have to drive down to clearwater and see if they can solve it. The phone is 3 weeks old. She will converse the he** out of you to sell you something,but when theres a problem she doesnt have time for you because shes too busy playing on her phone. After 2 week I was out if data...Im like why? I have unlimited? Well she changed my plan to a $40 plan without asking me....that was ANOTHER drive back to the store to get corrected. Id drive to Jacksonville before Id step foot back in that circus.

The people is now is very nice and good service fast...he knows what to dow..

Fair prices

Went into start new service. They seemed helpful enough. They charge us twice for our service because they did not ask what kind of card we used. They also included add-ons to our bill without authorization. They also lied and said that I could not take the sim card out of my phone and put it into the phone was waiting for. They told me Id have to wait at least a week before I could switch phones and would have to come in and pay 25 for the sim and activation. I was able to charge phones 2 days later online for free using the sim in my phone.

Went to buy a phone at 7:45 lady with an attitude told me that ahe shutt off the system and turned off the lights in my face at 7:50 how rude!!! never going to metro pcs again!!!!

Dont ever buy a phone here they take old phones and pass it on as a new phone and I wanted to buy a phone one day and the guy said I had to give him my old phone I never went there again

We went in and got no help from the rep I was trying to buy 5 phones for a business account, the rep was totally not knowledgeable about everything pertaining to her job, and totally rude the day i went in was 02-02-18 ... please avoid at all costs.
