Alex King at T-Mobile on Route 19 in Tarpon Springs, FL, is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and has incredible customer service skills. I highly recommend this location if you’re switching providers. A long process to port my number from Verizon but Alex made it seem easy. He’s has a very calm presence! Thank you Alex!!! Alex helped me yesterday w/ An issue w/ My iphone. Even though the problem hasn’t been solved yet because it’s on Apples end, Alex went above and beyond to help me. As a salesperson, I’m typically let down when it comes to having a great experience when dealing with a salesperson. Well, my faith has been restored. Luke, the store manager was, for lack of better words, on it! He was extremely polite, professional and made my mother and I feel like the most important people on the planet. Absolutely a wonderful manager and a pleasure to work with. Then comes Andre. He was hands down the most honest and organized salesperson I’ve ever worked with. He wouldn’t let us overspend, nor did he try to sell us stuff that we didn’t need. He walked us through every step of the way with patience and care. He went above and beyond my expectations and truly made our buying experience a memorable one. I couldn’t be more impressed with how that store was run and how our salesperson treated us. I came in on sunday 6/5/21 and got amazingly fast service from Yohan he set my new decice up and installed my screen protector he was very pleasant and answered all of my questions.. i would highly recommend coming to this location staff is very friendly an helpful.

Went in on 5/7 due to a bad SIM Card. The store had 2 young guys who seemed to be annoyed I was there. Explained the issue at hand and after a few minutes inspecting my phone the rep said it was water damage. I told him that that was not the case. Reluctantly, he went ahead and changed the chip....and it worked.Just overall poor customer service at this location

Don’t use this store if you want t-mobile service. The employees are not helpful and the manager is rude. Their customer service is horrible. I would highly recommend the Palm Harbor store.

Took my grandpa to get a new phone & was so surprise with the customer service at this T-mobile. Alejandro speaks perfect spanish and was very helpful and knowledgable. He was able to help him and explain everything. My grandpa was very happy.

I have been using metro but not in my county. Pinellis County is much better. I actually wanted to stop using them but didnt know where else to go. I walked into T mobile by accident but I am so glad I did . I spoke with Handro Hidalgo. He was really great . Over 15 years, I have worked with many different cellphone carries at many different stores. My experience with T-Mobile and this store has been the best to date. So often one deals with scripted reps and managers who dont listen but just tell you. Lindsay was great. She listened to what my family needed and understood what my concerns were. Getting out of Verizon with 5 lines and into T-Mobile was seamless and painless because of Lindsays knowledge and experience. I posted a review, a year ago under the name, Michele Riedmueller, after receiving FIVE STAR service from Luke Holslander.Too bad Luke wasn’t there, tonight. Yohan and his co worker (whose name tag I didn’t see), were too busy cleaning up (emptying trash cans, etc), to focus on making a sale (or, TWO!). Don’t employees usually stay about 30 minutes AFTER the store closes to attend to those duties?We did apologize for arriving with ten minutes to spare (store closes at 8pm), but were very motivated since I literally rushed over from work (I am a local business owner that also Proctors at the local college and we were doing Finals). Tonight was the only time both of us could go. I am the Account holder and my adult daughter needed to replace a broken phone, quickly. She is the Assistant Manager at a local retail store and NEEDS her phone.I also said I might be interested as well since my old Apple won’t hold a charge.Instead of making a really good sale, we got “the bum’s rush.” My daughter settled for a simple upgrade but was willing to get a nicer phone, had a more “hungry,” salesperson to convince her she deserves one. Plus, they refused to help transfer her data or even take a moment to explain how.I really wish had been there.

Caleb was such a great help, understanding, and quickly solved all the issues! All the staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable! A lot of other cool stuff there I didnt know they had!

By far the worst customer service. After leaving the store and not getting anything but look at an Apple Watch. I was charge for another line for Apple Watch but never got it. But since I said maybe I would come back for it, I guess they thought that means I wanted to pay for the extra line without a watch. What a joke of a store.

I came in to do a return, the whole staff gave me an attitude, the girl asked me why I was returning it and treated me like I was trying to screw them over? Luckily I had my receipt with me. They were just pissed that I was returning a product that I didnt want anymore (I returned it within 14 days of purchase) and I just thought it was funny lol

EVIDENT LACK OF KNOWLEDGEAfter check online on T-mobile webpage the plan rates, I went to this store to change my current cellphone provider and switch to T-mobile in order to have international calls. Once I arrived there, and BEFORE change my cellphone provider I asked SEVERAL times if I can get an international plan with the pre-paid plan that I was about to choose.First, they charged me 32$ to do the change the provider to them realized that I was NOT ABLE to get an international call plans with the pre-paid plan that I chose. The seller told me that if I choose an upgrade plan i can have it.I accepted to pay 35$ more in order to switch the plan and finally get the international calls plan added. Surprisingly, just after that the seller told me that i WAS NOT ABLE AGAIN to get the international calls with this plan, that I need to get a second higher one!If this is not enough, I asked to moved back to the initial plan and forget about the international calls, but they told me that they cannot give me my money back because I already paid for an upgraded plan.After spend more than 2 hours in this store, I wasted almost 60 dollars and i didnt get any closer of what I wanted.The seller and the supervisor showed an evident lack of knowledge about the T-mobile plans and even worse how to solve a problem in a proper way. They were just playing around and taking care of another clients during this time, without give me a clear explanation of what was going on.Not enough, they never apologized for their mistake and they told me to GO TO THE BANK and ask there to get my money back.Really disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
