Mark was amazing helped me get my headlight fixed by standing in the rain and getting underneath the wheelwell..Above and beyondHis coworker walked me over to the lights and explained the different packages available.She was very helpful and knowledgeable on the different products.

Went in to buy a battery for my key fob and I was shorted my correct change, not sure if it’s because I’m black or the cashier can’t count! Bad experience.

Not bad. One cashier had no idea what she was doing (and didnt seem to be able to do basic math), the other time I went the guy went above and beyond. Prices were fair and Im sure the place is fine.

No I dont work for this company at all. Store was clean too. I can tell its a bit organized as they didnt take longer than 30 sec. to grab my gasket from back area.

This store (2124) has been an incredible help for me too many times to mention. So much so that instead of shopping in Toledo I drive 120 mile round trips to shop there when I stay with my Girlfriend. The Manager: Mike Hein has helped me MANY, MANY times with multiple vehicles and is extremely knowledgeable. I would also like to thank Dave Miller for his help and being enjoyable to deal with, despite probably being a pian by calling him back so many times to pick up an old stock part from another store that would not allow him to move the part to his store.I would sincerely hope that you would reward employees like this - especially because employees like this are patient, respectful, and always pleasant to deal with. Mike Hein, in particular, is why I go so far out of my way to shop at this store!!!

I went to get my car fixed because the lights went out. Now the car lights were ok but something was wrong with the fuses. They fixed it but the car couldnt start anymore, It took them 4 hours to figure out what was wrong. They said that the engine wasnt getting any fuel and they told us to send it to a mechanic they knew, so we went and called Triple A. We found out that wasnt the case at all. For some reason it turns out they took out one of the other fuses that allowed the car to start or something, it only costed about 20 bucks to fix. Never coming back.

Really helpful and friendly people. I went to get brake pads, he came out to my car to look and see if I really needed them and turns out I didnt yet. Thats really awesome because he could have just gone ahead and sold them to me to make the money. Now I am a loyal customer. Plus they had a really good deal on Full synthetic oil and filter. 5 stars for me. Awesome customer service.

I had to wait in there 20min and they did know the part and I had to leave and go to OReilly anyway and thats where I will go from now on I use to always come there but now I know better I was the only person in the store it was two workers in there and eather one of them knew what the part was that not good

Wrong part three times, couldn’t even find a picture of my engine, that was just recent. Before that I was told they had my part and she said she’ll bring it up to the counter for me.Not only did she not bring it to the counter, they didn’t even have the part so I was lied to twice I’ll never go back!

My battery light came on and my car started to drive rough so I pulled up at this AutoZone. I know that because of my battery light it’s either my battery or my alternator. I asked the man to test my battery and he did but could not get a read he then tried to hook my car up to the system in which it throughout funky codes because my alternator was not charging my battery and so he told me that it threw out a transmission code and that was what was wrong with my car. I left my car there and began to worry and came back the next day and spoke with Micheal who also has a journey and let me know that it’s probably not my transmission it’s Something to do with my alternator because everything my car is going crazy. He came out and try to test it again himself and could not get a read as well but let me know to get it to a shop and let me borrow his charger just in case my car died on me. He did not try to diagnose my car but shared his experience with his car and I appreciate that. He went the extra mile and made sure I get to my next destination safely by lending me the charger. All-around excellent customer service. If I have to visit AutoZone again I will go out my way to go to this one because of Michael

The 5 stars is because of the service I got while I was here the past few times. I will admit the staff here can seem a bit agitated but recently I have not had that experience. I bought a set of extractor sockets and the staff member told me to try them and if they dont work even if the package is open and the tools were all used, I could still return them no questions asked. Needless to say his efforts to make me feel like a confident consumer went above and beyond expectations. I didnt catch his name so I cant personally thank him for helping me out. I hope you all have a pleasant experience just as I did.

Well thank god for auto zone. This store was amazing. My wipers broke in a middle of a rain storm and I pulled in and they had no problem replacing them for me. Everyone one here professional and curtious.

If youre looking for parts for your car they got it if youre looking for brand new wipers they got it and more for a really good price. Recommended. Dont go anybody trying to buy parts for your car they will give you a cheap one and sell it for a high price.

Great store! I went to the store at night. Carlos stopped what he was doing, and helped me. I also, found out new information about my windshield wipers and how to save money! Even better he helped me clean my wipers! Last he is a funny and friendly guy! I recommend when you go to this AutoZone to ask for Carlos!😀😀😀

Fast and friendly service. Flew back to detroit and had all of my power steering fluid leak out. They helped me top it off and steer the wheel to remove all the air! Plus they price match and gave helpful advice!

Gem of a location. Very helpful staff. Came through for me in a pinch when I developed car trouble after parking long term at DTW.

Went to get a windshield wiper for my rear windshield on an 18 Durango. The employee Carlos came out and attempted to put it on. He broke the arm instead because he didnt know how to put the wiper on. As of now they said they will have a new arm ordered and fixed, so they say. I have the name of a manager and will be keeping in touch. Until then I have no use of the back windshield wiper. And to top it all off, the employee didnt even apologize for the mistake.

The lady at the counter was really helpful. Store is very clean and bright. Rude customers just walk up n interrupt due to not being smacked in the mouth or corrected when they were young.

I have shopped at AutoZone periodically for years. I bought a used vehicle from a friend that needed lots of love and decided to give AutoZone a whack as its very close to the house. The staff for this store has been very helpful and patient with my needs the past few days as although I am pretty proficient they offered neat ideas for some of my challenges, they also have great sales on well known brands and essentials. Manager was also super helpful and will continue to come back for the many other needs I will undoubtedly have with this vehicle.

Service sucks, called this store looking for a simple fuse and was put on hold for 20 minutes until I gave up...... will take my business elsewhere, management should get involved with this store and hire a crew that wants to work and not just sit around collecting a paycheck
